Wasn't happy with tomato ketchup left outside on table in sun all day,husband had some on his chips & was very ill next day.

After just finishing a nice circular walk it was nice to have dinner here would go back again. Yummy 😋

Fresh cooked. Burger was juicy and massive . Nice staff very clean

Rude chef, complained that we were only drinking. We were about to order food but went elsewhere after his grumbling . To approach one of our group and tell us we were taking up space. Very poor attitude. We had already ordered some food but clearly not enough.

Called in here whilst on holiday in Towyn, had seen it prior to our holiday and was looking forward to trying it. Was very disappointed, the style of the diner was good and well themed but that's all the positives I can say about it. The food was horrible, over priced for below average food that didn't taste good at all, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

Was definitely enticed by the large board advertising ice cream. Unfortunately, when I asked what flavours were on offer, I was told they only sell one flavour and one type of ice cream. The ice cream van parked next to the kiosk had a lot more to choose from. The 2 members of staff were nice enough, even though they didn't seem too happy to be there. A smile and a little enthusiastic energy would have made me forget I was getting big standard ice cream 😏 The only positive is that there are tables and benches outside.

The staff are very friendly, the food is fantastic. My daughter loves coming here. Great value for money

Nice place and friendly staff. We ordered a small and medium breakfast, the medium was bigger than expected. Food was lovely, can't fault it. Really fast service, didn't have to wait long for food. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Staff were friendly but food was sadly lacking, grease dripping from the burgers resulting in a slight stomach upset. Would be much better if they can reduce the amount of grease in the food.

Food was lovely but the one toilet had wee on the seat, no hand soap and the hot tap scalded my hands. If children use this they will badly burn themselves! The door on the toilet was dirty. Shame about the bathroom hygiene standards but this was the toilet in the amusements arcade ajoined to the restaurant.

Food very greesy young children working there one who was not much older than 10 who was fantastic and was carrying 24 crates of pop then there was a young girl who was around 13 . We ordered our food Yeah kebab and chips the food arrived but with no chips so we mentioned that we ordered chips the girl looked at us and put her hands at the side of her head and said I don't know what you want me to do so I kindly said leave then kebabs with us and bring the chips the girl then just looked at us and walked of with the food 2 minutes later a gentleman arrived at our table not sure if its the owner or manger he was very angry and started shouting at my partner saying she is a young girl don't have a go at her we tried to explain what happened but as we was taking he then just walked of RUDE!!!

Large meals, nice staff decent price just need to change the chips to proper homemade ones

Just come back from there I had a £10 burger with chill con carne jalapeño’s with natchos fries and salad which was lovely the wife had a Donna kebab chips and salad there was that much they gave her a doggie bag 💼 to bring home it was so nice going back tomorrow for takeaway tea yum

Large portions, tasty food and great staff

It's by no means a gourmet restaurant, but it is what it's meant to be, a small place selling tasty good value food, filling portions in an American style setting. It's clean, the staff are lovely and also were very accommodating to my veggie teenager. Nice place 😊

I ordered an Adult Hotdog meal which consisted of a large hotdog in a bun with boiled onions, sauce and a side of fries. I also ordered an Oregon Wrap Meal which consisted of chicken, thin slices of steak, cheese, mushrooms and onions with a drink and a side of chips. Looking at some of the items on the menu I was surprised to see some really interesting and, what I would consider, a little unique for the area, which is why I decided to go with the Oregon Wrap Meal, so I was looking forward to something a little different. The young lady who served me was polite and dealt with all my requests as if nothing was too much. As for the food, it was all very sub-par. The wrap had a decent amount of cheese on, however, there was not much chicken. The steak slices were extremely chewy which ruined the whole wrap. The hotdog had a funny taste to it and my partner, unfortunately, took one bite and had to spit it into the bin. The chips were just typical fries, so there's not that can be said about them and we finished both portions. I feel the issue with the food came from it not being made to order. The hotdog was in a hotdog warmer and appeared to be really dark when we got back to our caravan, Happy Days which is about 3-4 minutes away. I seen the mushrooms and onions were in bain maries and the meat was warmed up, as it was pre-cooked, on a grill. The 2 meals was made, packed and on my way in about 5 mins which shows that nothing was made to order. Sorry to be negative towards your establishment and the images of the burgers do look delicious, however, I can only review you based on my experience, which was less than average to put it politely.

Nice little cafe, but my two daughters were not impressed by the fact they don't sell pancakes. All they wanted were pancakes but had to settle for waffles.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always amazing and you get massive portions for your money. Definitely worth a visit.

well wearth the money .big portions and lovely food me and my family when friday and it was spot on .fast service food was hot and fresh. i had the rocky 2 and only just finished it before almost going into a food coma .will be eating there again .

Pretty limited in Towyn as to where you can eat and especially with Children!! think the place is great value for money we had the quad father burgers not to be frowned up on and will challange even the most hungry!! The large hot dogs will too challange you and children coyld eaily have half each etc prices in there we felt were very reasonable wouod definitely use again, staff very friensly too!!

Oh I wouldn't say it's American diner it's a standard beef burger so if you like your standard burgers this is the place for you

Rather expensive for what's in offered but friendly staff and limited alternatives make it an acceptable place to stop for a bite. No baby changing facilities are a big problem however.

We went to route 66 yesterday, it's our second time dining here.If you love your burgers then here you'll be in heaven, the burgers are divine and there's loads of choice. The prices are very reasonable and good value.The other food ie- wraps,desserts looked just as appetizing. Be there!.

WOW WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO EAT Went here with family and friends food amazing and quick coming out. Great size portions. Staff all very friendly. I had the Grand Canyon it was soo tasty wife had Arizona wrap said it was yummy kids had hot dog meals great sizes too. We then went on for desserts kids had amazing Freaky Shakes we had sundaes so full up by then but would recommend anyone visiting Towyn to try this place . 5 Stars Definitely 😊😊
