We arrived Saturday night after being out in Windsor all afternoon so we was really hungry and looking forward to a good meal. That wasn’t the case! We ordered popadoms whilst we waited for our meal. The mango chutney and the mint sauce was so runny it was like water! Our meals arrived 2x chicken korma 1x tikka, my sisters chicken was PINK so the meal was took away to replace, my mums tikka was unbearably hot to the point where she couldn’t eat it and a chicken tikka is usually her go to! All dishes even the rice was overpowered with so much spice which ruined the dishes. Once received the bill we were charged over £3 for the mango chutney and other dips that came out with the popadoms! Which the waitress recommended we had 2 trays each before telling us they charge for their dips! Overall very disappointing and definitely wouldn’t return! Huge Red flag straight away there being not a soul in there when we arrived at 6pm and throughout the whole duration of the meal

lovely food, great atmosphere and value for money. Very accommodating. Witnessed the staff dealing with a drunk man who came in late and refused to move when they said they were closed. They were polite but firm and managed to get him to leave eventually. Added to the entertainment in your opinion.

Oh my word……so my Wife and I during the day decided we would go to the IO for a meal on this Friday evening…. What we didn’t expect was the weather to be as nice as it was …… so plans scupperd …. But not to worry the IO does a fantastic delivery service, which is fabulous, the delivery gentleman was polite courteous and made sure the order was correct before leaving, the food was amazing, and was as delicious as it is when we eat in. Well done IO you have everything right. We will be back in the restaurant soon but if the weather stays like this we will have it delivered as it’s just as good as it gets. Thank you guys, see you soon.

Where do I start this restaurant is exceptional from all aspects from the table service to the food. I have been coming here since they had first opened 2022 march and haven’t had a bad curry ever. Everything is as clean as I first saw it no marks on anything. The staff are also very friendly and take care of you and your table very well. This restaurant is the best if you’d like to host birthday meals or if you just want to go for a dinner.

Must be the best Indian restaurant in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Unbelievable choice of dishes on the menu, with the food exceptional in taste and presentation. Would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to all family and friends.

This is truly the best Indian Restaurant around. The food, the Staff and the atmosphere all come together to give this restaurant a well deserved 5 star rating from me and all my family. We have visited the restaurant many many times over the 20 years we have lived local, and when it was formerly known as th Roshni and have never had a bad meal, no matter what size of the party etc. but now it has been taken over and rebranded as the Indian Ocean it has stepped up its ratings in our eyes. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are attentive and really do make you feel welcome and at home. My in-laws not big fans of anything outside a Sunday roast absolutely love the IO, to the point were we have now visit the restaurant twice in three weeks!!! It is truly amazing and deserves the highest rating possible!!! Please bare in mind you will need to book as so you are not disappointed.

The food, quality and service were exceptional. We have dined here before and we look forward to dining here again very soon.

Had takeaway 2 Jan 2022. Sami greeted us on arrival. Food was ready to collect on time. Food delicious. Cannot fault. Superb.

Don't bother, eaten here loads of times in the past, food was excellent and bring your own booze (not a problem) Tried to book a table for tomorrow, not licensed and cannot bring your own booze anymore, won't be visiting again.

Very disappointing, come back Sam and Ali (if anyone knows where they are, please shout out). Definitely not the Roshni standard. Perhaps they should advertise the fact that it is under new management. No alcohol is served in the restaurant and you cannot take your own anymore, we had a takeaway and it was obvious that the meat had been previously cooked, or overcooked, whichever, it was very disappointing.

Not sure if it has changed hands. Not very friendly. When we booked they said that they were not licensed any more. So we took our own but were told we could not drink it. No children's menu but chicken nuggets were on the menu at £8:50 each. We had two children with us. There was nobody in. Will it return.

