Worst food ordered a peri peri burger meal and fries were stale and cold

Lovely hot and tasty food only issue is the chips weren’t very fresh

I tried mixed grilled today and it was the worst experience I ever had. There was insect 🦟 in my food, rather than being ashamed they were trying to convince me that it is some kind of spice. Ok i know sometimes it happens but when they gave me the new meal there was rubber init. So it clearly reflects that this takeaway has some serious hygiene issues.

The food was nice but it was cold even when I collected and waited an extra 15 minutes from the original collection time. The wait isn’t a problem when the food is hot!

The food is always well cooked

Just give them ago, clearly they have tons of passion and they know what they are doing, just amazing flavour and value, they should charge more, the chap with the white beard should be worried

Just Unbelievable, place and order wait more than 1 hour..!! Rang no body answer the phone..!! At the end I paid but didn't got my food..!! My kids wait until sleep..!!

Was really good and tasty but the delivery time was just so long! Over an hour to get food. But once it finally got here. It was really nice!

I ordered food online with them. When it came half the order was missing. I called them up and they said they would sort it a call me in 10 minutes. 15 minute later I called them as I didn’t hear from them. They told me the haven’t do anything yet and will call me in 15 minutes. I said this is unacceptable. They then went on to say they won’t send a driver out. So what would I like! I did not get my food. Very poor customer service. Clearly don’t care

Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting foods. We received the wrong orders. And even with the orders we received there was hair inside our drinks. I have eaten from here 3 times before. Once was nice second gave my family a sickness bug for 2-3 days of upset stomach and cramps. I would not recommend. I spent £50 and the shop done nothing to compensate us not receiving our order. would NOT RECOMMEND

Met the most cheerful delivery guy. Keep up the spirit mate. Oh! and Amazing burgers.

Latest update. Food has got worst. On various occasions they have given food that's not fresh. I had a loaded fries yesterday. The chips were obviously reheated. The chicken on it is never consistent. Sometimes it's plain grilled chicken and sometimes it's flavoured. I think they use whatever left over chicken they have. Today I'm suffering from food poisoning as a result. They also got the order wrong again! Wanted the chicken fillet burger plain which they confirmed. Of course it came with all the salad and sauce. The short guy with beard is the guy who messes up the order and is often rude. I have been a loyal customer from many years and have done Party orders too. No more. Won't be going back. I used to champion this place before.... Bring back the old franchise owner! --- Under new management and unfortunately things have gone downhill. The new staff who man the phone struggle with English. They can be rude and write down the orders incorrectly. When you come into the shop there's no greeting or friendliness. Have received incorrect food on multiple visits. The 2 joint wings are smaller now. This feedback is from multiple visits since the new ownership. Such a shame. Was one of the best chicken and burger places in Aldershot, Farnborough and Camberley.

Gone downhill and falling further down rapidly use to love eating here but it’s just full of salt and overcook meat. Left dehydrated and felt awful after eating. Presentation is now dreadful barely any salad and sauce in the wrap the wings were burnt salty and tasteless. Such a shame use to be decent.

Fast delivery very flavourful food

I was annoyed my dips were missing that I ordered and then had to come down to the store for them!! Which is what I didn’t want to do or I would have just done collection!

Rude ill mannered staff, disgusted by the behaviour of the man serving around 11pm standing crossed arms very shirty and insulting for no reason. Highly not recommended. Stay far far away from them

If you’re looking for huge portions for an affordable price then this is it. The grilled chicken burger and the Double patty moroccan was incredibly filling. The mango shake was thick and mango-ey! The fried chicken was moist but a little too oily and salty for me and not enough batter. I recommend grilling the chicken less to retain its moisture otherwise recommended.

Appalling customer service. Never ordering from here again- they substituted items from my order as they didn’t have what I wanted, I requested a refund (as this is not what I ordered and you should not substitute something without telling the customer?!!) I was met with an attitude from the manager over the phone who told me he would send the driver to collect the food if I didn’t want it and then he hung up. The driver never showed up or collected the uneaten food and I haven’t received a refund or any other kind of communication.

