Premier Inn Farnborough Town Centre hotel in Rushmoor

The first time I've been a bit disappointed by a Premier Inn. Just all round a bit dirtier and scruffier than other ones. Water comes through the ceiling (room 210) in the bathroom when the shower is running. On checkout, no one really apologised or seemed bothered when I mentioned it!

Lovely modern Prem inn with all will need with an attached Beefeater restaurant.

Stayed one night. Could not fault in any way, small cosy hotel, clean, spotless in everything. Friendly staff, lovely everything. Highly recommend. Will stat again.

No car park very average 3 star hotel Guy in beefeater restaurant was miserable and rude

Couldn't book meal even though hardly anybody in. Staff shortages . On returning to hotel restaurant at 9.30pm we couldn't get a coffee as machine had been turned off.

Like all Premier inn's,nice simple rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. Located in the town centre a minutes walk from witherspoons and other places to eat. Would recommend using the multi-story car park as the car park next to it is confusing as to the length of time and who actually looks after it.

Good beds. Good locations. Good food, if not a little limited in choice.

I used this hotel for a work trip and through no fault of the hotel, my room had been booked for three nights but as separate bookings, meaning I was going to have to move rooms every day. The team worked really hard, with a full and very busy hotel, to fix this issue, meaning my stay was made much easier. It was massively appreciated and the team could not have been more helpful.
