I paid for pool, but wasn't able to play. I asked for a refund and was refused. Instead, I was asked to email their manager. I emailed the manager and received no reply. I wouldn't normally complain, but it costed £20.

Top tier gaff. No food on but I don’t mind being hungry for an hour longer than I need to be. Service was great. Beer was great. What else needs to be said?

Conner sorted us out all night, didnt need to go up to the bar once all night. He was on it and kept us topped up and paid attention to us. Top guy should be proud to have him hired.

Booked bowling for work Xmas do. Was great fun however the bar was shocking we arrived at 9pm to no beers left on draught. Staff tried to serve us a one beer which was left but it was bottom of the barrel very flat large head which I refused to pay for. Shocking really as it’s a Saturday night peak Xmas time.

Death of Nottingham!!!! Ran by a bunch of kids with no brain cell between them. 45 mins to get a drink after arguing for half and hour! Go jump in a river for fun instead

Had an excellent time at Roxy ballroom. Rueben is a wizard behind the bar, fantastic cocktails and minimal waiting time, would 100% recommend.

Came for my friends birthday and was served by Mia. The service was great and very fast, the staff are all very friendly. Mia is beautiful.

Jack was unbelievable serving us, I was on a first date and he was an absolute diamond, he gave us our drinks in no time and was very accommodating towards us all night we love Jack!! I hope Jack becomes a manager someday his management towards us and staff was exemplary

Came in on Friday as a big group of 18 and did karaoke - Mia was awesome at looking after us and Katie the manager made sure we had a great night.

Mia was amazing and made sure we were all well looked after. Heavenly and Katie were also super lovely, great venue and incredible staff

I came here on a first date and was feeling super nervous. Jack set us up with a table and got us our drinks in no time. He was the perfect host and made us feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our time here. Thank you Jack!!

First time here and WOW what an amazing place. Food was delicious…the seasoning on the fries was so tasty. Drinks such a a great choice…recommend the “bounty hunter”. Enjoyed a few games of ping pong, bowling and pool. Will certainly be back. Big thank you also to Jack for looking after our crazy party….you are so lovely. Curry ketchup is my new thing haha

We had a game of Shuffleboard which was a decent price of £22 for both of us. We then sat and enjoyed 3 small plates each which were delicious and £30 for us both. Such a great atmosphere, with good vibes and fantastic service by Mia who came over to us regularly to check on how the game was going and how the food was or if we wanted anymore drinks!

Kiera was really friendly and quick to serve us, even asked for my number, although I thought her manager was very rude when they sent her home mid way through pouring me a delicious pint of golden elixir.

Disgusting bouncers. Rejecting a potential customer due to drunkenness when really he has a leg problem (verified by his GP). Absolutely sick of such behaviour. You need to check the agency you hire because it is beyond belief the treatment he recieved.

Would not recommend. Keiran was very rude to myself and my partner. Keiran said we will get a full refund after emailing the company however I doubt this will be the case. Very rude staff!

Wanna just shout Reuben out as he sorted us out great, he brought us over water and cleared our tables pretty quickly. The place is also really cool and a good place to chill and play games!

i came in on saturday and our server mia was amazing she was dressed as the most adorable clown ever our drinks were prompt and tasted amazing we will definitely come back to play ice free curling from mias suggestion!!!!!!!!

Great day out with friends. Staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Food was good and well presented. All the activities we did we thoroughly enjoyed. Party of 5 we booked Ice-Free curling, Crazy Pool, Ping Pong and American Pool and it was great fun and it came to £25 each for all of it. I think for 4 hours of entertainment this is very good. Definitely would want to go back and try some other games. Prices for food and drink are reasonably too.

we came in for pool on saturday of halloweekend we stayed for food which was delicious our server mia (fabulously dressed as a clown) told us it was made by sara we had a delightful time and the spooky vibes were fabulous will definitely return!!!!!

Jack was very helpful with the service making my experience really fun. I was indecisive in my drinks choice and Jack helped me pick a great choice, ten Lychee & Raspberry non alcoholic cocktail.

Visited Roxy for an afternoon of activities as part of a team reunion. Absolutely brilliant few hours at the venue. Team activities got the reunion off to a cracking start. Special thanks to Mia who was our server and always made sure we had plenty of refreshments and dealt with all our queries. Highly recommended and will be back.