Went here for meal last night Saturday and it must have changed hands no alcohol allowed so can’t even take your own drink in . I did not no this as last time I use to go here was back in 2014 when it was licences. All can say is won’t ever be going back again place was cold in side no heating on the starter was ok but the mains were horrible had keema Nan no meat in it £3.50 for frozen chips mushroom rice you need one each not one between you this place just gone to the dogs witch is Shame really as use to love coming here am giving it 2 star only reason for that is that the starter was ok .

After having ordered a takeaway and receiving the wrong curry last week - to which I didn't complain - I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and order again. They sent the wrong curry again, so I called to ask for a replacement. During the phone conversation, the member of staff - turns out it was the owner - suggested I ordered the wrong curry, which I most certainly did not. He said he could make me a replacement up, and I asked if they could deliver it as i’d already driven to pick it up originally. He said ’not really, no, you need to pick it up’. I also told him that I poured the initial curry on my rice and chips before realising it was the wrong one, so they were ruined. Be said he’d do me some more. I was told 10 minutes, and bare in mind that at this point my girlfriend’s meal was getting cold quick. I went down to the restaurant and proceeded to wait for HALF AND HOUR for my replacements. When they were brought out there was no replacement rice or chips. I asked about this and was told ’well you'll have to pay for them and it'll be another 15 minutes. At this point i’d had enough and left. I received no apology, just persistent attitude and paid for the privilege. When I got home I realised the Curry was in one of the small rice cartons - I opened it to find it was half full of greasy, cold sauce. Safe to say I didn't enjoy it, even with my now freezing cold naan bread. Horrific service and such a disgusting attitude from staff who were condescending, dismissive and downright rude. Do not go to Roshni unless you want to be treated like a paying idiot.

Took over an hour and a quarter to come for 2 people’s mains and it was very overpriced almost £45. Not worth the wait!

It was the first time that I've visited Roshni and it was an absolutely enjoyable experience! They were taking covid seriously and had barriers up between tables, with staff all wearing masks. But aside from that, the food was delicious! I can't remember the name of it, but for starters I had fish with fried cheese (not what I usually have but it seemed interesting) and it was really tasty! One of the best starters I've had for a long time. Tikka Massala was absolutely spot on (but not the nicest I've ever had)! Naan bread fresh. No complaints from the other 2 people in my group. BYOB as well (though we stuck to soft drinks, which they provided).

Been to Rosnis several times, if the food is not right let Sammy know and you'll get sorted. Only ever had one bad experience here, otherwise the food is amongst the best you could get from an Indian restaurant, well worth the visit. I would highly recommend it. We had a takeaway due to COVID-19. Sammy thank you for the wonderful service. And we look forward to our next visit.

First time here and we will defiantly be back the food is tasty and looks appealing. The staff can’t do enough.

We walked into the restaurant and no staff to welcome us but faced with a wall of empty dirty glasses on the bar. Once we were sat down we were sat for 10 mins before I had to ask a member of staff for a drink, which at this point I found out no alcohol was served which was not a problem after a quick trip across to the Spar, but upon getting back to the restaurant I had to go and source my own bottle opener and some glasses that were warm. At this point I was wondering if I was expected to cook my own meal due to lack of service. However the starters of the mixed Roshni share was nice but for my main Karahi Deshi Salan which was advertised as hot was the most bland meal I have ever tasted, probably on par to mashed potato. After the meal I did raise this to be told my meal must have been mixed with a table close by who had ordered a mild version, which I can accept but after admitting they had got it wrong nothing was knocked off the bill.Also just to top it off I went the toilet before leaving, to find the toilet was occupied, as I waited I heard the toilet flush and the person who was a member of serving staff came straight out without washing their hands.

A group of friends had ordered a takeaway from Roshni’s. We had ordered a mix of veg & non veg starters and main course. The starters were passable but the main course was a total mess. Butter chicken was sweet with pieces of boiled chicken dunked into them . Butter chicken was sweeter than Navratan Korma. I just fail to understand how can a restaurant sell such bad food!!!

