Enjoyed my time here, great service from the staff and well looked after every game I came across

food was great and the service was amazing, sara was very friendly while making our drinks and mia was checking up on us making sure we were having a good time with our food and drinks :) would definitely reccomend for a chill night with drinks and games

Mia and Sara were amazing helping us choose what games to play and quick service at the bar. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely experience here, unexpectedly we had a fire alarm and one of our group became very distressed (within reason) the ladies there were amazing supporting us into a wellbeing room and being there throughout, they paused our experience and continued to be supported throughout … I want to give a massive shout out to heavenly, Hayley and em, they pointed us in the right direction and couldn’t be more supported. Thank you so much!! Big love !!!!

Jack was so attentive and was never to far away to help. Would highly recommend him on a night out and ada host was 100% the man!

Came to Roxy tonight with some friends to play shuffleboard and had an amazing time. Pizza was amazing too! Hayley on the floor gave great service. Will definitely be returning!

Em was amazing, attentive and kind. They were extremely funny whilst remaining professional. Along with Em, Hayley and Chloe were absolutely incredible, super friendly and informative whilst being fun and showing us the tricks to the different games. We ended up playing bowling, pool AND darts and this is because of their consistent and collective spirit! 5 stars!

We had a group booking and the team were excellent. Very helpful with dietary requirements and setting up the games we’d booked. The food options were great and the attendees enjoyed the selection of drinks on offer. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

JACK is amazing!!! We had bottomless brunch here and Jack made it the best! He was so attentive and made sure we always had drinks. Lovely person and made us laugh, as well as made sure we were comfortable. Thank you Jack - give this guy a raise!!!

I got served by Mia and she was lovely! She recommended the garlic bites and wow! Jordan made them for me and they were so yum! Highly recommend, Karaoke is so fun and paired with garlic bites can’t go wrong! :)) thank you!!

Mia and Oisin were so helpful and friendly. They made my experience at Roxy.

We booked to play bowling only to be told we’ve booked the wrong one yet on google maps, it says the other Roxy is permanently closed. We had to pay to play bowling twice then we never received our food and drink until an hour after we ordered. Food I could understand if it’s busy but seeing other people come in after us being served before us was frustrating. We ordered a pint of Guinness, bottle of coke and a can yet we saw 2 separate trays of cocktails be delivered to a table next to us that ordered after us. Service was terrible to say the least. Thankfully there was one staff with some brains that resolved this and got us our food and drinks.

Emma served us at the game desk she was absolutely fantastic. So helpful with recommendations of how we can continue to enjoy our night at roxy ballroom.

Cameron was amazing. So helpfull. Great night had for our leaving do. Loads of games.

A woman with glasses, a dodgy septum piercing & awful blonde/black hair was so rude. I brought apple juice with me (I’m a diabetic) & another blonde woman took it and said i’d get it back. Sure that’s fine! After our session, the first woman mentioned was really unhelpful & rude. I mentioned how the staff told me i’d get it back & she was really horrible. Really a bad end to an otherwise good night.

Had a great time tonight! The staff were excellent and so attentive, the bowling pins went a bit weird for a sec, but the manager Heavenly sorted it out in no time.

Had an excellent time here the vibes were great the drinks were good and I loved the pool tables. Our server was so funny and efficient even when the iPad ordering system malfunctioned they handled it very well thank you andrew!!
