Bad smell. Only buffet. Terrible looking buffet. Paid in full even if leaving after a bite of meat. Which was bad smelling too

Food is nice, good selection but the service is terrible!! It used to be good a couple years back but the new manager is no where as good! The service staff are not very attentive or welcoming at all! Waiting 40 mins for drinks to come out when the resturant is nearly empty, i see all the staff standing around chatting.

Went for a family birthday celebration. Very disappointed with the service. Had to ask several times to get drinks. Some arrived others we had to keep asking. It was a Monday evening so not busy but staff were very sullen and disinterested. The cake was just bashed down on the table, no happy birthday at all! This is a shame as the food is good but with this awful service i wont be returning

Bom dia! Ontem foi meu aniversário e comemorei no touro em Wimbledon. Serviço foi péssimo do começo ao fim. Eu tentei relevar inúmeros erros e cara emburrada porque não queria que estragasse meu dia. Mas sinceramente não teve como, não checavam se precisávamos de mais bebidas ou não ( eu sempre tinha pedir) demora 10/15 min para trazer ( restaurante estava sem movimento) Ah e quando chegava as bebidas sempre faltava e tínhamos que esperar a boa vontade de trazer no tempo deles. Tem uma senhora que trabalha lá a um tempo que foi a que mais destratou, ficava falando de nós o tempo todo , cara fechada do começo ao fim, na hora do bolo simplesmente jogou na mesa e saiu. No final ficou falando que já estava na hora de fechar, mas é claro não falou comigo ficou reclamando enquanto arrumava as mesas e eu ouvi. É frustrante ver como o touro caiu em todas as formas, a gerência não é a mesma, os funcionários vive mudando e os que permanecem acha que tem um rei na barriga e te tratam como nada. Eu sou uma das clientes mais fiéis desse lugar e com toda certeza posso dizer que não voltarei.

Had not idea what to expect but as meat lovers thought we'd give it a go, particularly as we had 3, very hungry, young adults with us. Couldn't have been happier. The range of the buffet was outstanding and the quality of the meat was excellent. Good bottle of Malbec for a decent price. Great service - the food just kept coming.

I had never been here before and it was a surprise. The menu had different options but for someone with a small appetite it wasn't the best option as no in-between. I asked could I just pay to share some of my partners as I don't eat a lot and one piece of meat for £31.99 or £38.99 would have been silly. I was told to have the vegan at £21.99 which was still a lot as all I had was one spoon of cous cous and a bit of lettuce. So my partner gave me a bit of their steak and a bit of chicken. When the bill came I was charged for £31.99+ £21.99 + £9 ( meat share) plus a drink. I do think this was not acceptable as there no option for a smaller plate if someone with a smaller appetite even if your partner wants the £31.99. So in affect they charged me for 2 lots of £31.99. I felt under pressure to select the vegan options which I didn't want it. I only wanted a small amount of meet so why did they not tell me it was £9 at the start when specifically asked this question. You could do an option of £20 for fewer slices and not unlimited. Yes you get alot of food but I didn't eat anymore than a saucer amount. It cost near to £70 which was not worth it for one plate if food in affect. I am really disgruntled about this as I feel it does not cater for people that cannot eat a huge amount but are going with a partner of friends that do. I didn't enjoy it as the bill was so much money for a tiny bit of salad and I'd urge you to look at a pricing so it doesn't preclude anyone like myself from going.

First visit. Recommended by some Brazilian friends. Very busy! Friendly staff. We ordered the Premier platter which included all premium meats. I know people often complain of restaurants having slow service, but if I had to lightly criticise the service, it would be that the meats were arriving at very fast and quick succession. So fast that your plate is overloaded in no time. We are all done in 45 minutes. I would have preferred a slightly more staggered, slower and civil introduction of the meats, to allow us to savour rather than pile them on top of each other. After all each seating is two hours. The staff were hospitable, delightful, accommodating & friendly and the meats were reasonable and of course characteristically plentiful. We would go back but will try and negotiate the pace.

