Chicken shop with no chicken and we'll over priced for something I didn't want. Avoid rooster shack north town. 2 visits 2 x no chicken

In all honesty, the food was great! I couldn't fault it! But the let down was the delivery! The app said it was delivered, 40 mins later the driver turned up, he didn't even get out the car and he seemed high!! If you live near, pick it up, nothing wrong with the food, 5 out 5 but let down on the delivery!

Ordered today for lunch. Around about 12:20 on deliveroo. Said would be there 12:50. Thought ok, well over an hour had passed and still no food. Rang up and asked where my order was, someone answered and said 10 minutes. Well that 10 minutes passed. Finally did show up and not even an apology. It's unacceptable. Because now I'm out of pocket. The food was cold and inedible so was binned. Deliveroo need to hold these places accountable. Will not be ordering from here again which is a shame because I ordered from here previously and the food was lovely. If I could give a zero out of five I would.

Food ordered via Deliveroo but came without item. Rang up restaurant three times and missing item was delivered 40 mins after rest of food had been eaten. Excuse from restaurant was that they were busy. This isn’t the first time items are missing or wrong from this restaurant but it will be our last. Strongly suggest you avoid!

Food never arrived. Claimed it was delivered when it hadn't been. Common theme on this app. If somewhere has a good promo they take more orders than they can fulfil.

Amazing food, chicken is delicious burgers are incredible, ordered the loaded fries but put a note in saying no chicken didn't realise my partner also ordered the same (but he wanted chicken) called up to let them know they said that's fine, come very quickly and had 3 portions of loaded fries one come free of charge because of MY mistake, which obviously the already made 2 without chicken, incredible service definitely recommend.

If you are reading this, do not order from here! Absolutely awful experience. I ordered on Just Eat and it took over 1.5 hours to be delivered with me chasing three times over phone and online where he first lied and said it will be 10 minutes away, I rang again 27 minutes later saying it still wasn't here to which he said it will be another 20 minutes. Based on this I said that I wanted a partial refund for it being so late and the fact that it would be cold. He said it wouldn't be cold. After another 25 minutes, the driver arrived. During this time, my 2.5 year old son was asking where the food was and that he was hungry. Food: 1) unsurprisingly it was all cold! We tasted it and it was inedible. 2) missing all 3 dips 3) the kids plain chicken tenders was not plain and spicy so my son was crying from the spice and he couldn't eat it. I want a full refund as we binned the cold inedible food! Following your comment below: You have your own driver as when I spoke to you you rang Hassan and asked where he was. Why are you lying??!! I have been charged and have not been refunded!!

We waited over 1.5 hours for this order. The food is freezing cold. We are missing our dips. The plain chicken strips for kids wasn't plain and spicy so my kid was crying and couldn't eat it. I want a full refund!

Nearly an hour late and freezing cold and under cooked not happy at all would have given zero rating if a option

Ordered at 6:26, told due here between 7:05 and 7:26pm. 7:30, Nothing. Called to inquire, they said give 10 mins. Looked at the app, they extended it to 8. Asked for a semi refund, was denied. Called again as they guy pulled up at 8:18, called again to ask where our milkshake is and was told he would call the driver and update because he couldnt refund for some reason, no update. Called for an update on the milkshake twice and now noone is answering. Need a refund of 2.99, otherwise it's theft.

Eating her made me severely ill with salmonella, could see the hygiene was poor here but still chanced it and become very unwell. avoid at all costs!

I tried mixed grilled today and it was the worst experience I ever had. There was insect 🦟 in my food, rather than being ashamed they were trying to convince me that it is some kind of spice. Ok i know sometimes it happens but when they gave me the new meal there was rubber init. So it clearly reflects that this takeaway has some serious hygiene issues.

The food was nice but it was cold even when I collected and waited an extra 15 minutes from the original collection time. The wait isn’t a problem when the food is hot!

