Attended a Cookery Demonstration with lunch. It was amazing food. Highly recommend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This has to be one of the best venues with views to enjoy breakfast lunch afternoon tea and dinner in norfolk. With breathtaking views and lots of different areas to eat inside or out.

We booked a weekend break in Norfolk staying in Roughton and travelled to the venue which took a good 40 minutes…., Took the family there for my daughter’s birthday … food was ok nothing special to mention service was appalling. So bad probably the worst in my experience and have dined in many places. Drinks order took ages to take and serve. Dinner was served in reasonable time. Had to keep asking for things which were missed off like the children’s drinks ended up getting up four times to get help with service even after being reassured things were not served. We were allowed to take the birthday cake in for my daughter. Table was not cleared before bringing the cake out … daughter went to the bathroom I was at the counter enquiring about the where abouts of the children’s drinks as I had finished my main their drinks still not arrived!!!! and that’s when they bought the cake out by the time we returned the lit special sparkling candles we had has gone out. Thought we would have a hot drink with the cake …. They took so long we had finished the cake before the drinks came. Really should have read the reviews before booking what was meant to be a special occasion. Was absolutely ruined. They took the children’s drinks off the bill and the hot drinks totally spoilt the occasion

Good car parking, nice ambience, good food, hot and well cooked. However, the whole experience was let down by really poor service. We waited ages for our drinks, then again for the food order to be taken. It wasn’t just us, everyone was finding it the same - such a shame, it’s put us off returning.

Fantastic tasting menu, nothing the fault the service and staff were very professional, served approx 60 people very efficiently, would definitely recommend.