Sad experience today. We ordered a sangria pitcher and it was ridiculously sweet (to the point you would feel you are damaging your health and cannot drink further). I suspect there was overspill of sugar in the making. We asked for the sangria to be returned. Manager insisted that we will still get charged for it. Then I politely asked if she can remake it. They added more wine to the sangria....obviously it is still too sweet - I suspected this was made from the old mix. I made a second complaint. Manager now came to me and said it is my fault that I have this personal taste. I told her that my party of 5 people agreed to the same. She said that this is the "table's taste". They have followed the recipe. At that point I asked if she can gave us some water and ice so we can try make it drinkable. Of course if you are going to pay £28 for it - you dont want to waste. Manager came back challenging us what should she do with the cocktail, bring a bucket of ice and WATER to dilute the drink. She was rude to the core. This is just no way to speak to the customers. My poor friend has to try force himself drink. Absolutely disrepectful behavior from the manager. My party and the guests surrounding us also whisper that they agree and sorry that I was given this treatment... Rest of the staffs were too friendly and nice....but this manager lady...she needs to be a bit kinder. This ruins my night

The choice of meat wasn’t great. It’s always the same that are coming back. Some of them way overcooked. False advertisement on the love Wimbledon card, they only give you the discount on one meal not on the whole bill as said on the website. The lady manager was rude and wasn’t speaking basic English. She had to ask one of her waitress to translate for her. Would not recommend this place. So many other Brazilian restaurant that are much nicer.

A good concept which fails to deliver. Good selection of salads / accompaniments. Some of the meats serves were tender and tasty - others were grisly and vile. The Prawns were so overcooked they crumbled when you opened the shell,also the Chicken hearts were like rubber bullets. Wont be returning.

Went in 2 days ago and was given a menu with 3 plates starting at 28.95 per person and 2 pages of wine listings. This place has changed and unless you want to pay 30 quid for steak and rice i cant recommend. Their online listings still say £5-20 which is false advertisement…

Really don’t know what the fuss is about! We were ignored by 3 staff when we entered. Left standing for 10 mins. 3 of them at the desk not one looked up. Even to say 1 moment. I’ll be with you in a minute. Or hello 1 sec. Then the male manager came over and managed to say hello! Menu wasn’t explained to us at all. They asked if it was our first visit. Yes. Waited a while to be spoken to. Drinks order taken quickly however. Meats were nice but so so salty. Our kids couldn’t eat it! Husband asked a waitress where the plates were. PLATES. in a restaurant and she said “no English”! Plates!!!! He came back to table and we told him! Was boiling hot! No air con. Staff all over the place. Meat servers were nice. Wouldn’t go back. Wouldn’t go as a family. Not for kids. Would suit group of lads or friends after a few drinks. Also very expensive. £39 each and we didn’t feel we even had that much. Much better places to go. So glad they under charged us! Phew! Meh. Have been drinking water all night. Husband was up 3 times like he was in the desert. Water water water!!! Meh!

Touro in Wimbledon is a place to visit for an authentic Brazilian Barbecue eats. A place to have a great meal with friends of by yourself. The food is delicious and service is warm and friendly. Have been coming here for 8 years and the recent update of the interiors is inviting. Umberto the manager and his team provide good service Umberto is personable, passionate and seasoned professional having been in the hospitality industry a long time. Him and his team at Touro deliver good service and a place I recommend as a must go casual dining or for a celebration with family or friends. No one leaves the place hungry! Thank you Umberto and the friendly team at Touro will be returning again!

Bought a virgin experience for Touro and have to say my brother and I were very disappointed. We were expecting a wide variety of meats including a lot of pork options however they kept bringing us the same meats so like 5 types of the same. They also closed off the buffet and said it was due to Covid. The website falsely advertises what it actually offers. Would not recommend. The only plus was the manager was very good, friendly and chatty and the rest of the employees were lazy and hard to communicate with.

Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious (All you can eat). The desserts are in big portions. I recommend!!!!

Was greeted by very friendly warm welcoming faces. Seated quickly, with swift serving, the food was continuously with the most friendly polite staff that we have ever experienced to be honest. The food was plenty, hot, fresh and well seasoned. A truly pleasant experience and would definitely recommend, we would travel the hour and half from our home to go again. Truly great staff yous should be proud, beyond polite. Thank you..2 parents with a night off :)

I took my wife and friend there for a farewell to our friend as he was heading back to the Caribbean. I must say the waiters and waitresses kept the none meat platters coming but we were there for the meat! We had to beg, I mean literally beg for them to bring the meat out and when it did come we had to wait another 20 minutes before the other skewers came for a bit more meat. By then we were already full up on the bread, salad and other bits they offered. The salt was a bit too much as well so if you are struggling with high blood pressure this is not the place for you. Very disappointed

Terrible. Awful. A let down. Words cannot describe how unsatisfied this restaurant has left me. A birthday celebration with bland food and cold meats! Really - what a let down. Buffet is not open so they’ll limited bring buffet items to you, cold feijoada, tasteless mayonnaise, couple days old rice. Waitress are forgetful and horrible manner, do things like they’re doing you a favor. Not friendly Brazilians at allI am Brazilian myself so I know what to expect from a Brazilian steak house or please - any other restaurant.