I ordered food online with them. When it came half the order was missing. I called them up and they said they would sort it a call me in 10 minutes. 15 minute later I called them as I didn’t hear from them. Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting foods. We received the wrong orders. And even with the orders we received there was hair inside our drinks. I have eaten from here 3 times before. Once was nice second gave my family a sickness bug for 2-3 days of upset stomach and cramps. I would not recommend. I spent £50 and the shop done nothing to compensate us not receiving our order. would NOT RECOMMEND

Latest update. Food has got worst. On various occasions they have given food that's not fresh. I had a loaded fries yesterday. The chips were obviously reheated. The chicken on it is never consistent. Sometimes it's plain grilled chicken and sometimes it's flavoured. I think they use whatever left over chicken they have. Today I'm suffering from food poisoning as a result. They also got the order wrong again! Wanted the chicken fillet burger plain which they confirmed. Of course it came with all the salad and sauce. The short guy with beard is the guy who messes up the order and is often rude. I have been a loyal customer from many years and have done Party orders too. No more. Won't be going back. I used to champion this place before.... Bring back the old franchise owner! --- Under new management and unfortunately things have gone downhill. The new staff who man the phone struggle with English. They can be rude and write down the orders incorrectly. When you come into the shop there's no greeting or friendliness. Have received incorrect food on multiple visits. The 2 joint wings are smaller now. This feedback is from multiple visits since the new ownership. Such a shame. Was one of the best chicken and burger places in Aldershot, Farnborough and Camberley.

Gone downhill and falling further down rapidly use to love eating here but it’s just full of salt and overcook meat. Left dehydrated and felt awful after eating. Presentation is now dreadful barely any salad and sauce in the wrap the wings were burnt salty and tasteless. Such a shame use to be decent.

Fast delivery very flavourful food

I was annoyed my dips were missing that I ordered and then had to come down to the store for them!! Which is what I didn’t want to do or I would have just done collection!

If you’re looking for huge portions for an affordable price then this is it. The grilled chicken burger and the Double patty moroccan was incredibly filling. The mango shake was thick and mango-ey! The fried chicken was moist but a little too oily and salty for me and not enough batter. I recommend grilling the chicken less to retain its moisture otherwise recommended.

Appalling customer service. Never ordering from here again- they substituted items from my order as they didn’t have what I wanted, I requested a refund (as this is not what I ordered and you should not substitute something without telling the customer?!!) I was met with an attitude from the manager over the phone who told me he would send the driver to collect the food if I didn’t want it and then he hung up. The driver never showed up or collected the uneaten food and I haven’t received a refund or any other kind of communication.

Food never arrived and couldn't get through via phone. Drove to the shop and was told unable to refund in shop. Eventually gave me proof that it was not delivered and a email address to claim refund. No acknowledgement of any of the multiple emails or any refund. Staff told me it was ONLY £28.71. Very poor customer service with no money back for the non delivered food.

I put in an order through Uber Eats tonight. Food is as good as its always been and was really enjoyed by everyone. Despite getting a bit lost delivering the food, the driver (Rooster Shack staff not Uber Eats) was very polite and friendly and got our food to us hot. I did call them before the order arrived to give clearer delivery instructions as delivery drivers often get lost round here but was rushed of the phone. It would've been a 5* delivery if you just took that extra time to listen, because I was then called twice (as I knew I would be) when there was a struggle to find the address. Customer service is key to longevity.

Can not comment on the food as they had run out of chicken on the bone ...

New ownership is really poor. Ordered food for me, wife and 2 kids. Out comes the shake, the chips. No burger. Waited 25 mins for food. They completely forgot my daughters burger and no one seemed to even notice. Previous owners quality control was of a very high standard and the wait was 10 mins. Needs massive improvements for me to consider coming back to eat here.

Drove to order some food but they wouldn’t serve us because apparently they were closing even though their opening hours stated on Google and just eat say they are still open! Bit weird that I can literally order the food through just eat but they won’t serve me physically in the shop. Won’t bother again.
