Fellow Halal diners beware as they are no longer Halal. Maybe new management or something.

Placed an order over phone, wrong food delivered and no answer at the restaurant when calling to send it back, purposely hanging up the phone. Would not recommend the Uxbridge restaurant at all, poor customer service.

It’s a hotel bar so I feel guilty about the 3 stars. The service, they did very well for the chaos… almost exceptionally well as I was aiming low. But the food for the price is very pedestrian. I still don’t know after spending almost £40 for a glass of wine and a burger that it had to be that small, that basic, and also giving me half a very small bowl of coleslaw. I mean wtf?! I just want to say that I came to the bar to eat AGAIN as the “Italian” restaurant in the hotel was so bad and the food so small that I had to seek food elsewhere to eat again! Radisson should be ASHAMED of themselves. But don’t blame the bar staff in the hotel bar, these people were working hard, smart, and better than the “Italian” at the other side of the hotel. I won’t come back to this hotel for this very reason, a travelling man has to eat!

My wife and I spent over £50 on two courses of Thai food that was bland, no flavour and in our opinion overpriced. To add to the lunchtime experience the barman/manager whom I think was north or the border was rude and arrogant and should not be in the entertainment industry or go on a personality course as yours is none existent. Will I return again….yes the Guinness was great.

Very unhappy with the bar staff - Annabelle. Completely inappropriate with customers and feels the need to mess with my Guinness.