Food never arrived and couldn't get through via phone. Drove to the shop and was told unable to refund in shop. Eventually gave me proof that it was not delivered and a email address to claim refund. No acknowledgement of any of the multiple emails or any refund. Staff told me it was ONLY £28.71. Very poor customer service with no money back for the non delivered food.

I put in an order through Uber Eats tonight. Food is as good as its always been and was really enjoyed by everyone. Despite getting a bit lost delivering the food, the driver (Rooster Shack staff not Uber Eats) was very polite and friendly and got our food to us hot. I did call them before the order arrived to give clearer delivery instructions as delivery drivers often get lost round here but was rushed of the phone. It would've been a 5* delivery if you just took that extra time to listen, because I was then called twice (as I knew I would be) when there was a struggle to find the address. Customer service is key to longevity.

Can not comment on the food as they had run out of chicken on the bone ...

New ownership is really poor. Ordered food for me, wife and 2 kids. Out comes the shake, the chips. No burger. Waited 25 mins for food. They completely forgot my daughters burger and no one seemed to even notice. Previous owners quality control was of a very high standard and the wait was 10 mins. Needs massive improvements for me to consider coming back to eat here.

Drove to order some food but they wouldn’t serve us because apparently they were closing even though their opening hours stated on Google and just eat say they are still open! Bit weird that I can literally order the food through just eat but they won’t serve me physically in the shop. Won’t bother again.

This place is great. Busyish area but easy to find parking. Very friendly well spoken staff. Very clean inside. They were happy to customise my order with no hassle and it was correct when it arrived. Food arrived quick, hot, and delicious. A lot nicer and a step above every other chicken shop. 10/10.

The only good thing was the smash burger. Chicken was over done and chewy. Same with beef pattie for the other burger - over done and the bun was burnt. It's a shame because usually it's great food. But not the case this time.

foods good, dirty fries used to be 10x better with the bacon but it’s been changed to chicken now. Not super happy.

Had a shocking meal tonight . Gutted because recently they had been consistently good . Tried something different with the panner wrap. Was as dry as sawdust and bland. Cheesy chips were soggy . Won’t be ordering again!

Wife ordered from here Thursday night. Quite bland in comparison to other chicken places. One piece of chicken was still pink in the middle. Pulled apart to check and ended up bloody juice on our fingers. Unbelievably expensive for what you get as well. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again for all reasons.

We order fairly regularly from Rooster Shack, at least once a month. It is always really fresh, arrives hot and is very tasty. The delivery is also usually incredibly quick (in 20 minutes or so, we do live close by)! In particular the piri piri chicken and the BBQ chicken is very flavourful and well cooked. My husband likes the Shacks burner burger. Recommended! Glad to have this close by :)

Very tasty food, a big menu and a receptive service

First time ordering. Everything was delicious. Great milkshakes. We collected and sadly they missed something off our order but a staff member drove it over with extra chicken in no time at all. Very impressed.

Rooster shack chicken wings are very tasty. But I also had a ponnir raap which sauce wan nice but the actual ponnir quality wasn't good Burgers were good too.

fantastic chicken, great burgers and incredible value. Some of the best chips ive had in town. The prices are great, definitely the go-to for a variety of fast-food options and way better than the “major” chains. Delivery was fast, food was hot, everything was seasoned well and much beyond expectations. will be ordering again. definitely recommend

Very good food experience of my life

Peri peri chips really nice. However 6.50 (fairly dear vs other outlets) for wings that were barely heated, perhaps left over from another day's trading... I had one and threw the rest away because they were awful. Can of rio was lovely. This is all I have had, I daresay the rest of the menu is great maybe? Ill leave this honest feedback here instead of contacting the store. I have heard that they are not particularly friendly or forthcoming with complaints.

waited over 45 mins in store for the food to be cooked when we got home we started eating burger to find it was still very raw in the middle tbh it was that raw im surprised it didnt moo stop at me as i took a bite.

Really tasty! Great piri salt on chips, chicken is perfectly cooked and moist!

First time eating from here. Half Mango chicken was really good. Cheesy chips spot on and Oreo milkshake, lovely! Will be ordering again!