We visited the Roshni with a group of friends, there was actually 12 of us. We call ourselves the Curry Club as we meet at a different curry house when we do meet, which is normally once every 3 months, so we have had a few curry’s over time.We arrived at the Roshni on time and we were quickly directed to our table by a friendly member of staff. It was not long before we were asked if we wanted a drinks and popadoms. We did forget to take our own drinks, which is allowed. If you have forgotten then there is a SPAR across the road. Our drinks soon arrived and so did the popadoms. We then ordered our meals, some of us did have a starter.The interior decor is nice and the seating was okay, although 4 of us were sat with our backs against a central wall and there was little room to get in and out. If you were sat in the middle of the row then everyone else in the row needed to get up to let you in and out.The food arrived and it looked okay. To be honest it was a mixed bag of comments from our friends. My wife and I had a chicken tikka masala and it was really bright red in colour, very different from the usual chicken tikka that we have had from other restaurants; although it tasted okay. The lamb balti looked okay and it tasted okay; however it was only just warm, it had obviously been standing for a while. We had a cheese and onion nan and it was okay, it could have had more flavour, probably more cheese and onion.In summary the staff were really friendly - very welcoming; however I do feel as though they were a bit rushed. I would recommend taking your own drinks. The food in general was okay. It is appreciated that some dishes do vary from place to place and it is down to personal choice, especially when it comes to a curry.

Couldn't wait for us to leave the table, as soon as we paid the bill he asked us straight away to vacate the table, we hadn't even finished our drinks! we found a hair in a nan bread, we asked for it to be exchanged, the waiter just had a grin on his face, grabbed the nan and never said sorry, we do apologise for this, just handed another nan back without any words so very rude, and very small and cramped, the amount of times someone bashed into the back of my chair was numerous, never ever will we go back.

Roshni serve nice curry i had a chicken jalfrazi and it was nice. Roshni privide nice curry good service and friendly staff.

After many years away decided to try Roshni when their new menu popped through the door. Biggest mistake of my life.Having ordered over the phone and being told it'll be 30 minutes I then actually had an hour and 20 minute wait for the food.Two waiters actually went into the back to see if it was ready and then simply carried on serving tables without having the decency to tell us it wasn't ready.On the night it wasn't a one off. Talking to two others. One had a similar time scale to us while the others was an hour and a half plus wait.Another customer had been given the wrong order and having found out at home brought it back. Upon checking their second order in the car this one was somehow wrong. How you can do it a second time is beyond meAt no time did any staff member apologise to any of us for the delays. They merely carried on taking more phone orders.Doesn't really say much when I could have ordered a takeaway from Birmingham. Been there and fetched it in less time than Roshnis service.If you want to waste the best part of two hours of your life give it a try by all means.

Food is great if you are in the restaurant but poor takeaway. On the last 3 visits I have been overcharged, not a coincidence! Never again will I darken the door of the Roshni.

I go out every other week for a meal and been too loads off bad places and never moan I just dont go back but this one is by far the worst I have ever been the food was very expensive and terrible and I was overcharged nearly £15 and I even had the staff to individual price everything and had to show them by calculator and the calculator was wrong and they were right it was so embarrassing and every member of staff bothers you while you are eating like flies around s**t, put your money in a charity box dont throw it away, would be a zero if TripAdvisor would let me

Found the place very cramped, far too many tables in such a small space , my chair was forever being bashed by customers and staff walking behind me almost had a drink down my back at one point. Nice food though.

We visited here last Friday night. What can we say we were made so welcome, the staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was lovely and tasty and was a very high standard. We had a fabulous night and we will be returning very soon.

Went here last Wednesday early doors without a booking, got a table no problem and the food was excellent, the paratha was quite simply the nicest I have ever had, very light and well layered, definitely worth a try for a delicious curry

Having a family get togeather we decided to place a large order with Roshni. I must say we were all dissapointed when we got home with our collected order. We had 1 missing item which may i add was paid for and 2 completely wrong items which ment the vegetarian in our group had nothing to eat.It was hit and miss with the food some were nice some not at all depending on the dish. Chicken in the curries were tough as old boots. We used to be regulars here years ago but it has changed massively sadly wont be returning.

