Absolutely disgusting,,, donner meat was obviously old, the whole meal stank of it.. rancid stinking gone off donner meat, chips were hard with rubbery bits quite obviously been cooked over and over gor 2 day before my order... also no can of drink with kids meal, no large bottle that i paid £4 for!! The rudest delivery driver she just basically told me to fk myself when i ask for the drink.. disgusting place i shall contact health authorities today as i believe the food sold to me is well past its best. Ordered Tuesday 23 july..

For a start even if you wanted to make a complaint you can't because they have no number which actually works.. if you're also interested in mouldy pizza this is the place to go. Disgusting should be shut down.

Ordered food. It gave a time of 1 hour. Went past the one hour no food. Thought ok maybe bust Friday night. Waiting another 30 mins no food. Called restaurant. Driver hadn't even left restaurant. Waited another 30 mins called restaurant again. We get told it's on its way. By this time it's 12.30am. Went to bed. Them woke up this morning to see on the camera that they attempted to deliver at 1.30am. Absolutely disgusting. Never order from there

i had ordered a chicken and donna kebab it came within 30 minutes of ordering but when i opend my kebab and began eating it i realised my chicken was under cooked and pink.

Ordered food for delivery and the 7th of march I waited and waited but no delivery rang up the next day to complain and they told me they was an issue with the app and they would refund my money within the week still no refund I kept ringing but still no refund so I’ve decided to ring up tranding standards according to trending standards they can take a business to court or stop them operating all together I’ve been reading other peoples reviews and it seems it’s not the first time this has happened to other people please please please if anyone one reads my review on line please please please just report the business to trending standards they take these issues extremely seriously please do not hesitate and the ironie is I got a text message saying under new management get 10% off or a free meal if I spend £25.00 I’ve got a good idea is delivery what I ordered and paid for for the amount of £12.99 over a month ago and a free meal at my convenience at a later date of my choice absolutely terrible customer service please do not order on line you loose your money and you do not get your food delivered and no refund please be aware and cautions when purchasing food from them.. please don’t forget to report them to trending standards…

We made a order for delivery quite a few hours before supposed closing. For over two hours we received no notifications or anything at all. Took us having to contact Foodhub directly for them to tell us they wouldn't deliver, the food service had to contact the owner directly. Absolutely ridiculous. What's worse is that it's happened at this address with a different person ordering also! I would absolutely avoid here. No contact or anything. I never post negative reviews, please heed my warning do not order from here if you're hungry, you'll be left disappointed and hungry with no communication.

Time wasters... Used to be best kebab shop in Yarmouth! Wraps in the bread were amazing... Ordered a few months back a guy called back said they are out of Pita bread but he will make best wraps. Wraps came soggy cold and tasteless.. knew something has changed as the owner was on top of everything previously. Thought we will give another try a couple of weeks later as really craved the pita bread chicken wrap ordered through their website an email came through they can't take my order and will return my money... Money was returned a few days later but the shop has been closed every time I drive past it.

Ordered food for 835pm. Took our money. Tried to call at 845 no answer continued calling still no answer. Ended up walking 15 minutes to the place to see it was all locked up and not open at all. Total joke. Hoping to get my 23 back. Stay away

Ordered via the FoodHub app for takeaway delivery. Waited 2 hours, even though it was estimated at only an hour. Tried to contact the shop, kept going to voicemail. Contacted FoodHub who also tried to contact the owner. No response. Poor customer service! An update would have been nice or to even say that they weren't going to deliver! Quick enough to take our money though!

Order placed then theyve chosen to cancel my order as 'we're currently closed'. It's a chicken doner wrap meal, it's 9pm on Saturday night. Pathetic.

Ordered chicken wings for delicery, did not say they were spicy. When you have an allergy to spices you need this information. When I spoke to the man at the shop he did not care, would not send something else in return and said if I want my money back then go get it from him. Very rude.

So spent just over £20 on a pizza and a wrap less than 30 mins after eating my stone cold takeaway I've puked it back up I ordered hot food not cold not luke warm HOT which is wasn't Worst takeaway I've ever got from these won't be using them again not anymore and I'd advise anyone else to go to another takeaway

Kebab meat and rice arrived cold, chips and wedges over cooked, I called Royal Kebab to make them aware, offered replacement food, no thank you. Use an alternative takeaway.

Large mixed kebab, you having a laugh…small portion of donner meat, three small pieces of chicken and some other tough unpalatable meat. Salad was the best thing, supposed to be on Turkish bread, that’s a laugh!!! To cap it all, a portion of Luke warm boiled rice….. the best thing ever to harbour unwelcome bugs. Cannot recommend, scruffy staff……just a dump!!!

Me and my partner ordered from here Tuesday and we have been throwing up since their food gave us food poisoning I do not recommend getting anything from here it’s vile and the pizza base had some sort of mould on it

Awful! After trying this kebab delivery for 3 times and not once have they got the order right. Always takes forever to arrive, and the order is wrong and half of the food is cold. My suggestion, go somewhere else!!!

