Posh Nosh Grill in Southend-on-Sea

Specifically had to look for my google account password for this review. Firstly, the DELAY is absolutely rediculous. It took over 2 hours to deliver 3 wraps. I called and simply got a “it’s a very busy day” which unfortunately is not good enough. They should not advertise for 30min delivery when it’s more than triple that. The prices are extortionate for bad quality meat and small fillings. I do not recommend this place.

I have used this place a couple of times and it was a little more than adequate. However the prices suggest it should be more up market and excellent coffee. It was far from this and why it did not get the customer traffic that other similar shops get. Today I read it has closed down for good. This is a shame for the workers and the business owners but they did have an input on the final curtain. A better customer approach and prices that would tempt punters in may have helped.

Turned up at the shop, took a little while for someone to even come out and say anything, tried to order on the app but wouldn’t connect so couldn’t add anything to my basket. Then got a menu from standing inside the store to which, I picked what I wanted to then be told it’s an out of date leaflet!

Only good thing about this take away was delivery on time...food was poor quality chips were all soaked in oil, onion rings all soft and soggy thats just side...not worth the money

I have been eating from here for over 5years. This is one and only Chinese takeaway. The food is A1 They are always friendly and the drivers are polite and fun.