Just wanted to say although we have been here many times and had many take away meals always excellent. We both said this was the best meal we have had tonight. Thank you to all at the Roshni. Always recommended

First time I have been to this restaurant. I asked for the Fish Curry in a Tikka Masala sauce. I asked for this to be made in an "Upnaa" style. The waiter explained that the Tikka Masala sauce was a sweet sauce, I explained I knew, but by making it "Upnaa" style it would give it a new dimension. Upnaa means to make it how Indians would have it.

Went for a curry on Friday with the family, turning up last minute.

We have been here twice before just adults and once with an 11 year old, the service was excellent, clean and friendly and good choice of menu, on this occasion myself and partner went after a long week and fancied a treat. I had my usual biriany my partner a king prawn curry, we got stuck into the meal and had a surprise the king prawns were chicken !!! The waiter apologised as it was his mistake, felt a little disappointed but the meal was still a very high standard.

The food was nice, the service was good. We went for opening time on a Fridag so it was very quiet. We were reccomended.

we were celebrating a birthday and were dining the indian way.On offer were various dishes well prepared and well presented.The lamb was delicious,as was the chicken.We refused the desserts because the main meals were more than enough.We will return.

Had a lovely family night out at Roshni. The owner was very helpful when we said we were vegetarian, made recommendations and offered to provide curries that were not too hot. Everything we had was delicious.

Been driving past this place for the last 8 years and finally decided to give it a try. Fro. The outside the place looks nice and modern but the inside doesn't look like it's been decorated for years, peeling wallpaper, fan duct wrapped in cling film, just not what you would expect. So to the food, poppadums were out quick, bit of a wait for the main but don't mind that because we weren't in a rush. All mains were ok, can't complain about the food but no wow factor, there's a lot better out there. Finally the service, after the mains the plates were being cleaned away before we'd all finished the food which is a bit rude. Needless to say, we didn't tip. Overall, it's an average curry house, nothing more, nothing less. O think it could do with a bit of modernisation all round, the decor, the menu and the service.

Best Indian food for miles. We always have our takeaways from Roshni. Love it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the food is always delicious.

We enjoyed the food which was tasty but the portions were far smaller than we thought they would be so making the meal poor value for money dont think we will use this again any time soon

Had a takeaway new year eve with friends, the place was packed and understandably we had to wait a little longer than normal but well worth the wait - the food was hot , great portions and fresh and tasteful.

I’ve never been here but have to say I didn’t enjoy my food. I had a chicken and mushroom balti. It tasted awful. It was sour/vinagery almost and I left it. I didn’t complain as it was organised by an old colleague and I didn’t want to upset her. However, I won’t go again.

My friends and I have regular get-togethers throughout the year, with a special celebration for Christmas. This time we decided to try Roshni as some of our ladies had been here before and enjoyed it. For me it was the first time. Roshni looks welcoming from the outside and the smiling faces who welcomed me were a good indication of what was to come. We had a party of 10 and a spacious table was reserved for us. The surroundings are bright, attractive and very comfortable and the service was excellent. The menu gives plenty of choice and includes every Indian dish imaginable, as well as some choices for more conservative tastes. All the food was well cooked and beautifully presented - warming trays were provided for all the meals along with generous portions of rice and naans (delicious !) The staff were attentive, but unobtrusive, and friendly; the bill was brought immediately on request and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable overall cost. Thank you, Roshni - you will see me again and I have already spread the word amongst my other friends.

Visited here as a group and will never visit again! Waiters miserable and no organisation. Food: starters were ok, food was hot. Main was awful, all meat curries had bones in them!! Nan bread was bland. People who say this is the best Indian restaurant?? No chance..it is actually by far the worst I have ever been too!!

It's been two years since our last visit and I have to say it wasn't worth the return. Table booked for 20:00hrs and we had to ask to place the order. Starter arrived at 21:00hrs which was lovely a d thought we were on for a great meal. How wrong I was, the main was bland and disappointing, service was awful. Needless to say it will be out last visit. Very sorry Roshni but there is no organisation with your staff and right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!

