Disappointed, the spicy lamb was spilled over the bottom of the bag and on the other container utter mess to clean up before trying to eat what was left of the jacket potato.

When ordering a burger it says "add chips and a drink." got the drink, no chips. £2.30 for a can of coke.

Got the Ruby's 5 meat special kebab also got the Tandoori mix Grill and both were delicious and very fresh. This is now my No1 Indian take away I can't fault it.

food has been late the last 3 times I have ordered, they have slipped so this will be my last time. Lucky for me Real Spice is just up the road from Ruby's. keep your cold food.

First delivery was cold so called the shop and they kindly sent out a replacement. Food was great as always

Loved this place but 2 hours late and food stone cold so won’t be ordering again. Staff seemed nice and polite when I called so it’s a shame delivery driver took 2 hours to get the food to me.

Food was ok, ordered pizza deal 3 that’s suppose to come with a large kebab, it was the smallest large kebab I have ever seen! Few bits of meat stuffed in a pitta bread. Chips and cheese were soggy but still tasted good. Spicy chicken pizza was lovely

Ruby's food is always great. Pizzas are amazing. Wouldn't go anywhere else for them. If you order early enough, you get your order quite quick.

I stumbled upon them by accident once when i was feeling adventurous. I live next to an indian place and wasn't happy so I decided to venture out of postcode. Wow, it has been about a year of tasty food. Every week am wowed by it. Donno what the haters are talking about, the portions are twice the size of my next door and the taste is fab. Even the salad is perfect, I have trief others but can't stop ordering from this place. Love it. Addicted to lamb biryani, chips, salad, the whole menu!! Can't walk now just demolished a biryani.

I have been eating from here for sometime and tonight has got to be the first time I have been disappointed in the food the chips and cheese felt like they were re heats very rubbery and a little sprinkle of cheese not so good the mixed wrap was mostly salad that was in it very little meat not so good I am very disappointed guys to say the least

Got a vegetable curry from here, it was cheap frozen small cubed vegetables used, absolute Mush, didn't even taste it, binned it immediately, not only is that lazy cooking it proves the so called cook has no pride in their product, a few pence worth of cubed carrots sweetcorn and peas is passed off as a vegetable curry, cost me £8.30, complete rip off for something that was inedible..

Had used Ruby's for many years ..yesterday decided to get take away . Was VERY specific NO Sauce on kebab ..it was mixed Had no more than 5 pieces of Chicken cut up !!! Donner meat covered in sauce !!! I hope the fox's could eat it .. Best thing was the Fries ..nan bread as tasteless as leather ..not that I eat leather..will never be back ..Definitely Do NOT RECOMMEND

this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I've received a pre heated kebab from the night before, this is absolutely unacceptable, I got another one when I complained,get your act together Ruby's

Ordered mixed sarbeni that’s supposed to come with kebab meat , chicken, lamb and a Sikh kebab. Got the kebab meat and some chicken and two piddly bits of lamb and no Sikh kebab. Had this before and was always plenty of meat but totally disappointed this time which will be the last I order from you.

Ordered a large mixed kebab at £14.95 delivered. I can only describe what turned up as 1 piece chicken tikka sliced up,a minuscule piece of what I assume was lamb (hard to tell) sliced up.a stodgy pitta bread with grey cold donner meat. Absolutely awful and to be charged nearly £15 for it adds insult to injury. Will not recommend or order from here again. Even if a robber robs you they have the courtesy to wear a mask. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Food was over an hour late. Staff were nice when I called but didn’t help that the food has sat on a car for over an hour before I got it. I really like the food just a pity on Thai occasion that it wasn’t up to their usual standard due to the delay with the delivery

Food good as usual, but delivery very late (40mins after the window specified, and way longer after app said it was despatched). Shame as we like ordering from Ruby's, may have to go elsewhere

2 hours late and we were waiting up til past the kids bedtimes. When I called the gentleman on the phone was most polite and told us he would give a refund but insisted that we take the food anyway since it was already in transit. The next evening the refund still hadn’t been processed and so I called the shop and spoke to a different gentleman who said that his colleague hadn’t said that and that his delivery driver had given us a bottle of Coke (she didn’t) as recompense. Really really impressed tonight- we ordered here to pick up - then I realised I had ordered from the wrong place by mistake as similar name to our local takeaway! Called them back and they couldn’t have been more helpful they Offered delivery and gave us a complementary bottle of juice which was really kind and really appreciated! Food was absolutely amazing! We recommend the korma the fish pakora and the spicy mushrooms! But everything was lovely - fresh and boiling hot even with the hold up! Big thumbs up from us! 👍

Chicken pakora was like a brick, could break a tooth on it. Chips were soggy and the kids juice was hot ? Total waste of money .

Absolutely shocking experience, trying to order from this place. Was looking forward to it and was told, via the app, we were able to collect within 25 minutes. Received an app notification and a text message seven minutes before the collection time, telling me they were closed and apologise for any inconvience caused. Seriously?! Why let me order and take my money, only to be unable to process the order?! Will NOT be back!

Food been marked as on the way for half an hour. Still not arrived marked delivered. Even if it turns up I won't be paying for it as its obviously been sitting in a drivers car for at least half an hour. No thank you.
