Great to find HALAL food in London area was okay food was great service was good my only complaint is that they didn't give us plates.

Used to be great. Terrible now - food is tasteless and often overcooked

Ate in with the family. First and foremost.. service was terrible! Kept having to repeat the order. They also didn’t have many items in stock and even stopped doing certain sauces… strange! Salesman also said if we have cash as they prefer cash payments lol clearly a tax avoidance scheme. Hygiene was non existent .. toilet had never been cleaned! Food was average and tasteless. So disappointing especially as it isn’t cheap! Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go again.. if you want proper peri chicken go to Mr Peri’s or Abby’s in Norbury.

Love this place! Chicken is fresh, well marinated and delicious!! Would definitely recommend. This is my go to place!

Food use to be good & so tasteful Now its Tasteless. My last few orders were below my expectations sadly I won't be ordering any more food frm here .Don't order the chicken rice box the portion of rice is 50 grains of rice if yr lucky .I Do believe they have a new chef definitely . Wonderful service, delicious food

My first experience at this shop was a good one, we all enjoyed the food. But my second time coming there, the chicken was raw and inedible. I sent the food back immediately to be cooked for longer, i did not receive an apology or anything. The food came back and it was still not cooked enough and i could not eat it. My friend, who ordered the same thing as me and ate it, complained of stomach aches and vomiting. Do not eat here.

This my regular online comfort food order place...never disappoints! My favourite is sweet potato fries and medium chicken strips. But all the menu is great tbh

My whole order came literally cremated. I have called to complain but was ignored by the the guy I spoke to, who has put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!! Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Absolutely love roosters I'm a regular, they never let me down with great delas for delivery, I always order from them and they never let me down, even send a cheeky free sauce some times, love you guys! The food is good, an alternative to nandos. Customer service could be a touch better. If someone shows appreciation, be courteous back, I did not beg for the food.

Never disappointed, always enjoy the delicious food. So much flavour, dare I say, way better than Nandos. Sorry, no pictures, we were too hungry for all that! Thanks to the whole team for for the food and packaging it well 🙌🏾

Paid c£30 for two burgers with chips and buffalo wings and soft drinks. Nicely presented, quick service.

Honestly, the size of the wings here are a joke. I called to complain and was told that’s what head office sent down, if you knew the wings were that small then you should have given some more, you charged premium prices for low economy wings.

Occasionally, they get the wrong order for the fries but the food has been good here for the last couple years. Sadly they have increased the price by a lot, a lot more than other similar restaurant

Made a order on uber eats and one of my burgers came flat looking nothing like the picture of the food I picked. But overall the food tasted good the potato wedges was nice but I think they should focus more on delivery food presentation as that is also important from a customer's point of view. For those around the Streatham area I would recommend trying it out at least.

My wife bought take away to give her husband a treat but to my greatest surprise,the chicken was tasteless . The food was bought early afternoon but I get home late evening and I was highly disappointed

Very nice food i had lemon and herb chicken and a portion of chip's my girlfriend had a lemon and herb rap and my son had spiced chicken and chip's we all had a can of fanta to drink we all loved it good service and polite staff I'd go back to eat there again we give it a 7 out of 10

Been here twice now almost a year apart the food is undercooked and not worth the price. Your much better off popping into Norbury if you fancy piri chicken. Stay clear from this establishment.

Cold chips, rank peri salt and dry chicken. Been coming here for half a decade, this place used to be the mecca of buying chicken on a budget in Streatham. Now its quality is no better than McDonalds. Won't be coming back.

Had the 10 wing meal to share and they were the best wings I've had in ages. Great flavours. Going there again soon...... . Was 5 stars but gone wrong for me now. Last 2 times wings burnt and dry. Chips still nice. 3 stars now.

This is good chicken! We have been getting deliveries from them for a while and they never disappoint, all food is very tasty and even their burgers are top quality!

I am a regular costumer of Roosters Streatham Hill, and have never experienced this before. Not only was the food not cooked, but they had no intentions of trying to resolve this, not even an apology. I ordered a chicken salad and there was raw meat in it. So disappointed in the costumer service and hygiene, I called to let Roosters Peri Peri Streatham hill branch know what had happened I was told that I ordered from just eat and not them and I was rudely hung up on. I then called again to ask what they were going to do to resolve this, asked for the gentleman's name and was hung up on again. I would not recommend this establishment.

This place is busy but the food was worth the wait! One thing i didn't realise is wings are full proper, juicy, double sided wings! Needless to say i was stuffed eating that, lamb burger and chips.

