Rude Lounge And Bar in Harrow

Private Dining experience was poor. Table not set, insuffient water , food was too spicy -rajmah and lamb. Tikki pieces were either bland or spicy, flavour not consistent. Was expensive and not worth the value.

On a pricey side, good to celebrate occasions! We enjoyed the food- Indo Chinese being the best! We also ordered cheeku kulfi (as loved it on previous occasion) but it was melting from inside so may be somebody had microwaved it, hence couldn't feel the taste!

Unfortunately not the experience we were hoping for! Draughty on one of the coldest evenings of the year meant we were cold, our plates were cold and the (actually very tasty) food was cold shortly after arriving at the table. This was the only quick occurrence of the evening. The team are lovely but utterly clueless. Our food took almost 2.5hrs to reach us and almost went to the wrong table before travelling back to the kitchen and eventually arriving with us. Not all mains arrived at the same time nor did the sides arrive with the mains. Felt a bit pricey for the experience. Sadly will not be returning.

Will not go back here, as we ordered at 1940 and mains arrived, after many chasers at 10 minutes before 10. Staff seemed clueless about which dish was which, and made no updates or apology. It is a shame as when the food arrived whilst not piping hot, was actually good quality which is why i give two stars. It was a cold night and each time someone entered or left the restaurant a huge cold blast rushed through the restaurant, so they need a screen on the door.

I went London for business seminar and in between I have visited this restaurant. It has good and friendly atmosphere with melody background music. This restaurant has so many type drink and food which are good in taste. I would recommend my family and friends however goes London should visit this restaurant.

DIWALI LUNCH Booked in person for lunch on Diwali with my mother and brother. Dropped my elderly mother and brother off and when I arrived they were outside in the pouring rain and the Restaurant was closed. Called to be told they were closed as staff took Diwali off so they could not open. Apparently they did not know it was Diwali till the last minute. Passed Restaurant at 6pm and staff miraculously decided to turn up for work. Do not bother to go there . They have no customer service. I was told they texted and called me the night before to cancel, again a lie. If you go there do so at your own risk . They did not apologise or say come in later we are open. They ruined our Diwali 🪔.

Very dissappointed with Rude Lounge. The service was slow. Apparently they had a party upstairs. Food was barely warm. We had to send it back. It's expensive, which would be fine if the food was hot. We left and asked them to remove the service charge from the bill.

Went as a group of girls for a birthday (6 of us), and we all agreed, it was some of the best Indian food we've had in a long time! Chicken Biryani was AMAZING! Tried chicken tikka masala too which was fab! Portion sizes are big, we ended up taking 5 takeaway boxes home with us! We went on a Wednesday so it was quiet, but they have a DJ over the weekend. We will definitely be going back! After our favourite restaurant closing in Northwood, we have finally found a replacement just as good! Service was great, friendly staff. Came out with a small cake for my friend and put a happy birthday song on! Can't fault the place, we'll be back soon!! xx

Had a super time celebrating my wife's and my 60th birthday at the Rude Bar function room upstairs and the private dining area on the ground floor. The club manager Mo and his team were just so attentive and could not do enough to make sure our guests had a supper time. Thank you so much Mo and the waitresses who were so good. The food was delicious right from the starters to the main meal with enough food to ensure that everybody could eat as much as they wanted. It was constantly topped up and was cooked fresh and everybody complimented how good it all was. Very thankful that the bar manager kept me informed of how the tab I set up was going so i can keep track of the cost. The DJ on the dance floor kept the party going til well into the night with a great mixture of Indian and English music and everybody got into the party spirit. Everybody had a really super time and i thoroughly recommend the Rude bar for a family party and also as a place to go out for a meal as the service and food is just amazing.

Food was amazing, we were going to leave when we finished but then the dj started and we end up partying till 1am

Food was great - however whole experience was very unpleasant due to a large party with a couple of members who behaved like a murder of screeching, cawing crows. Made it impossible for anyone else to hear themselves think or enjoy their dinner. Staff all seemed a little dazed and unable to deal with this - barman was the only one who seemed confident in what he was doing. Shame - as the food was really excellent.

Rude staff no wonder it’s called “ Rude Lounge” staff look miserable. Not friendly. Food was nice but no wonder the place looks dead no atmosphere. Definitely not recommending friends n family.

Just awful! I think the name says it's all. The music is so loud that you can't talk to eachother. The place is the size of my lounge, so why it has to be so loud if beyond me. Food is nothing special and the service is poor. Flashing lights make it feel like a 1980s wedding, and the music is awful. The DJ disappears every 5 mins so basically they are playing a spotify playlist. Spice and ice is no longer the worst place on the high street, this one wins hands down. It doesn't belong here. It has no idea what it wants to be, but does nothing well. The name, sign and lighting make it look like a strip bar. Embarrassing! Avoid at all costs.
