Excellent meal and very good service, would recommend a visit to Exeter Rosa's Cafe.

A really lovely evening, delicious food, great ambience and fantastic staff.

Visited evening of the 4th April and served by Norbert. He advised us on the main course and dessert. The panang curry was absolutely delicious and just as Norbert described. We would definitely visit again! Thank you

We come to Rosa's Thai in Exeter for a meal, and it was very nice, the atmosphere was very welcoming and made us feel very relaxed, the service was perfect, sienna was our waitress, and was very helpful and open to conversation, everything was served with a smile! She also recommended different options with in the menu, Definitely makes the experience more enjoyable when your waiter / waitress does their job to best they can !! Definitely will be coming back ! Charged £18 for a duck curry that only had 1 duck leg. Ordered chicken rice and the flavours were so off. Dry asf. No juicy skin. Looked like it had been exfoliated to within an inch of its life. Asked for some sesame oil to make it less dry and they didn’t even have any! No wonder it was so wrong lol. The soup that came with it tasted like it had cumin in it??? Since when does hainanese chicken rice have cumin soup?? The ‘chicken and ginger’ flavoured rice tasted like plain rice.. also dry ASF. Literally never had a worse hainanese chicken rice in my life

Really lovely, homely vibe - came here for Mother's Day and they gave free drinks and daffodils for any mums. Sienna was our waitress and was extremely kind and attentive. Would definitely come again.

It was my first time coming. It was Mother’s Day and I decided to take my mom out for some lunch. Chose here due to my mom’s dietary requirements. After seating, our server Norbert, was really nice off the bat. Made my mom feel especially welcomed and helped her through the menu, giving suggestions where necessary. I swear my mom didn’t stop smiling when he was around. Thank you Norbert for making my mom feel so special today. Got the classic starter and some others, food was really good as well, really fresh. Cheers for the experience, will be back soon, maybe with friends instead.

A lovely restaurant, good food, waiter and waitress Dylan And Sienna Extremely attentive and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Had dinner at Rosa’s Thai in Exeter last night with my cousin, and we had such a great experience—especially thanks to our amazing waiter, Norbert. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His recommendation of the cashew stir fry with prawns, along with egg fried rice and broccoli, was spot on—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Big thanks to Norbert for the warm service and great food suggestions!

I was there with my family. And this place was excellent. The food was delicious and the servicies were helpful and kind.

We went there with my daughter. She had broccoli and rice and I had the thai chilli basil stir fry. The food was excellent and the service was friendly and prompt. Our server Timi was very knowledgeable and had customer-focused approach. I would definitely go back there.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant celebrating our anniversary. Our waiter Norbert has set a new standard for what we'd expect to receive when dining out. He was charming, very funny and most of all genuinely caring. The food was fantastic too but the level of service was truly the most outstanding feature of this place thanks to Norbert. Would recommend and if you want to have a truly unique experience, just ask for the man himself! A+

Amazing food made with fresh ingredients. The cocktails are amazing, it is worth coming just for the drinks. The items on the menu change reasonably frequently so we keep coming back. Dylan provides excellent service.

Me and my wife came for dinner at rosas thai exeter and we had an amazing experience.Timi was Our Waitress, she made sure we were looked after well,she was attentive, friendly, and always smiling. Our drinks order came quickly and so did the food. checked on us throughout the courses and she made sure to ask us if were satisfied! Amazing customer service, amazing staff, and amazing food!
