Rossi Ice Cream in Southend-on-Sea

I note with dismay that after 3 weeks you are still using paper cups. After enquiring of a member of staff I was informed that they had not been ordered because the manageress was on holiday. Surely in your organisation there is someone able to source some cups so that the customers can enjoy a decent cup of tea or coffee. RGB

Visited 2 days running. Older lady who served me yesterday was INCREDIBLY rude, Quite unbelievable. Her manner is appalling, not just to customers but to the young staff too. Went back today,she wasn't there but the staff working were disinterested, everything was too much trouble. There was a queue outside the door. I think this was more to do with the shambolic service than popularity of the cafe. The only thing going for Rossis at the moment is there are tables outside where you can sit ( eventually) and enjoy the view whilst drinking their awful coffee. I thought I'd play safe today and have a diet coke. Even this was met with a vague look when I asked for something to actually drink it out of. I was given a handled glass mug that they serve coffee in. As I said, everything is too much trouble. Definitely no service with a smile.

We had a good experience of coffee and cake or cookies. It is a pleasant cafe. Found it to be quite clean. The young staff were alright.

We had quite nice mugs of coffee but the selection of something for a snack has changed. No packet of biscuits or cake which I previously liked the choices they have had.

Called in the other day for an ice cream. Purchased 2 cornets w[th flakes before i crossed the road to sit on a bench, it was melting every where then 1 collapsed. The cornet broke in half. Then the same thing happed again Wednesday 12th this time even the serviette could not stop the ice running down my clothes. Ice cream are not cheap these days, really sad end to a regular trip for a Rossi Ice cream

Great place for a quick bite to eat at reasonable prices. Plenty of seating , service is always fast and efficient and the location is perfect with plenty of parking opposite . Well recommended!!

Quite simply the best "whirly" ice cream I've ever had :o) Definitely brightened a slightly rainy day in Southend!

There isn't hardly any covid safe measures remaining. Coffee is pleasant but no chance to see what cakes they have until having already ordered. Not bad envious

We went to the ice cream place next to the arcades. They I've cream was not nice and the people serving weren't the cleanest. Probably should have taken that as a sign. We threw it in the bin. We never throw food away.

You can't beat Rossi anywhere in the world. It is the most delicious ice cream ever. Even better than Italian.
