Rossini Italian Restaurant in Bradford

Our 2nd visit here and it did not disappoint. The staff are very friendly but not over fussy and look very smart. The food was delicious and not over priced. Asked for zucchini’ as it wasn’t on the menu and the waitress returned to say there wasn’t a problem making it and it was perfect. The sea bream was cooked perfectly also. Lovely atmosphere and we can’t wait to return! Well done

Service was terrible . Sat down at 7.45 pm and waited 1/2 hour before our starters arrived . Asked for my bread and got told don’t think I am allowed by the waitress . Once our starter plates were taken away waited 3/4 hour before main course arrived . Calzone pizza hardly had any filling and lasgne was Rick hard on top . Won’t be be going back ad would t recommend to anyone anytime soon . Very disappointing

We visited on a weekday evening and had the great value two course deal. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was great.

The Rossini was recommended by the hotel staff at the Abbey Lodge Hotel, and we found the food and service to be very good. So good, in fact, that we went back again and didn't regret the decision.

We have always really enjoyed going here since it has opened. We had even taken family and friends with us previously too. The food was nice but on this occasion the service was terrible and has put us off going again. We had two courses which cost us £60 no alcoholic drinks. The starter came out ok but they had put cheese on my pizza bread that I didn’t ask for and charged me for it. … I then asked to take half of it home as I wouldn’t be able to eat it all plus my main- this never came back out to us in a box. The second course then took a further 40 minutes to come out and it wasn’t overly busy. When I ordered fries with my main instead of vegetables the young server said he wasn’t sure if they could do that and never came back to confirm. I then had to chase myself for an answer before they brought it out. We were never asked if the food was ok or if we would like another drink. So I was left thirsty during my main. Won’t be looking to go back.

We’ve previously enjoyed our visits to Rossini, it isn’t the greatest Italian but the food has been nice and it’s an attractive restaurant. Our last visit was so disappointing in comparison. Mistakes were made with the food order and the food was bland. The lasagne was particularly tasteless. Rossini usually bring bread at the start of the meal but this wasn’t provided - possibly because we were a larger party? The waiting staff are good, the issues seem to be in the kitchen. I doubt we’ll return after this last experience.

Excellent food - we all enjoyed each of our courses. The pizzas were remarkable - with fior di latte cheese, like in Italy! Not cheap, but very good.

Worst meal in a long time. Avoid at all costs. 8 of us, family meal. Nof one of us enjoyed. Overpriced school dinners

A pleasant place to go, everyone enjoyed the night out and their meal other than mine, don't have the spaghetti it was poor.

The service was very good, the food excellent. Would absolutely recommend it but ..... 9.30 on a Thursday evening and the staff attitude was that we had outstayed our welcome. the welcoming atmosphere at 7.30 had gone by 9.30. The staff obviously couldn't wait to get home. Still scored it a 4 because of the table service and the quality of the food.

We had a fabulous time on Saturday night. 6 adults plus my 1 year old daughter. They staff were so accommodating to our little one. Food was soooo good. Everyone enjoyed what the had and the portion sizes were very generous. To say we went at 5.30, the place was busy but service was still great. Good prices too. We will definitely be back

We visited at 5-45 on a Saturday to find the restaurant quite busy and noisy, lots of children (no that was not Rossinis fault),unable to hear any music. We were shown to our table on entering straight away. Then 15 minutes later we were asked if we would like a drink,which arrived quickly. Then another 15 minutes later asked if we were ready to order. The tastless garlic pizza bread arrived another 20 mins later not very well cooked. My partners Spaghetti Carbonara the meat was overcooked and tough and only a few mushrooms. My Calzone was lots of base around the edge which when removed i was left the size of a small cornish pasty. The inside had lots of cheese but very little of anything else the sauce topping tasted like cold Heinz soup. There was lots of very young staff standing around (the entertainment was watching a girl blowing bubbles with her gum).

Great service, great food. Pizza is really good as was the mushroom risotto. Very reasonably priced.

After reading the reviews, we decided to give Rossini a try. Very quick and easy to order over the phone. Our order was ready at the time agreed. Restaurant is fully compliance with coronavirus measures. Pizzas are thin and delicious. We will repeat for sure!
