We had a brilliant time in Rosmarino, the food was amazing, very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful and attentive. I had Lasagne and I think its probably the best tasting Lasagne I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back.

4 of us here for dinner/birthday celebration. Excellent food, service and value- one of our party had gluten and dairy intollerances- no problem. Choices on menu were then modified to suit. Wonderfull, friendly and knowlegible staff. This is FINE dining at a very reasonable price. All of us were very impressed with the quality and skill of the cooking. Arancini, baked Tallegio and meatballs in a modified sauce for our dairy intollereant diner were followed by Tartufo, beetroot ravioli (starter as a main course), steak and braised lamb were all spot on. Superb sweets and coffees with liquers to finish, with a lovely red wine, came to a very reasonable £145. This IS fine dining, but at an affordable price,

Visited here on a weekday night with friends. The place was quiet but the service and food were excellent. The prices too were great, 3 courses for £35 really great value for money. I highly recommend this place for visits of any occasion.

Really great friendly service, lovely atmosphere and the food was excellent. The prawn and calamari starter was delicious. Hubby had the meatballs, which were also fab. Our pasta dishes were also very fresh. Sadly no room for desserts, but they looked very tempting. We will definitely return & will have a look at the specials board before we decide

Lovely spot for dinner. Pasta was incredible. Staff lovely. Only small complaint is the chocolate brownie had no sauce so was very dry. If there was a sauce it would be perfect. Look forward to going again.

Abbeydale Road is definitely on the up regarding the food and drink scene for cafes, bars & restaurants. Following a recommendation we booked Rosmario for a birthday meal following a few afternoon drinks - a great recommendation and a great choice. Food was great in terms of menu choice, quality, portion sizes and presentation. Great service through from all staff and definitely somewhere we will be returning to for an Italian meal. Overall great food, service and value for money

Very good Italian. The restaurant is intimate and cosy with a very warm vibe, and the staff were very kind and attentive. I had the fillet steak which was one of the most juicy, tender, flavoursome steaks I’ve ever had, it was amazing. It came with hand cut chips which were absolutely unreal and pepper corn sauce too. If any staff are reading this then let the chef know it was the best steak I’ve ever had. Overall, very impressed with Rosmarino and will be looking to come again. Forgot to tip this time but if we come again we will be sure to tip double.

Eaten here a couple of times recently and it's become one of our favourites. Food is excellent and thoughtfully prepared, team very attentive and professional. A very welcome addition to the vibrant Abbeydale Road dining scene.

I'll start by saying the food was really nice, however the customer service received by myself and my date (on valentine's day) was anything but, we were having a nice time until a glass of wine mysteriously slid off the table straight onto my date, it quickly became clear that the table was on a rather severe slant, as we were pointing out this fact another drink slid off the table which I thought rather proved our point however I was accused of rocking the table which seems like odd behaviour when on a date to me, I suggested they get a spirit level to test my theory but it didn't happen, when the full price bill came, I said we were reluctant to pay full price, amazingly they came back with a huge £5 discount which I was told was a 10% reduction (it was more like 9% so I guess they thought I couldn't do math), they then said it was one of those unexplainable things which I pointed out was easily explainable by the huge slope on the table at which point I was told the conversation was over. I realise there is a lot of sarcasm in this post but I'm in shock at how we were treated, I stayed calm and didn't raise my voice once but it seemed like we were both looked down on as chancers when in fact I've never once complained before, so in conclusion - nice food but terrible customer service if you're unlucky enough to sit at table 13 (yes it really was 13)

Went here on a Saturday night for a birthday meal with the other half - and we had an amazing time! The atmosphere was lovely, the service was spot on and the food was delicious! Reasonably priced too - we paid about £90 for 2 x 3 course meals & a bottle of wine. Good hearty portions as well so we came away very full and very happy! Highly recommend.

Our fifth visit to Rosmarinos since it opened. The food is consistently delicious - great choice, quality, authentic and gives the traditional Sheffield Italian restaurants a run for their money! The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating. We're happy to support this independent small business. We'll be back very soon.