Mmmmmhhhhhh!!!!! WOW, this chicken is out of this world, so tender and so juicy, I honestly cannot get the taste out of my mouth.... the chips were spot on and I cannot fault the overall experience at this place. Where have you been all my life?!!! Will most certainly return!!! 6*

Ordered through Uber eats Paid for garlic Mayo which they didn’t deliver. Gave us 2 less chicken wings & chips were cold. Chicken wrap was horrible not even cooked. After calling them up, they said they will give me a free dip on next order. Not accepting that , Really poor! Never again. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

Food was really cold on arrival. When i called the man on the phone wasn't helpful at all no apology just blaming the driver. Wouldn't be ordering again. You guys really need to work on your customer services... BIG LET DOWN

Lovely takaway food, similar to Nando's but better in my opinion. I ordered on the phone without having to pay, and it was ready for collection 15 minutes after.

Had 5 buffalo chicken wings (hot) and fries. Really nice. It was my first visit and will definitely be visiting again!

I had wanted to try Roosters after trying some of my cousin's meal from the place and WOW! I could not have been more impressed the service was great my Oreo milkshake was beautifully creamy and sweet and the chips were so fluffy plus everything was piping hot when I received it and the chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection. Moreover you could see them preparing you food so I knew there was no funny business. I ordered the wing platter and my mother and I couldn't finish it we had to take most of it home but we said we could get it spicier next time and we vowed to never go to Nando's again because for the two of us we didn't even spend 20 quid. Absolutely Fabulous would most definitely recommend!

i love roosters piri piri , the staff is friendly , and i have to say that the food is really good. they are super clean . my favourite is butterfly burger with coleslaw side.

Had a chicken and prawn wrap . I got 3 prawns for and extra 3 pounds . . Children's meal was over cooked and dry. sweet potato fries were nice only saving grace

bad food bad customer service messed up my order of £31 and didn't want to give a refund because they forgot a item was missing. overcooked food , off salad , raw chips. will never order from them again happen twice now. poor place to eat in or out

Nice enough but not amazing though very over priced for burgers and chips. I ordered a ranch burger with chips which sounded really nice but was a bit disappointed when it came. The meals don't come with drinks. Wings were nice though but again quite expensive working out at 50p per wing.

It used to be good , not anymore the chef always burning the chicken & they switched off the heater in the winter to save electricity money !! Food was cold from the freezing cold inside ... they refused to change it !! Very disappointing as it used to be my favourite!! Flirty staff , don’t go there ..

Tried to eat the wings... don’t ask for lemon and herb as all you’ll get is the sourest chicken in the history of lemon flavourings. I think lemons aren’t as sour. Chips are nice though, but that’s about it. Would I return? No. Hovering fly has not attempted to land on any food I have a feeling it’s trying to find a way out.

With every time this place become worse and worse. In the premise very cold impossible to seat during the winter. Food is served in the negligent manner. And the taste is not same as it used to be. Management need to put more attention otherwise the franchise name is not compatible with this place

Forget Nandos. Roosters is superior in quality and offers tender peri peri chicken that is packed full of flavour. I love that they steam the chicken before grilling it, which keeps it moist. It's cheaper too and delivery is fast.

Love the food here and in the past few months I've become a regular. Service is decent enough. Venue is a decent size and devote is pretty good considering this is basically a chicken shop. Price is not the cheapest but I think is pretty good for what it is. It's comparable with nandos but Actually cheaper. My 1 qualm would be they have a habit of closing early. They close at 11:00pm, which id great, but on most evenings if you get there after 10:30 they've near enough closed. This can be annoying.

I was expecting the food here to be decent based on the reviews but was so disappointed when I got home and opened the bags.The chicken was burnt and smelt off and did not taste anything like peri peri.Its burnt and has no flavour just plain burnt chicken on the grill.Wish I had just gone to nandos instead.Will never go there again and I pray I don't get food poisoning.

Since Nandos has decreased the quantity of servings and increased prices periodically. It is about time I moved on and this is a worthy competitor at excellent prices. The sweet potato fries are superb. Chicken is spectacular. There are a lot of these places springing about and happy to say this is one of the best ones.

Love this place! Just paid £4.99 for a chicken and salad pitta with chips. Portion sizes are big and the quality is really good. Where else can you get that quality and value for money.

Roosters Streatham Hill is honestly much better than nandos for the price you’re paying and the quality of food, the wedges and peri peri chicken wrap is amazing. Good atmosphere and amazing service from everyone that works there. Always go there after sixth form.

Friendly staff, varied menu and well priced

The chips are okay, the Piri-piri Chicken is minging, flavour of cotton and pretty dry. The garlic sauce is redeeming, overall not good place to eat. And I know my chicken! Trust me.