Our experience at Touro Wimbledon has been absolutely flawless. From start to finish everything has been just amazing. The food is great and it just feels like you’re literally eating in Brazil, the employees are the friendliest and it just makes not want to leave.We are very happy and will definitely come back! Elvira, Natalie and the rest of the staff were incredible and made us feel right at home. Food was great although the prawns were a bit softer than what I’d expect from a grill. It’s a generic Brazilian statehouse but well worth the visit when hungry for meat :)

Had a great time with my family, all the staff were really helpful, answering all our special requests and bringing not just the meat, but literally everything in the restaurant to the table so we never had to get up. My husband I visited on Friday evening on our way home from London and we had a great meal. Due to Covid all the food which would have been buffet style apart from the meat was delivered to the table by our lovely waiter Umberto. Salads, beans, rice,hot pasta dishes, brazilian delicacies, aubergines sides and SO much meat, all different types and cuts, cut off at your plate as you want, by very polite waiters. You have a little block of wood that is painted green and red on either end and the food keeps coming on green and when you are full to the brim you turn it over to red. Then you can have a lovely dessert and if you fancy a drop of the Brazilian liqueur dispended by a china bull. Its a bit of a ceremony... you have to pull on the bollocks to let it dispense into your glass. It was a fun end to a lovely meal and the waiters were all very attentive. Thanks

The food was good, however the staff were not very helpful. The waiters bringing the food around were lovely and funny but the other waiters were not well equipped to handle to pandemic. There were big crowds waiting by the bar with no social distancing whatsoever. They were very pushy to get us out by a certain time. We were happy to leave as we were allotted a time but they practically pushed us out 15 minutes before. Staff overall weren’t very communicative or friendly so I won’t be going for a second time.

So far the best Brazilian Restaurant in London. Everything was perfect, the meet served was one of the best you could find, staff very professional and at this pandemic moment I felt comfortable and safe during all my dinner time. We had a nice corner table and the manager, Mr Umberto, was always around and very aware about all movement around. I do recommend with praise.

My boyfriend and I visited for the first time tonight and it was fantastic! Food was incredible. The meat keeps coming until you pass out and every time they came over it was a new and exciting flavour experience. From prawns to pork there is something for every meat lover. The host on the front door (I believe his name is Alberto) was very friendly and had exceptional customer service. He made myself and my boyfriend feel very welcome and he even gave us a sample of the ‘Brazilian viagra’ at the end of the meal which was one of the nicest shots I’ve ever had. Thank you so much to the Touro team for a great night... we will be back as soon as lockdown part 2 ends!!!

Despite the staff were working their best, the food disappointed very much. They served side dishes on the table but it was cold and some of the beans with a kind of scramble egg around it was clearly a kind of left over from somewhen and warmed up twice or more, very grease and soggy, plus a cold lasagne. We’ve requested for balsamic or any vinegar for our salad, but instead they brought us soya sauce.Then our hope it was the meat, two of meats were ok but mostly the rest were dried out and missing salt, and the worst one was the beef rib which was totally cold, direct from the fridge to the table. Not nice at all, we even had show to them, they had agreed how cold it was, although they took it back to warm up, by this time we didn’t had desire for bbq anymore, as this was to far away to be a real bbq with sides.Won’t go back.

Have been here twice and they do not disappoint. You must visit. For the buffet it's around £25 per person but they continuously serve you freshly grilled meats until you cant take anymore. They also bring to you (table service due to covid19) a vast array of other dishes to choose from, not just Brazilian so caters for all tastes. Probably not ideal to visit if you are a vegetarian or vegan..not sure. But if you love meat then visit here. You dont feel rushed to eat. What more can I say.... cannot wait to come back

My boyfriend and I visited Touro Wimbledon for the first time tonight and so glad we did!! The food was absolutely delicious (I mean every single dish!!) and the service was so warm and lovely.l (these guys work their butts off to make sure you get a personal service) We even got to sample the rum bull before we left! (So much fun! A must if you visit this place!) We will definitely be back what a gorgeous little place thank you for having us!

