Thought we would try something other than our usual, the food was but the overall bill was very overpriced and we were charged service charge for eating in a Bakery? My children had a drink that was disgusting and when we mentioned it nothing was done. They should stick to being a bakery and cafe and price and service accordingly. Based on the bill I wouldn’t be back.

Great food and excellent service. Staff always very friendly. Great for families. Happy to have a Roni’s in the area. Highly recommended!!

Ordered a tuna panini at first and she use normal paper instead of the grease paper to warm up the panini..it had paper stuck on it…I went back to return it and took a chicken panini..she went in the kitchen to warm it up and when she came back the panini was horrible..the cheese didn’t even melt and the panini was cold..very bad experience and would never go there again..

Fresh food, attentive service and good value. Good coffee and comfortable seats. Loved the schnitzel and the Beigel sandwich

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! Absolutely hideous. £11.95 for a salt beef sandwich that was thinner than my hand. Only three pieces of thin, tough, grey, salt beef which I didn't even eat - see picture. Totally inedible. I tried and failed. Salt beef sandwiches should be full of meat, red and supple, spilling out from between the bread - this was anything but. I regret not taking a photo of the whole sandwich to show you, but only photographed the horrible meat which I pulled out of the sandwich and did not eat. The cutlery was dirty as well. One of the worst meals I've ever had, egregiously expensive for somewhere so vile. Never returning and I'd urge you to stay away as well.

Terrible salt beef. Very chewy. Had clearly been microwaved. Salt beef needs to be cooked and served freshly otherwise it destroys the texture of the meat.

Paid £6 for two cups of hot water with a sprig of mint in each. Why the locals support this is anybody's guess

I sadly agree with all of the bad reviews below. There is absolutely no customer service, I had to ask for menus and then for someone to take our order - and the staff didn’t seem like they even wanted to be there. My ‘tricolore’ dish was tasteless, the avocados were stringy, the eggs and the tomatoes had no flavour and no colour at all and it cost nearly £10!!!! Needless to say, I won’t be going back

Sorry to say I had a really bad experience here, but I wouldn't be writing a review if it weren't for a separate point: the price. I asked for something specific for family visiting from abroad to try (nothing complicated - just a bagel). I was assured we could have exactly that. When it arrived, it was missing crucial ingredients including the bagel itself. We were given 4 rather sad-looking sandwiches instead. The taste was rubbish, there was an apology of a salad on the side, and the (admittedly mortified) waiter wasn't able to change anything without it all going to waste. He offered to take (only) one off the bill, which meant we paid £26 for 'three' sandwiches. Absolutely hopeless.

I've walked past this place couple of times so decided to go there as I needed to grab some takeaway lunch. There was not much choice, no vegan options and considering the quality of food the price was quite high. Avoid!

How disappointed we were to have visited Roni's in Muswell Hill a few days ago. This location just cannot compare to the great service and wonderful food at Roni's in Belsize and Hampstead. The Muswell Hill branch is a disaster area. Very slow service and finally order was taken after several prompts. Despite requesting that the order was read back to us, it was finally delivered after an extraordinary delay with multiple parts omitted across the plates for our table of 6. No table cutlery was provided despite several request. Bits and pieces of the missing orders were finally provided after repeated requests and some didn't arrive at all. I can understand if we had varied the order from the menu, but our order was straight from the menu!! The food was cold and largely inedible. All I can say is avoid until the restaurant has vastly improved its service and kitchen staff. Never again at this location for us.

Staff was very unhelpful, not friendly at all. We were given a 4 people table though it was 6 of us. Food was very bland and disappointing. Poached eggs were cold and overcooked, turkey bacon greasy, salad very bland and basic. We asked for water and a jug was brought but no glasses. We’ll never go back!

I ordered a salt beef sandwich which arrived really soggy and tasted bad. The Salt Beef was not of a good quality. I ordered an Israeli Salad which was completely tasteless. Also a ciabatta loaf which was very rubbery.

AVOID AVOID BUYING BABKA, also staff VERY UNHELPFUL! I only every ordered drink and for a long time anticipated ordering the a babka because it looked delicious. Low and behold I did, it was disgusting to say the least. Dough not cooked at all, it was sickening! The outside crust not so bad but the middle just tasted like you were chewing raw dough. I did call to complain and they asked if I could bring it in, when we had already binned it. As I was passing through he area on day I decided to pop in to have a word and the staff was extremely unhelpful and uninterested. She asked me to come back the following day to have word with the manager. Why would you complicate the matter and expect me to return. They could have offered a refund there and then or something else, she did not even consider it. Never going back. I highly recommend Good Egg's babka in Stoke Newington, it's incredible!

Was looking forward to a lovely breakfast. It was so disappointing! Eggs arrived overcooked and cold and the salad was mostly leaves. Decidedly mediocre

We ordered a bagel £5: inside a thin slice of rubbery hamburger cheese with two thin slices of pale tomato. We ordered a jacket potato with beans £8: cheap beans (no Heinz in sight) and unbaked potato with no skin. Served luke warm. Service slightly dysfunctional throughout and then we were overcharged at the end. Interior design is nice 1 star.

Our second visit to Roni’s today. The roasted cauliflower starter was fantastic and the chicken baguette was huge and tasty Can’t wait until our next visit

My 8 year old daughter is, in the words of Daddy Pig, "a bit of an expert" in chips. These are her absolute favourite. Crispy, never burnt, salty and the ketchup and mayo are good too. Grown up food is nice too!

The staff were lovely on new years eve of all days, had a wonderful time in whqt was meant to be a brief stopover. The almond tart was delicious. The challah roll we had was simple but tasty. Great music too!

Had the hype from the other stores and the area very much hits tha nail on the head for its offering vs customer base. I ordered a coconut milkshake and they didnt have the ingredients for it. A friend ordered a breakfast with turkey bacon....

Had Sunday lunch with a couple of friends, and we all enjoyed our snack lunches. They were all really tasty and the portions were generous. The only niggle was the service was a little slow. Definitely a repeat

Food is delicious. Bagels are so fresh and taste Devine! The first couple of times we visited, the service wasn’t great, but seems to be getting much better. Prices are slightly high but it’s worth it.