I went for a treat for the wife we were sat under a fan ,it came on and we could not hear ourselfs for the racket it was making for about 5 minutes. The food was OK the chips we had were like mc donalds. The coke I had was warm, the place is OK but could do with a bit of paint on the walls ,the curry it self was nice .would we go again no ,would we have a take away yes

We had just returned from a 2 week holiday and we were craving Indian food.We booked in to Roshni and once again we were looked after without compromise.My wife started with the new tapia fish and she said that it was very tasty i had the king prawns in mustard seeds and again they were very tasty.For mains we had exotic chicken and a chicken and mushroom madras both were beautifully cooked and taste lovely.We shared a bottle of wine the New Zealand sauvingnon blanc it was very cold and was also beautiful.We were given some complimentary shots before leaving and the service throughout was just pitched right not to overly attentive just spot on.We always enjoy our visits here and can recommend this restaurant without question.

Well a birthday treat turned into a stressful event. We have visited many times before but this time the staff were very inattentive and grumpy looking. We waited sooooo long that two of our party had to leave without their meal. No reasons given until we came to pay the bill. A lesson to be learnt here. Smile greet explain if Sony problems people will be more tolerant.Sadly we won't be returning

My children and I visited on a Saturday night, we had booked a table for 7.30 and when we arrived the restaurant was just over half full with several people waiting for take away. We were shown to our table swiftly and given menus. Our drinks order was taken but our request for a jug of water didn't register so later had to be repeated. Our order was taken and the poppadoms were delivered quickly. Then things went down hill. We waited over 30 minutes for our starters, which were only lukewarm when they eventually did arrive, they were delivered to the wrong table first, even though the guests at the table had menus in their hands, the waiter still asked twice who had ordered the dishes he was carrying. He then started to go back to the kitchen until we stopped him, telling him the order was ours.The table was cleared away whilst one of us was still eating, which is completely wrong.Then came our next marathon wait, by 9pm we still hadn't had our main courses. When I asked , I was told they were coming, almost 10 minutes later they did arrive. Order was correct and looked alright. Meals were at least hot, but although we had ordered reasonably spicy dishes, none turned out to be spicy hot. Average food, very slow service meant a spoilt birthday meal for me and a night unable to sleep properly due to eating so late. Not sure will return as really disappointed in tonight's performance.

We've been using Roshni since it opened 19 years ago and the food is as excellent as ever. We've never had a bad meal, either eating in or takeaway. The restaurant is lovely, staff very welcoming and friendly and food superb.A must!

Again another perfect meal. The staff are tip top, a new Latvian young waiter was most entertaining and pleasant. Our food was wonderful. Ali is a credit to the Roshni and Sami. If anyone has experienced food or service here that's not up to scratch please try them again, they will bend over backwards to accommodate. We use this restaurant at least once a fortnight, if things are not 100% it is soon put right. We can't recommend enough!

We had a great meal today, lovely friendly staff, fab atmosphere. We had a selection of starters and loved them all especially the fish pakora. We had a chicken tikka masala, lamb curry and a chicken curry. Love the fact that at Roshni you get loads of flavour rather than just heat. Enjoyed by the all the family. well done

This restaurant is on our door step and we bypassed it for years. It was just by chance, over a Christmas period that we used it. We love it, the quality taste is divine. The chef has won numerous awards and definitely deserved. Love, love. Love it!! We sit in occasionally but have takeaways all the time. The only criticism is the restaurant can feel tight on space because it's so popular

Been to this restaurant a few times and the food is always good, but when it gets busy pain, we had eight main courses of which four came at one point then another two then another, then one of the first meals had been doubled up...then it was a wait for for side orders and drinks, As the food is good its worth the wait, but sort out the tables and get the orders correct and it would be a brilliant experience.