Reservamos para una víspera de sábado temprano y el lugar estaba lleno. No había pantallas y las mesas estaban bastante cerradas entre sí, por lo que desafortunadamente no parecía haber muchos ajustes covid aparte del uso de máscaras. La única opción era el menú fijo y el menú vegetariano ya no estaba disponible a las 18.30, ¡extraño! La comida que nos dieron fue buena, especialmente los lados, pero nos sentimos decepcionados por la falta de elección.

Tuvimos una cena encantadora el 17 de septiembre mientras estábamos en la zona. La experiencia fue maravillosa y todo fue excelente. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. El precio era justo y después de que pagamos, también nos ofrecieron un trago de ron brasileño, que fue muy divertido. Sugiero este restaurante a todos porque es una experiencia brasileña increíble, de principio a fin.

Lo que realmente me enoja que dejaron a la pobre anfitriona para lidiar con todo el enojo y las quejas solas, un gerente no único con quien hablar, solo obtengo una dirección de correo electrónico para presentar una queja, pero nadie ofrece al menos una experiencia gastronómica en el mismo lugar. OUT rige otros días u otra oferta complementaria. Mala gestión, comida. . . No tuve oportunidad de comer

Hicimos una reserva y llegamos a tiempo. Afuera había una larga cola. Así que tuvimos que esperar varios minutos bajo la lluvia para que luego nos dijeran que el sistema reservó dos veces todas las mesas, por lo que cancelaron la nuestra sin llamarnos para informarnos. Servicio al cliente descuidado.

Then onto the next table, with the nice fresh breath of the last table.Huge queue for buffet due to short staffing.Overall it was so bad it'd be funny if we werent paying for it.Had problems communicating with a few staff members.Real shame as I was excited about this meal.

If you love meat this is the place to go in Wimbledon. A wide selection of salads, but barely touched those as there was so much different meat that just kept coming. You go to the salad bar first then different waiters come to your table with different meats (beef, pork, lamb and chicken) plus prawns, and cut you off sections. They keep coming until you turn the wooden block from green to red. The meats all seemed great quality and were cooked beautifully. They have a wide selection of cocktails which was great and the wait service was fantastic. Our waitress came frequently asking us if we needed more drinks and came to ask if everything was OK with our meal. We loved it, but I wouldn't advise it to vegetarians, as there's no options for them. £25 for the meal + 12.5% service charge, so a very good price for what you get.

If you love meat, this place is a heaven for you. 20 different types of steak meat were introduced to our table. All were very delicious. The salads didn`t seem to be fresh to be honest, but apart from that it was all good.

First time to Wimbledon and had a great night lots of restaurants to choose from and we chose touro and was not dissapointed staff and service exemplary food bar delicious and the meat was awesome wish we could of eaten more.. Only critic is just wish could get good value out of a drink large bottle of beer 7.95 but that's the same everywhere one meat server in general was truly amazing and friendly didn't get his name but a pic would love to go again and might but we Wembley today and Leicester Square tomo tha nks for some great food and service

We had a 3.00pm booking and I don't think this is a good time. I think the lunchtime rush was over and the full complement of meat varieties wasn't ready yet as we kept getting the same meats brought out. Salad and buffet bar is excellent, you can get full up on just those. In fact, if you choose the non-meat option, it's cheaper and certainly you won't lose. Slices of meat are small enough to get the flavour. You don't need a huge slab if you are going to work you way through all 20 varieties (if they're available). We got told off for not turning our table marker to red. Explained that I was waiting for chicken lives to come out, but the meat waiter couldn't really understand me. Fortunately, another staff member was around to translate. Have to admit that there was a bit of a language barrier. I would say that at just under £25.00 a head it's good value as it also includes a standard Brazilian cocktail. Non-meat is £19.95 a head. Virgin Experience are currently doing about £46.00 for two, so it's a cheaper alternative. On the whole good, but as other reviewers have said, some of the meat is pretty fatty. Might try it again.

This was a new experience for us and was a very good one. The dinner service was well worth the money. For £24.95 you get all you can freshly grilled meats brought to your table like beef sirloin, Peppered beef, pork ribs, chicken wings, sausages garlic beef, lamb. The meats were all very well marinated and cooked to perfection. There is also a buffet of side dishes such as rice, bean dishes, salads, onion rings, chips, mac and cheese and more. The only issue was delays in getting our drink orders which seemed to take about 15-20 minute delays to get a coke which is why I have only given them 4 stars. The bar wasn’t staffed well for a very busy Friday night. Overall we had a good experience and we would definitely go back again. Staff were very good but was struggling to understand us as it was very noisy and they were struggling to hear us.

