It was decided food and lovely service.

Service needs to be improved and no sauces were served with mains and lack of spices which i guess staff should ask about that how customer wants .. its okay but they can improve

Recently went for a meal with family the service was fabulous the meal was plentiful and equally beautiful it was spotlessly clean and reasonably priced was only on holiday and took a chance what a little gem 💎

We had a best time there as it was very nice restaurant plus the staff especially naeem and raksha were so good. Best food and best restaurant.

Very unprofessional staff,constantly busy in making fun of people sitting there & laughing particularly the front desk staff Service staff was good . Manager was very arrogant,not at all aware of food items,allergies did not know basic ingredients like zucchini & not fit for hospitality industry at all. Owners should look into this for betterment of their business and customer relationships . Very disappointed with service food was ok (not that good actually) but after dinner mood was totally off .

Halal. Ordered the chicken korai with garlic naan. It was ok, but could be better. The korai was more sweet than spicy and the garlic naan didn’t taste of garlic at all.

Food was lovely. Small portions. Quite pricey. Really small naan. But all nice.

Ordered their mix tandoori and special pilao rice. Food was very good and upto the mark. Lamb was very tender and well flavored!

Terrible, nearly 2 and a half hours to get a small order. Arrived cold and soggy. Would not recommend.

Delicious food, cooked to order as usual but quick. Large portions. Lovely atmosphere for a meal and friendly staff. Comfortable seating with some options to sit in the window.

The grill was edible but the curry was absolutely nasty, I paid £30 for myself and my 3 year old. He ate 3 bits of the chicken tikka and one of the sheesh kebab. I have never tasted such an awful bhuna chicken. Definitely would nor recommend.

Own wine no longer allowed. Chicken very stringy.Mcain oven chips? £3.95 for a handful. Wouldn't recommend. Young girl tried her best to accommodate us.Papadums and pickle tray the highlight.

We had an excellent experience at the Tandoori restaurant. Besides our entrees we had the coriander naan. Both of our chicken dishes were excellent. Good quality tandoori chicken. If we weren’t leaving, we would go back for another meal. Robin Sulerud. Minnesota, USA

Ordered tonight. Took approximately 2 hrs to arrive. I don’t mind the wait if the food is decent and the Welsh Lamb Balti was passable. I also ordered a Chicken Tikka Korai (see photo). An abomination. I would imagine you have to try really hard to achieve a dish this bad. It glowed red in the dark and tasted sweet. What’s going on in North Wales where a decent curry seems to be unachievable. North Walians deserve better. Enough of opportunistic grifters passing off any concoction as authentic Indian cuisine. It was, at least, better than Junction Tandoori’s offering that I tried a few months ago but still one to avoid (unless it gets its act together, stops taking the mick and serve some authentic Indian dishes).

Food I would say very bad , tandoori chicken felt like boiled chicken with added colour to it , biryani tasteless , sorry to say very bad experience with take away food , all the chicken just boiled and cooked may be I don't think they marinate chicken with all spices for required dishes . I think you have to improve the flavours guys , very expensive for the food too not even take away discount. Had other day Bengal dynasty take away food was very tasty and nice really enjoyed , got 20% discount as well .

Really bad customer service, asked the waiter for some salad and he got annoyed at us and told us that we should stop asking him things because he didn't want to walk from the kitchen [which was a 1 minute walk from our table] to our table, made us feel really uncomfortable and not welcome.

Visted this establishment and was severely disappointed. Atmosphere was horrible snd waiters were racist and just plain rude, the waitresses were whispering about us and we could literally hear them. As for food it was not nice at all and we paid a lot for small portions would not recommend to anyone.

This place is famous for Indian food - but food was okay not exact Indian taste ! Strange is chef here do not put any salt in rice items be it fried rice or any type of rice - this was new to us :( they have good population of foodies visiting but place has scope of expansion and better service. Collaboration was missing in team which led to long waiting for orders and payment. they have good variety food - not very oily but service needs to be more customer friendly and smooth !!

Terrible service, slow to ask what we wanted. When the food arrived we didn't have plates to eat on. Also the spoons they gave were serving spoons instead of table. I don't want to be too harsh on some of the waiters. Clearly they were inexperienced. That responsibility falls on the manager. Considering this was the Saturday of a long weekend. However the saving grace was the food. Not overdone with ingredients just right.

Worst restaurant visited in UK so far in my stay, they took almost 1.5 hours to deliver and which I didnt feel was worth after this much of wait, hence came back of the restaurant without having food. Over expensive and worst restaurant, not recommended to anyone.

Worst customer service, the person handed over the menu card told that you have to spend minimum 12£ per person. I don’t understand why would someone tell the customer like very harsh. Won’t recommend this place.

