Delivery driver gave me the wrong order then nocked again to give me the right order didn't even know how much I owed so I had to tell him then to top it off I didn't even eat half off my food because it made me feel sick after a few bites leading to me being sick 10 minutes after I thought I'd try a new place for once but never again

Not as nice as it has been chicken balls overcooked as warmed up maybe and mushroom rice was consistently hot. I only live 150 yards from shop. !

Often use this establishment for my chinese food. Lady on the phone Kate, is always polite and helpful. They do offer delivery , but i choose to collect as live close to the place. When collecting Kate is friendly and welcoming. Food is always hot, plentiful and very delicious. If in Clacton, and wanting Chinese I wouldnt go elsewhere.

The food is great here. The lady who answers the phone is lovely and always energetic.

Best Chinese takeaway In Clacton and has been for years

First time using this service. Telephoned in our order, staff helpful, polite and friendly. Delivery man arrived after 20mins, food was nice and hot. Large portions, and good price. Food lovely ! Will definitely be using this service again! Thanks for a lovely meal.

We don't order take away often. Each time we've attempted to give this place a try we've not been able to get through on the phone. This time I persisted in phoning in a delivery order and got through after a half hour. We felt the quality of the food we ordered didn't merit a high rating due to the chop suey being very sweet & in a redish colour sauce. Perhaps that's down to the area of China this place bases it's recipe on but sorry to say it wasn't to our taste. As well the spare ribs were very chewy. The Singapore vermicelli, the noodles were broken down into small bits with tiny bits of meat. Very small bag of prawn crackers + a very minute amount of sweet chilli dip for the mini spring rolls, which were tasty. The prawns in ginger & shallots was also lovely.

The lovely lady on the desk taking orders is super friendly and takes every order accurately. Food is always amazing....fresh, hot and full of flavour!!!

Chinese from this place last week there was no taste to the curry at all and the prawn balls was so small I didn't even know they had any prawns in side of them I didn't enjoy the food and I won't be coming back

Was lovely, we staying at highfields, was worried about trying a different Chinese but these didn't disappoint, made changes for me happily, everything tasted spot on and used to.how I normally have it. Only thing I'd say was abit more than I'd usually pay, but as it was nice I didn't mind so much.

Best Chinese in Clacton! From order to delivery, everyone is friendly. Food always steaming hot on delivery and they make the best Satay Sauce I've tasted. You can tell a good Chinese by Chicken Balls not hard and greasy. Will always recommend this place. Thank you x

Best in Clacton by far. The chef here is amazing compared to all others in the area. It's rare to find a Chinese restaurant/delivery service that you absolutely love but I've found one at the Royal Beijing Clacton. So pleased they've started doing home deliveries during lockdown. Edit: The last two takeaways I've had are below par and I'd lay money they have a different chef. I always order the same so I noticed the change straight away. It's expensive trying to find a takeaway that you love and it took quite a while finding this one and now I'm very disappointed I shall have to find another.

Best Chinese I have ever had I’m 55 years old and I have had plenty of Chinese meals in my time but honestly this is the best I have ever had just can say enough to recommend this food it’s out of this world try it and tell me I’m wrong

this chinese takeaway is a must, we have it every time we visit clacton, large portions and everything we have bought has been very nice, love the sweet and sour chicken balls and bbq spare ribs, its always nice and hot, lovely helpful staff, also a large choice on the menu. this takeaway is a real value for money i would highly recommend

Big order £80 +, really looking forward to it after seeing the reviews. But God what a dissapointment. House chow mein, extremely salty with lots of chewy meat that all tasted the same dumped on top. Sweet and sour pork, chewy fatty bits of pork didn't really taste of anything. We ordered about 15 dishes, none of them came labeled so thanks for that. Everything bland very salty and much the same hard to tell the difference. Lots of waste, did not taste fresh. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review but it's probably one of the worst takeaways I've had, maybe an off day, different chef, very busy I don't know. But we are £80 down and have been constantly thirsty for the last 5 hours.

We’re staying in Clacton as a base for exploring the east coast & nearby towns. After a long day out we wanted something local to where we were staying. Quick internet search and I soon stumbled across this takeaway. Excellent reviews online and only a few minutes walk from our accommodation so we decided to give it a go. We were not disappointed! Great service. Great prices but most importantly great food! Hot, fresh & really tasty. Generous portions. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to for Chinese food.

All the chick product were stringie, chilli's very mild, thanks for the tiny bag of crackers they were the best bit.

We've recently discovered the Royal Beijing;I often fancy a Chinese takeaway but once I've had it, I've wished I hadn't bothered but all our meals from here have surpassed our expectations. The meals have always arrived piping hot and far sooner than expected. We have been recommending our friends and family and they have agreed its the best Chinese that they've had. Terrible meal last night, food luke warm and sauce congealed, pancake rolls swimming in oil and not edible, been using this Chinese for years now, no excuse for sending out food like this.

WOW,, we ordered a few dishes delivered on time to the farm Valley, food was lovely and hot and plenty of it, the bbq ribs in sauce are a must to try the meat just fell of the bone, my husband said they were the best he had tried, would recommend this takeaway, free delivery was included also prawn crackers a nice touch

This place was highly rated,so we thought we would try,I can honestly say on behalf of 7 of us it was delicious, friendly driver met us at the gates of our holiday park,very prompt service, well priced,we had 12 different dishes and all of them were amazing, you won't be disappointed if you give it a go.

Fair priced and delicious Chinese. They're my go-to place, I typically order the set meal A1. The chicken chow mein, chicken balls, egg fried rice and meat spring rolls are really good. Delivery is free for orders £12 and over, delivery speed is very good also, never had any problems. Would highly recommend.

Whilst staying in Clacton we popped in for a takeaway and we wasn’t disappointed. The service was quick, food was hot and portion sizes great.

Visited this Chinese whilst staying in Clacton as it was the best rated. Did not disappoint. Decent size portions, food for 4 adults and 1 child come to £43.50 and we had plenty left for a snack the next day. When visiting clacton again will definitely be coming back.A***** 10/10 Great customer service and food was highest quality

We visited Clacton last Thursday evening and were feeling hungry so as we fancied a pancake roll we did a quick search and it came up with this place.After reading a few reviews we decided that we wanted some sweet and sour chicken and a couple of other bits.We were not dissapointed and would happy to recommend the Royal Bejing to anybody.

Lovely food, friendly service and really quick (we collected). Highly recommend the ribs we had the dry ones and the meat fell off the bones. Chicken balls had a crunchy batter and a good size portion for chow mein. Would recommend!

Just had a meal delivered from this restaurant. So impressed ordered and delivered within twenty minutes and piping hot. Pancake rolls were crunchy and not greasy. Couldn't fault the meal. Well done. Excellent value for money. Packaged very well, double wrapped, not seen that before. Will definitely use again.

We visited clacton for a long weekend and decided to order after watching football. They arrived within 20 mins (valley farm). The food was piping hot. Tasty and spicy. Large portions for the price too. Wish we had a Chinese like this where I live.