If you want your food quickly, do not go here. We ordered at 7:27pm and didn't get it until 9:05pm. When it arrived it was cold. And this is the garlic bread with cheese that they give you. Avoid

Wow!! I'm vegetarian so opted for the Halloumi wrap with Turkish bread. The portion size was huge! Absolutely delicious as always. So many vegetarian options to choose from! This has got to be the best place I've ordered from in a very long time. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Fast delivery to Gorleston. 5*****

Wow simply amazing, just had chicken and donner Turkish wrap. I live in Gorleston with loads of take aways including kebab shops. But this was fare the best ***** I will be having delivery's again for sure. Lots to choose from good prices hassle free ordering.

After a hour wait our food arrived cold, we were told 20 to 30 minutes, it was just over a hour, and cold, they forgot the sauces when we called to complain, they offered to send hot chips and wedges, nothing about replacing the chicken Was our first time using them, we won't bother again, the chicken would have been nice if it was hot.

Ordered food via Just Eat, order accepted, driver on their way. Never arrived, called up at 10pm and they hadn't even started the order, let alone sent it out. Finished a 12 hour shift with another in the morning, wanted to squeeze a pizza in-between at about 9pm but they couldn't even get that right. Then, before a review could be left on the App, they cancelled the order so we weren't able to comment on it. Unacceptable, and not even ordered at a peak time. First and last time we try them...

Ordered through Just Eat. Had a confirmation of the order and the update to say the driver was on the way but after an hour with no food, I contacted them. The girl on the phone advised that she'd never received the order and it was only just coming through. They offered to make our order which would have been another half an hour (at least). Before I'd even got off the phone, they'd cancelled the order so I couldn't review them on Just Eat. Avoid!!!!!

Excellent kebab very tasty and big portion

Placed an order for foood delivery for 2 adults and 4 children. Money was taken order was confirmed by text messages saying food on the way. 1 hour later i call to get told never orderd here and dont call back. This is not acceptable for a food delivery service They take your money via debit card and when you call to ask how long where is my food you get a mouth full of abuse. Never ever been spoken to like that over the phone.

My second visit here, few days ago. Late evening. Wanted to order by phone with the app I normally use but something was wrong with the payment page and it wasn't downloading. After trying to place an order for almost an hour I just drove there. I arrived literally 4 minutes before closing, however it was absolutely no problem for them to prepare my food. I knew it already but I just confirm... the BEST burger I ever had!!! Guys, you just gained one more "regular" 👍

This place was recommended by my bro. I decided to give them a try tonight. I was not disappointed. The food arrived early, hot and exactly what I ordered. I ordered the farmhouse pizza, onion rings and cheesy chips. I ordered the small portion of cheesy chips, and it was a very generous amount. I also got a bonus pot of garlic dip too which was nice. The delivery guy, was really polite and stuck to social distancing rules. I think this may be my new go to place. Thanks guys.

The food is very nice, but there is always a missing item. Usually I get meat and rice saperatl, but today they put them in 1 bowl therefore halfing the portions for the same price. Love the food but won't be going back again!

If your looking for a kebab or any sort of take away this place is a must try, I have had terrible experiences with many kebab shops in the Yarmouth area but never had a bad thing to say about this one, perfect food, excellent customer service, kind and flexible staff if you want something added or taken from your order they will happily do it without an issue my partner and I are extremely picky with our food especially our meats and they have yet to dissoppoint if your looking for some good food at good prices this is the place for you my partner is extremely fussy and picky with his food and it shocked me that he was so positive about the food and how well cooked and how delicious it is Keep up the great work you guys are amazing

The best ever! From kebabs & burgers to pizza, every single time these guys deliver best taste, fast delivery and lots of friendlynes. Even thow we are more like casual customers because we usualy cook at home, they know already our preferences in the smallest details. Never miss a thing!

£8 for a Large combo kerbab which consists of 4 pieces of chicken 4 pieces of hallomy walk back to ask if that is right because that is a little rudicuals I am not one to Complain as I a have had 2 Really good burgers from there but not happy with the reaction I got when I took it back

I was advised to try The food from royal kebab and was sceptical at first but after trying it I completely agree there is not another kebab shop in Great Yarmouth that even comes anywhere near the outstanding quality and amazing tasting food that royal kebab deliver every single time even rushed off their feet and piled up with orders every single time it's amazing and leaves such an incredible taste after it shows the commitment and passion that royal kebabs owner has towards his food and most importantly his customers he goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are blown away every time, even down to the honesty if it's super busy they wont tell you it will be ready in 40 mins hes honest and will tell you it could take up to 2 hours but the wait is justified by the unreal quality and dedication that goes into the food I would rather wait a full 2 hours to ensure I get to taste the amazing food that is produced by royal kebab every single time without fail.

cold chips, pizzas only tasted of cheese when they where supposed to be bbq. should of got 4 pitta breads only got 1 and 3 other small breads salad was small when it should of been large for 4 people advertised as getting free drink when you spend over £25 when you ask for it you get told no because you got the discount on the donna feast tray it says in the terms and conditions when you check the leaflet there are no terms and conditions on it so a rip off all in the worst experience i have ever had avoid it is bad
