Rock Bottom in Teignbridge

Went for dinner with my mum and partner, they didn't have gluten free batter the day we went but was able to accommodate. Felt super welcome and food was the best I've had out in a very long time! Highly recommend

Just had a beautiful meal the Food was really nice and cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend giving Rock Bottom a try. You won't be disappointed.

Good food, but ordered a double, received a songle

Burger was cold and over cooked and very chewy. Fries covered in jam and barely any cheese sauce also cold. Mac and cheese. Cold.

25 minutes late and then turned up Luke warm, had the DEA which was 5 chicken wings that just tasted burned and the tuco taco which was 3 small tacos which didn't taste of alot. Highly disappointed

Absolutely brilliant place! Sam was so attentive and friendly. The food was amazing! Plus we enjoyed the choice of music that was playing. Highly recommend it.

Situated right in the centre of town,near the seafront, buses and railway station, Rockbottom is an excellent place to find top quality Asian, and in particular Korean street-food A good wine and beer list and an interesting range of spirits , along with friendly and professional staff makes this a great venue for an evening out I can thoroughly recommend this establishment!

Hands down… best take away in teignmouth, probs Devon. The Tq Burger was juicy and tasty, the tenders box was rammed full of flavour and the jalapeño slaw.. SLAPPED 👌🏾👌🏾 10/10!

Honestly, this is one of the best places I have eaten in a long time. The staff are lovely. The food was absolutely gorgeous! You can’t go wrong! The best mac & cheese I’ve ever tasted, and I am fussy!

Ordered easily, arrived earlier than expected

Went for a family birthday, food and service were great. Football match on the tv which a group of lads were very vocally enjoying and I did ask them to watch their language 😉 maybe a younger persons venue. We enjoyed the games..

Really nice food, but the description Gastropub is a bit of a stretch. The burgers we tried were amazing and the chips with toppings were too, but it's really a bar with fairly loud rock music, not a Gastropub. Still highly recommended though and staff were great

Hidden gem. Lovely staff. Food was beyond your run of the mill burgers. Really exceptional Mexicana burger and fantastic loaded fries.

Food was delicious, very tasty and fresh. Will be enjoying something different from the menu again as there was a really good choice.

Good food. Not much for the money

From the moment I looked in it felt welcoming. Great staff very friendly & the place was very clean & tidy. Menu was great all the naughty food I love so the hardest part was choosing which to go for. I had the BBQ Pork fries which were absolutely delicious from first to last mouthful. This place offers great food, drinks, live sports & live music so they certainly have a wide audience to please. Good & drink was great so hopefully one night I’ll get to sample the live music. From me so far 10/10

Great tasting food. can't fault it.... But..portion sizes are even smaller than last time. The first time we ordered, the portions were really good. The second time they were average potions. But tonight we ordered the "Cheesy Lover" & another pasta with pastrami on top & they were both tiny! like kid meal sizes. one was £9 & the other was £12. To be honest £3 each I would be willing to pay for them. The burger I had was ok I guess. sorry Rock Bottom. you were great to begin with. 👎

According to my misses the Mac and cheese was the best she ever had!! Very big portions!! Not complaining!! The chips i ordered with cheese on and jesus were they cheesy! Very lovely chips! The garlic doughballs were a massive portion but very lovely too. The only gripe i had was the burger was wayyyy to over seasoned for my liking, all i could taste was salt!! The staff were friendly and polite!! I'd highly recommend that you try this place out!! Don't take the salt on burger comment just by my word as i'm not a huge fan of anything with salt on it unless its very minimal! Astonishing value for money only spend £45 on drinks and all that food ( and i mean the portions are huge ). I'll know for next time when i visit that i'll be asking them not to put to much salt on my burger. So give them a try highly suggest it just expect to get messy due to their cheesy goodness!

We order from Rock Bottom regularly, it’s one of our favourites but we were so disappointed with our delivery this time. Food was barely lukewarm and really soggy, plus my burger was so spicey it was inedible, most of it went in the bin :(

Came here for dinner this evening with kids. Staff were exceptional- especially Sam. The kitchen were extremely careful and accommodating of my daughter’s sesame and cashew allergy. The food was delicious - bang bang chicken was the best thing ever according to my daughter. Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered a takeaway. All I can say is don't bother absolutely rubbish food with the most overpriced stuff in all of teignmouth! Worst takeaway I've had by a mile

Nice place for food drink and live music

We decided to go here at short notice and we loved the food, mainly gluten free except the kids meals.

The quality of the food from rock bottom is incomparable to any other takeaway in teignmouth it has surprised me time and time again you have to try the one step beyond (madness) burger and the bang bang chicken is a must!

Lovely rock bar live bands and gaming hub. Limited draught beers cocktails galore

Ordered a burger here and it was just a patty in between a bun with no salad. When my friend complained and asked for the salad and a tomatoe or cheese to be added we were told that they don’t stock any of those things in the kitchen. Bit of a joke. Really did not look anything like the photo of a burger on their website. It’s a shame because the music is quite good.

Live music, great cocktails and really friendly, chatty staff, friendly people in there too, drinking games such as beer pong. Very good place for younger and older generation.

Fantastic place. The cocktails were brilliant, I can recommend the Orange Negroni, but they were all great. We went for the bottomless menu and as soon as we had finished a drink we were offered more. The burgers were delicious and the dirty fries had an amazing creamy cheese sauce mixed in. Sam and the team were all really friendly, we had a great meal finished off with some battle shots!

