Royal Star Cafe in Waltham Forest

BEFORE YOU ORDERING where says ALL HOT DRINKS ARE INCLUDED,even if u clarify with waitress who took your order ,MAKE SURE YOU CHECK your FINAL PAYMENT AS YOu MIGHT be over charged for the drinks . Even if it’s says it is included with the set. And proper yourself to hear about yourself something bad in to your address . As I been overcharged , verbally abused , and mentally affected. And then they will say never come back here again. Just because they did that mistakes and easy could apologize and to set up everyone happy. To safe customers instead getting bad rating . In my case the lady who to payment on 30/10/2024 called me infront of my family and customers who was there “SUCH A CHEAP LADY”. It’s calls verbal abuse and I will not leave it as it is it’s going to be reported to the police . You don’t treat people this way , no one giving you that rights ! Especially if u want to save and make productive as mentioned family business “. All the best But yeah , food is great no complaining about the kitchen staff tho. I even wanted to leave some tips ,but after what I had to go through had to change my mind . As I said wish you all the best.

Rude staffing very unhelpful staff did not explain things clearly food if your looking to take your family here for lunch forget it

This cafe is one of the best. Lovely staff and lovely food. This cafe has a very warming and loving staff to take your order and welcome you in. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. The food is always warm and tasty. The drinks are always wonderful. The prices are reasonable compared to other cafes in the local area.

They was very rude when we asked for extras to be taken off of our breakfast they questioned us and the chef tried to start an argument with us. Everyone there is very rude and judges what you eat.

Waiting over an hour for food ignored b waitress then told in restaurants you new to wait for food newsflash you are not a real restaurant you are a mediocre greasy spoon cafe at best you need to drugs up on your people skills

Had the big breakfast which definitely hit the spot. Coffee was as good as anything you’d get from Starbucks. Service was timely.

La comida es excelente, con mucha variedad a precios muy razonables. El personal podría sonreír un poco más, pero el servicio es muy eficiente.El café es el mejor y me refiero a cualquier parte. Tire el dinero en Costa, café o Neru Starbs si te gusta el café, pero en el Royal tops el mucho! ! !

Yo soy muy positiva y dejar buenos comentarios de aquí, pero este lugar era horrible! Pedí huevos royale y salió con un extraño empapados en vez de salmón cocidos marrón salmón ahumado. Normalmente no me quejo pero odio, especialmente con huevos de salmón? ! Cuando me dijeron que la camarera dijo que se había acabado, entonces el hombre que trabajaba allí de pasada (parecía un gerente? Y dijeron que no) no hacer salmón ahumado aunque dijo claramente en el menú. . . 5 minutos más tarde vino y me dijo que había recibido la cosa equivocada de proveedores.Sabía claramente la diferencia entre salmón y salmón ahumado, pero quería ver si podían escapar.El punto no es sobre el hecho de que estaba mal, podían haber dicho desde el principio que no tenían salmón ahumado y me hubiera a pedir algo más, entonces no solo no me importa que no me gustó de salmón y no quería mi comida y cobraron por ello!El resto de la comida no era muy buena, el pan estaba pasada, los huevos no estaban bien y que no estaba muy caliente.

I used 2 come here a lot and it was good, but I was very disappointed today the service is slow only one or two can take the orders as they the only ones who speak English or understand English, the food is crap now fried eggs r very watery yuk and jus overall the produce isn't very tasty maybe they have changed owners because I'm sure if he knew how it's being run and how people felt he wouldn't b happy.

Me and my boyfriend just had a breakfast there and it was a horrible mistake. We still fill dizzy after this breakfast. It's tasteless, food doesn't look good and the atmosphere is just bad. If you want to eat something there, better go somewhere else. There is just waste of money. I don't know how this place is still open. Don't recommend

Food served large plate very good quality quick service you won't come out of here hungry breakfast deal very good they do extra large I would hate to see the size of that one never been disappointed here only problem not much parking outside worth a visit