Had a great night there was 19 of us and food was very good and piping hot staff were brilliant can't wait go back x

We went for a Night out October last year a group of 10 of us, could not fault the food and service it was excellent

Ordered a take way and was advised it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and waited a further 45 minutes before the food was brought out. When we got it home it was WRONG as the staff thought they would change what we ordered as it went better!!!!!Other regulars arrived after, were greated by their name (Janet, John, Mr Heath), ordered a take away there and then and received their food ahead of mine. Clearly need to be part of the in crowd if you want decent service.Avoid unless you want to be disappointed.

First and last time we'll visit this restaurant, came with friends, six in total, we were given a cramped table that people struggled to get past.Ordered our starters and mains, my starter came out with a complimentary long grey hair in the salad ! Not the best start to the meal. My partners main (steak masala) we were told after twenty minutes that they had no steak and would exchange it for lamb, not a problem she said, however the lamb cutlets still had the bone on them and was clearly over done!The bill averaged out at £25 each which was well over priced for the quality of food we had

Sammy and the team at the Roshni are always eager to please and really look after their customers. The curries are the best for miles. Brilliant.

Had lunch here today with family 2of us had Indian meal others had traditional.The portions were very good husband bit disappointed with his mixed grill Indian main but others well please ,.Nice staff and friendly would visit again

We decided to stop here on the way home from a Christmas party they managed to sit us straight away despite it being nearly 10 on a Saturday night. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and pleasant. Good value for money (2 soft drinks 2 starters 2 mains shared rice and naan for £34). Came at right time as we were leaving a party of 20 came in for their Xmas party!

We decided to revisit Roshini and once again we were not disappointed. I ordered the mixed balti and my wife had the chicken tok tok we had a mushroom pilau and 4 chapattis and was impressed with absolutely everything including the service and drinks. The staff are on the ball and we were made to feel like regulars. We will no doubt be back real soon. Well worth a try if you have not visited.

We thought we'd give this restaurant a try after hearing good reviews.We booked a table for 6 at 9pm on a Saturday night. On the night only 5 of us could make the meal-which turned out to be a good thing as our table of 6 was tables pushed together-with a wall pillar right right in the middle which left very little space for that 6th person.The whole of the restaurant was very cramped and crowded-way too many tables/people in such a small space, so you were constantly pulling chairs in and asking people if you could get passed. Very uncomfortable.The food was nice, well cooked, but lacked in flavour in all the dishes that we ordered.

Just had a takeaway from Roshni, it's so popular because of both the food and service.The food was piping hot, full of flavour and the chicken was so tender. It had been a while since I'd been before but the standards haven't dropped in fact they seem to of improved. Would I recommend this place, yes without hesitation. Will I be returning, yes and very soon.Well done to all involved 11/10

The meal was totally tasteless I had chicken chat to start and mixed balti main meal if I'd been blindfolded I would not have known which was which.

We're lucky to have this on our doorstep. The food is without doubt the best for its style. You won't get a nicer curry. We have this as a take away pretty much every week. Sometimes we are waiting for 15 mins after the time they have told us to pick up our order. But it's worth the wait every single time! It's probably because it's very popular and it's clear everything is cooked from fresh.

In recent weeks, I've eaten both in the restaurant and had takeaways from the Roshni.Whether eating in or taking out, the food is consistently good with the same wonderful flavours and attention to detail from an award winning chef who will prepare your food just how you ask for it - little hotter / milder, whatever, it will be full of flavour. Every little extra you would have served in the restaurant is included when you order the food as a takeaway.When eating in, the staff are friendly and polite with prompt service, and equally, when ordering a takeaway, they are just as good. Highly recommended.

The Roshni is an established restaurant with an excellent choice of dishes....many with unique flavour and presentation a step up from the norm.Recommended are the specials boardGood range of starters very nice poppadums and chutney tray.Convenient location beside two public houses.Recommended to book taxis in advance.

