had an awful experience staff were so slow and rude didn’t want to help us at all we was a party of 23 and our screens to order drinks were not working bar staff were very slow, some of the members of our party went to order a drink took 20 mins which they missed out on the 1 hour bowling they paid for, the drink was made incorrectly, ordered a Long Island and got pina colada, ordered a drink later on, same again wrong ingredients were put in, coconut syrup was added when asked about it she suggested I tried it, I do have a coconut allergy so we are very lucky I saw, the Venue was super hot, when arrived to bowling the tables were dirty with previous customers food on the table, we then had karaoke rooms which were late, we then paid for beer pong which was set up half way through our karoke time, which resulted in us leaving it half way through, only one table for beer pong was given for 23 people

I absolutely love it here! Great staff, they're always lively to chat to! Great games, always a good time! And great karaoke rooms! Me and all my coworkers come here part way through a great night out, and it lifts our spirits every time <3 I cannot recommend this place enough!

Reuben is one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had, he took care of all our needs and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing night.

Had the pleasure of being served at the bar by a lovely gentleman named Reuben at my last visit to Roxy. The experience was a 9/10 but after meeting Reuben it was a 10/10 experience. Will defo visit again!

Really great experience playing pool with a few beers and food. Surprisingly good atmosphere for a Thursday and there was a really attentive member of staff called Mia who made it an even better time! Thank you Mia and everyone else!

Been down tonight with my friend and had an amazing time. Customer service was brilliant, in particular Rueben, who was a huge help at Roxy Ball room. Food and atmosphere was class. Definitely returning in the future!

Visited roxy on a visit to Nottingham and what a place!! Got everything you could want, pool, table tennis, bowling, darts. We headed for the pool tables and played, we were served by Olivia who was very welcoming friendly and efficient with her service. If we lived closer we would spend our lives here!! What a place!!

30th April we visited here and I must say it has amazing staff, we were made to feel very special and nothing was too much trouble.

Si bien disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo aquí, había algunas cuestiones y mejoras que se podrían hacer. Asistimos a dos juegos reservados para una despedida de soltera. Nos registramos en las pantallas y luego nos dijeron que nos dirigiéramos a la mesa de juegos. La cola para la mesa de juegos era ENORME con solo una pobre chica trabajando allí. Tomó un tiempo llegar a nuestro primer juego. Del mismo modo, había un personal de bar muy mínimo, por lo que los tiempos de espera allí eran masivos también. Aparte de la falta de personal y largas esperas, estábamos contentos con nuestra visita. Los juegos y el ambiente eran geniales.