We had a really worst experience in Llandudno Tandoori restaurant. We experienced racist behaviour here by one of the staff members in the restaurant. We are 5 people from London who came for a vacation to Wales and visited this restaurant for a dinner, where one of the guys from the restaurant served a menu card and said that only if we order minimum 12£ per person we are allowed to eat which made us to feel annoyed and we felt really bad for his rude behaviour and racism that he showed us. Being an Indian we felt really bad to visit this Indian based restaurant and experienced racism from an Indian. I would say their business model is really poor and I won’t recommend this hotel. We left the hotel immediately and went to another restaurant called Blue Elephant which was really awesome.

Lovely place. Friendly helpful staff. Great menu with generous portions ( three onion bhaji as a starter!!).

Indian is my favourite food and actually ordered from here by mistake for delivery. But a lucky mistake as it is the best curry I have had in a long time. So now my new goto for a take away.

It was an amazing experience at Llandudno Tandoori. Been twice within 2 days because of the food and atmosphere. Excellent service by Sushant Thapa and Aayushma Giri. These two made us feel so special. Highly recommended for Indian food.

Excellent authentic Punjabi food. Teepu (I think that was his name) gave great service. Great portions and prices. We will be back.

I’ll be honest really expensive for what it was and why on earth the bill came separate for drinks is beyond me. Charged £4 for 4 popadoms and that wasn’t even with the Chutneys- they were extra!!! Never been any curry house and paid £10 for popadoms and chutney!!!! Distinctly average and very high price.

Food do not taste as or similar to indian dishes. Service was good, very compact place. Food menu looks like a Bangladesi

paid for 2 orders of poppadoms, ended up with two individual thoroughly broken poppadoms. Vindaloo was below average (honestly Wetherspoons is better). Garlic rice was tasteless. Really sorry, but not a great experience.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food with plenty of gluten free options available. We went midweek so it was a little quiet but nevertheless a great dining experience. Keen prices for such an excellent meal. Couldn't find a fault. Will happily return when next in town.

The just eat app said it was on the way for 40 mins we are only 10 mins away I understand it’s valentines and they might be busy but even on the phone they told us another 15 mins and abruptly put phone down. It’s a shame cos we really like this restaurant but why predict a time they can’t make ?

Possibly the best Indian meal I have ever had! Excellent service, the waiters couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent and the lamb in the curry was the best I have had.

Delivery driver doesn't seem to know what he's doing. The taxi driver had to intervene in order to ensure the delivery driver did his job properly.

Somethings gone really wrong at Llandudno tandoori. Last 2 orders from here have been so poor. The delivery drivers have been incapable of finding a street address that is plainly obvious on Google maps, we've been asked to walk up and down the street looking for the drivers and when finally arrived the food has been luke warm. The last order this weekend the food has gone downhill as well so we're off sadly. Really liked it initially, gutted.

We were only in Llandudno for one night and were looking for a takeaway. So glad we found this great restaurant tucked away upstairs. The owner was wonderful and helped us out with our dietary and allergy issues. They were able to create amazing gluten free and vegetarian meals for us. What a great find

Went in on Saturday 2nd December. Very warm welcome, we got to the table just to be told by two very young waiters that we cannot have anything alcoholic on that night. We decided to settle for cola then and was told we had to pay for our drinks in advance and in cash only. We could pay by card for meals but drinks cash only, and soft drinks only. We left baffled and disappointed. Weirdest dining experience in my whole life.

I have ordered 3 times from this restaurant. This is some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a while . The tandoori mixed grill sizzler is unreal 🤌 highly recommend if you’re visiting or live in Llandudno.

Four of us went here on Sunday 26th November 2023. The food was excellent and so was the service. This is the second time we have visited this restaurant and it was very good both times. However one of our party did find the toilets were not very clean so I deducted a star.

Couldn't fault this restaurant. Food was so tasty and really generous portions. So much choice as well. All cooked fresh and came red hot. The staff here are so lovely, and nothing is too much trouble. So kind and welcoming. Prices are good, about average for an Indian restaurant. Would definitely return.

Brilliant, we went in 30 minutes before they were closing after a visit to the Theatre and they were very welcoming. Food was lovely as were the staff who looked after us, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I can see why they are highly rated and we will use again when in town. Decor is modern. Clean and warm too.

We travelled from Liverpool and this restaurant was right by our hotel. We had a choice of restaurants and chose this. We were not disappointedb. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely beautiful. Special thanks to Sandip who was lovely and friendly

A good smile with great service provided by the server , 10/10 for the servers , Great food , Pappodam plater, Egg fried rice, Samosa was really good. Chicken tandoor served sizzling with onion bed and i prefer to add a piece lemon as well.

Visited on the 4th November. Food and service were excellent and the whole experience was brilliant. The prices are reasonable for the food that is served and the staff are a pleasure. If you visit you won't be disappointed.

Food was cold when delivered. Vegetables in cooked dishes were tough. Dishes were lacking in flavour. Onion bhajis were so dry and tough we couldn’t cut them. Very disappointed, we won’t be using again or recommending to anyone.

Sandip is amazing. What a great guy. The food is fabulous and cooked just the way we asked. This restaurant is well worth the visit. Bonnie served our drinks and she is superb. My wife and I had a great night.