A minha amiga oriunda do leste da Europa, a aniversariante, nunca tinha tido a experiência de um rodízio e ficou encantada com a experiência. Uma palavra especial para o staff com destaque para a Kelli que foi inexcedídel no atendimento oferecido. A decoração e o ambiente foram envolventes e finalmente descobri um restaurante onde a televisão não existe o que facilita o diálogo na mesa. Para repetir.

2nd time to this restaurant, first time was better! The food really is a meat lovers dream, dont even bother coming if you are a vegetarian! First time we went, I found the service to be a lot better, this time service has gone down hill. Waitress didnt seem bothered that we were there, didnt explain where to get your plates from etc.Meat was good, love how the meat keeps coming around and always different.Buffet could be laid out a lot better and name tags of what the food is would be ideal....some items are named but not all, thats when you play a guessing game. Food also needs to be topped up more regularly. However the buffet looks clean and thats important!Would I go back? Probably not for a long time, Ive done it twice now, time to try something new! But I would recommend this place, its different, great if you love meat and fun with the traffic light system! Children are welcomed.

Nadie nos sirvió ni explicó qué hacer, así que tuvimos que agarrar a uno de los tipos que servían las carnes para explicar. Nos compró un plato y finalmente pedimos bebidas. El buffet estaba frío y le informamos a la camarera y al chico del bar que no parecía molesto. Las carnes eran duras y nada agradables. Cuando llegó la factura, intentamos nuevamente explicar qué tan pobre era, pero al chico simplemente no le importó. . . . . ¡También tuvieron el descaro de cobrar 12 por el servicio que mi amigo pagó solo para salir de allí! Me pregunto si este restaurante entrará en liquidación porque seguramente nadie tiene un negocio como este y espera que la gente regrese.

Visited yesterday evening (19/10/2019) and really enjoyed it. Convenient location, good service, friendly and even somewhat funny, and great caipirinhas (there was definitely a generous measure of cachaça). As for the main event, the meat rodízio, well.. good variety - different cuts of beef, as well as lamb, pork, chicken, sausage and even giant prawns. Pork ribs and chicken were particularly divine - succulent and flavoursome. We had just a bit of food from the buffet, all fresh and tasty, as wanted to enjoy all that delicious meat. Puddings were good too, could not resist having one despite being absolutely stuffed. The only down point is that some of the meat cuts were too salty for my taste. Also, just a suggestion.. maybe introduce some more sauces (‘molhos’ as they say in Brazil). Thought all meat was of a good quality, attentive staff and nice atmosphere. Overall, great experience!

This restaurant is great for men who are big eaters, but I am not a huge meat fan and my options were limited.

Went as a family evening meal, there were 6 of us all were very impressed with the food, the sides bar had lots to choose from, we will definitly go there again.

Went on Saturday at 6pm. Really noisy but we were at family time. The concept is great, especially with the red and green markers to advise the meat servers if we wanted to be disturbed or not and the food was good. Some meats were better than others, buffet was good. We thought the service was great and the staff were friendly. Wouldn't travel miles to visit but if it is on your doorstep, give it a go.

Visited this restaurant on Saturday 5th October for the first time after it had been recommended. So disappointed with the service . Table was booked for 7.30 on arrival the place was heaving , we were sat for almost half an hour and no one can to tell us how it all works or take our drinks order , there were no clean for jugs for water we were told and we needed to ask twice to even get a glass of water, food was ok but meat was very salty . Wouldn’t go again on a Saturday night

Nice restaurant,, interesting experience, I recommend to those who do not know the Brazilian way of eating, menus excellent, side dishes appropriate, staff very friendly, prices normal. I highly recommend it

Went here with my family for a birthday meal, good value for money but found the meat quite salty, good service, even better if you go Mon-Thurs you get a free house cocktail.

I visited the Kensal Green branch last year and I thought it was really nice. The place was busy and the food was good. It's for that, that I booked a table for the Clapham Branch for this evening. When I booked, the earliest time I could get a table for it was 9.30pm, which was fine to me, because I remembered it busy. Anyway we arrived there, and we had not even a Hi from the staff! The place was empty, there was only one table having dinner. The first thing the waitress told us is that the company changed, with a really bad face expression that made us understand it became bad! I asked what it was changed and she replied that only the prices went up. For us it was still fine, as we were looking forward to the meal, so when we asked if we could be seated, another staff member came to us to tell us they were about to close!!! On the webpage it says they close at 11pm, we were there at 9.15pm and we made a reservation for 9.30pm!!! They told us we could sit down but at 10pm they would start closing! So they wanted us to pay almost 30£ (just including food) for a buffet that would last us not even 20 minutes and would have got the left overs! I work in hospitality management for years and I have never seen this before. Really rude staff that clearly didn't want to get any customers in !!