Teignmouth didnt have much choice for exciting good food places but this place really blew us away. Breaking bad theme menu...excellent quality burgers and some tasty homemade bbq sauce and a great price....staff were exceptional. Would defo recommend and will defo be returning.

We have had a few takeaways from Rock Bottom & always found them to be fab, however we were sadly disappointed this time. They are pricier than other takeaways but the quality has always been top notch, but the burgers weren't great & unfortunately everything was so spicy it wasn't enjoyable. We had cheese burgers with burger sauce, the sauce was spicy, this meant my 11 year old couldn't eat it. We had cheese & burger fries, and again the coating on the fries was spicy & overpowering.

Undelivered order! waited between the delivery time stated and no one turned up. When I phoned the restaurant i was told they’d phoned me 8 times. 3 missed calls on my phone. Absolute crooks.

The food here is simply superb. A twist on the conventional. Yes, the burgers are a bit pricey but you really go get what you pay for. They are delicious. The loaded fries are also up there with some of the best I’ve had. Great food, great service, nice atmosphere. Can’t fault it. I’ll be back.

Chip's were cold, burger was tasteless and squashed, dough balls were swimming in grease... delivery was 1 hour later than originally stated. Unfortunately won't buy from Rock bottom again

I don’t want to leave a negative review as the rest of my party had a lovely meal and experience, and I’m annoyed at myself for not saying something at the time but I was looking forward to the meal so much (and was very hungry) that I just thought ‘suck it up’. The drinks were great and the chips were too - however I was so disappointed in the vegan tofu katsu burger that it’s put me off coming back. I was the only veggie in my group and the server didn’t ask us at the start if there were any dietary or allergies which I thought was a requirement these days? I had checked the menu online so I knew there were veggie options which wasn’t an issue but none were shown on the menus we were given. The food looked great, but the tofu was so soft and mushy it didn’t taste like it was cooked, and the breaded crumb coating didn’t taste of anything either. It just tasted like uncooked silken tofu as it was so mushy. I saw on their website that they’ve won a plant based award before so I’m hoping it was a one off, but if you are a veggie and you have a similar experience visiting this place don’t do what I did and suffer in silence!

Visiting during a day trip to Teignmouth and would definitely say it’s worth a visit! Yummy food and drink, efficient service, friendly staff. A special mention to Paul who was our server. Went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time.

Came to Teignmouth for a mini break and came across this place. Had the Thai soup and Korean buttermilk chicken and they were delicious. Me and my husband then had the pulled pork burger and some loaded chicken fries to share, all was also gorgeous. We also had some cocktails, pornstar martini and a couple of margaritas, also fabulous. Couldn’t fault any of it. The server was also friendly, attentive and checked on us regularly. It is a shame we don’t live nearer so we could return soon.

A lovely independent business and my favourite place to go in Teignmouth. Great atmosphere and service, the food and drinks are top notch and it's even relatively lively on a Sunday afternoon! I can especially recommend the chicken burgers.

All I can say is absolutely outstanding service. We came for bottomless brunch drinks were topped up regularly as soon as they saw us empty straight on the case before having to ask. The food had so much flavour. Customer service was phenomenal we will be definitely returning. Thank you so so much rock bottom teignmouth especially Paul. We have had the best afternoon. Just ordered a Nasi Goreng from Rock Bottom as a take away and it was delicious. For me restaurant quality take away and every element in the dish was perfectly prepared....a taste experience....loved it!!

Love this place the people atmosphere is great the bands are always brilliant but you can't beat the takeaway home delivery food! Always fantastic and especially for the gluten free range the flavours and textures are perfect. Love it and thank you guys for the effort and thought put in to it ! 😀

Didn’t think it would arrive because it took so long. The food was way spicier than described. Kept changing delivery times so we waited an hour and a half.

Most of my friends have been and kept giving me the recommendation. So today me and my hubby came for early valentines date(Tuesday) , lovely environment, the food menu looks exciting and love the idea of fusion food. Came out high quality as well. The waiter and bartender are friendly. Will definitely come back!

A true gem on the edge of The Triangle in #SunnyTinny,great friendly and helpfull staff (they even put the Coventry vs Leicester match on for us). Menu is really different and great value, the ‘Bottomless’ Deals are defo worth a look. We just had ‘loaded fries’ n sides and they were delicious. They do allergies and V/VE really well too. We are Dairy and Gluten free and it was easy to find delicious options. Highly recommended.

Great food, everyone really enjoyed

Really great food, something a little different in Teignmouth. The staff were all super friendly and chatty with our table, and the food came quickly. Our meals were really tasty, definitely recommend the special of the corn dog and the rum soaked pineapple was heavenly. In terms of accessibility, the door opens wide and there's a short sharp slope at the entrance. Inside is level throughout and space to move between tables is easy. The band set up at the front window, and when I visited I could access the door around the band but some may struggle.

Is a nice place to go and get a cocktail and a small bike think some things are a bit overpriced. Connor earth food is pretty good

this was awful. chilli oil leaked all over the food, have reached out to the restaurant and just eat , no response. ruined all the food, just eat told me to consume week old food once responded. it was over 2 hours late, so everyone was cold and drenched in chilli oil. no refund. still no contact from the restaurant.