Used Roshni for most of the years it's been there.. My parents used to take me as a young teenager and 10+ years on I still use it. The food is of very high standard and the staff are the best!!!! I have nothing but amazing memories of dining here over the years. From family meals, Christmas meals , birthdays , couples etc .. My 7 year old boy can be a fussy eater and it speaks for it's self when he says it's his favourite restaurant ever! If you don't feel like dining in they also do a great high standard takeaway too. Well done Roshni for making many years of good dining experience and amazing food .

Have been to the Roshni on numerous occasions, the service is always excellent and would like to say that Juber very very helpful and polite. Food was of very high standard and delicious as always. Would definitely recommend either a visit to the restaurant or ordering a take out, you won't be disappointed.

The four of us from the curry club met here for the first time, the meals were very well prepared, excellent quality and piping hot, the staff were certainly polite and knew what they were talking about, the place is good value for money, not the cheapest place around but quality comes at a price and I don't mind paying for good quality, thank you for a great meal and I will see you again.

We have visited Roshini many times over the past 2 year's and felt it was time to let everyone know how good it is. The staff are always friendly and make you feel very special. The menu caters for all tastes and I have sampled the majority of it. The portion size is generous and the prices are reasonable.I would recommend the Gurkha curry but to be honest I would happily eat anything spicy off the menu.I will be going back very soon.

Took friends here on Saturday night, it was busy as usual which I think is a good sign. We'd eaten here a few times previously and always enjoyed it. We were shown to our table about 10 15 minutes after we'd arrived, drinks ordered and came pretty sharpish. We'd ordered a mixed platter for 4 people which was delicious, it could of been a little bigger as my husband and our friend are big eaters but that's just a preference. Our mains arrived and they we're amazing, just delicious. For puddings we all had brandy coffee, again lovely. We paid the bill and the very nice waiter gave us a handful of £10 coupons. We'll definitely be back, can't recommend this place enough.

As hard as it is to say this after being a regular for many years I feel the roshni has deteriorated. On our recent visit the staff were rude, I understand that they need to turn around the tables but don't expect a bill bought to the table without asking while i am half way though drinking a pint of flat overpriced cobra, sorry to say won't be rushing back

Go to the restaurant around once or twice a year the staff are always friendly and attentive the food is phenomenal always.

We where recommended this place by my brother in law who lives in Forsbrook and given a £10 voucher.We arrived at 7.00 for our booking time on a Saturday night.As soon as we entered I thought No,this is going to take a while,it was packed,we where seated after 15mins. I can stand that.Drinks arrived quickly.Now the food order All 3 of us where going to order the set menu and we where told we could change the curry dishes but we where then told by another waiter we could not,so we had to order of the main menu.Now the food came after a long wait over 1 hour and I noticed that the sauces where of the same colouring and texture,up on a taste test I discovered they all tasted the same,I spoke with the manager who said one was slightly more spicy."NOT" now don' forget these dish's where all different.I'am aware these establishments make a large batch of the same sauce then add different spices to taste.On leaving the manager gave us meals to take away and to let him know what I thought next day,It is now in the hands of my brother in law.Another bad point 3 attempts at getting Water!! Where were they going for it!! My one big mistake on leaving was paying the bill in full I should have stood my ground and asked for a discount,I'am quite within my rights if you don't enjoy the food. Now the so called vouchers £10 off because there was only 3 of us they reduced the bill by £5 petty or what!! Never Again.

Good food and a great place to bring the kids for a first curry experience. The staff are always very friend and happy to help. The food is very good and if you are unsure the staff are happy to advise.

This place is great for a good priced curry as a weekend filler... But of a wait on food but understandable as it was extremely busy the staff were great... Have the madras heat masala, TRIUMPH

Went to the Roshni for a Christmas treat only to be greated with miserable staff including the manager, the food was good but service terrible, it looked like the staff had faces like slapped back sides, the small one in particular justs grunts at you, felt very unwelcome...

Here you will find friendly staff, absolutely delicious food, good size portions and lovely atmosphere. This is a place to visit. We will be here again very soon