Hoy fuimos a este restaurante de carnes a la brasilera, ¡y todos los 6 de nosotros no estábamos contentos! El servicio fue muy lento, había menos de la mitad de un restaurante de personas a las que los camareros saltaban de nuestra mesa y eran muy lentos para llevar la carne a la gente. Nos quejamos a ellos donde todavía no se molestaron en pasar por nuestra mesa. El inodoro del caballero estaba inundado de agua y solo tenía un baño. ¡Trajeron la factura lo suficientemente rápido y agregaron un cargo de 20 servicios por el mal servicio! Nunca volveremos aquí de nuevo.

Stopped for the lunch time menu. Great value & choice for a steak house with ample choice of salads for vegans in our party. Pleased with the price & service. Would definitely return.

I went with my couple to have dinner and we were surprised with the excellent service and good attitude from the staff. Definitely we will come back. As a recommendation I just can say they should include more options of meat.

Incluso en un mal día me gusta la experiencia de la parrilla rodizio, y el sábado parecía un buen lugar para estar. No me puedo quejar de la comida, las ensaladas eran frescas, pan y arroz sabroso, carnes jugosas y calientes. Lo único malo de este restaurante era el baño. Oscuro, apestoso y anticuado, un gran contraste con el resto del establecimiento, en una gran necesidad de remodelación.

Generally good, fun place to eat, everyone seemed to be laughing, holding their bellys and having the meat sweats! Staff were great, long haired lad that served us was friendly and efficient. The meats come out in vast quantities and for my taste ok, they marinade the meat for a long time and that changes its texture and everything was a bit salty and dry for me. The chef serving didn't know how long it was marinaded for so I guess the meat comes pre-done. Now, the manager guy with glasses was walking around all night with a face like wet weekend, whispering in the staffs ears etc. They have a ceramic bull which you pull it's balls and a free drink comes out it's cock. The manager removed this from our table and put it out of our reach on an adjacent empty table, didn't say word, no pleasentries, no have you finished yet and no smiles. That is simple rudeness and shows poor customer care. Staff fantastic, food ok, manager poor. Wolfie

This is my favourite Brazilian restaurant in London. Good selection of buffet foods, excellent cuts of meat and really knowledgeable and friendly service.

Me and my girlfriend decided to visit for valentine's Day and had the worst experience of our lives ,after 30 minutes of sitting at the table with the green indicator on, the food began to come our tabel and it was only the cheap meats for around another 30 minutes .for a steak house not much steak is offered to customers and everything is poorly seasoned the pork is probably the worst most bland tasting thing you can get. and for £22 it's an absolute rip off not to mention both me and my girlfriend are both now recovering from food poisoning .

We thought that we would check this place out to see what it was like. Best I can say is that it was alright without being exceptional. The buffet was average and the meat was nothing more than ok, some cuts being better than others. Having visited not sure we would give it another go.

I have eaten at Touro Brazilian Steakhouse in Clapham Common and I have surprised myself with the fantastics food and reception. Surely, I will go there again.

I came across Touro by chance while I was in Wimbledon to do some shopping in Centre Court Shopping Mall. I was looking for lunch across the street when I passed by Touro. The manager was standing at counter by the door and asked me to try their food, he even offered me discount as it was lunch time and they had seats. Steaks and Ribs are my obsession, how could I resist.

A group of 5 of us visited for an early evening dinner for a birthday. We had booked but were shown to a very small table, a bit too small for five people really. However, we were moved when we asked.

Went for dinner yesterday. Staff were slow to replace the food at the buffet. Fish was too salty. Found a hair in the vegetable dish (buffet) which I had to point out to a member of staff. Of the 2 ladies toilets one had no soap and the other had a messy floor.

Fuimos a la barra de buffet y nos ayudamos a nosotros mismos y sentamos la carne (carne de res) que luego fue tallada en la mesa y un trozo de bistec sacado de un pincho y puesto en el plato todo lo que estaba frío como la piedra, incluidos los artículos que deberían haber estado calientes. La carne tallada era un poco dura, pero el bistec no podía masticar y, de hecho, tuve que volver a colocarlo en el plato y luego nos ofrecieron un pollo que ambos aceptamos, pero aunque sabía muy mal y lo dejó.
