Robertos Pizza And Kebab House in Pembrokeshire

I ordered 2 pizzas to be delivered 1.2 miles away took them 70 minutes a tuna pizza that had tiny bit of tuna sprinkled on a chicken pizza that had 6 small pieces of chicken on burnt onion rings and when i called to ask where my food was they didnt answer the phone when finally it arrived i was given cold food with no appology.

I love this place the food is always amazing definitely recommend

Delicious Kebabs and Great Service

Easily some of the worst takeaway I've ever been served, not sure what's happened as it used to be ok less than a year ago. tonights offering was greasy, undercooked, looked odd and tasted strange , poor effort for what they're charging and the food quality looks and tastes like they're selecting their goods from the cash and carry bargain isle

Very disappointed. Ordered lamb shish kebab & there was so much fat on it, it was inedible. Also much smaller than previous visits. Pizzas were good & chips lovely though.

Disappointed... first and last visit. Ordered a large Chicken Dinner mix kebab. Shocking The smallest kebab I've had anywhere and literally next to no chicken on there... what a small must look like heaven knows.

This place is the best for takeaway pizza kebabs etc. good quality food. Not greasy and service is always good. We order quite a bit and have never ever been disappointed. Highly recommended takeaway

Amazing and tasty everytime and great delivery service.

3 phone calls and an hour and a half later finally got my kebab delivered.

Had doner meat and chips and a pizza Chips swimming in grease under lukewarm kebab Pizza was chewy not soft and cheese not melted just like rubber First time ordering for a long time and will most definitely be the last 🤮

Very disappointing experience..the staff literally cheated us..me and my friend ordered a large lamb kebab and he gave us a small portion instead..we argued with him but the guy didn’t accept even though another staff admitted that its half the portion for which we paid for..still he kept on lying and was unfair to us! Pathetic and shameful! Grow up man...if this is their attitude towards a regular customer like us he will be cheating a lot of customers for sure.

Yesterday me and my friend ordered large kebab, we got small one instead. It was very unfair and they took the money for large size.

Wonderful food, great portions, friendly service

Lovely food we orderd a but late but they were happy to accommodate our large order, food arrived hot and was lovely the gentalman who delivered the food was polite and freindly! Food tasted really nice no complaints would recomend :)

Food was okay, even if a little pricey. Seems to be a vast difference between the dine in and takeaway prices though it's just the same food. When my group arrived we were only the second family in there at the time, but still had to wait nearly an hour for our meals. If we weren't all tired and hungry we would have ventured somewhere else!

20 minute wait for curry sauce & chips and 2 pieces of chicken with chips. Curry sauce was a powder which he added hot water too! Chips were rubbery, the powdered curry sauce was obviously disgusting and the chicken was dry. I attempted to eat mine but after obit a few chips it went into the bin and my husband only ate the chicken as he was starving. We both agree that it was the worst fast food we've ever tasted.

The order was late they didn't put the right sauces in the meat had no sauce and didn't taste right and the chips tasted undercooked absolutely awful

Owners were creepy to me and my friend when visiting in person so next time I ordered over the phone. We ordered two 12” pizzas one of them a donner meat one with some other bits on, it came and there was absolutely no meat on the entire thing? Which most of the cost for this pizza probably goes in to. We rang and told them they must have forgotten it and were told no I put it on myself! We said we could take a picture and show him and he hung up! Not going back here again..

First time ordering from here after a recommendation from a friend I wasn't disappointed the kebab was first class and the chicken was lovely not at all greasy. Will try their pizzas next. Delivery was just short of thirty minutes.

Worth it if you're collecting. DO NOT GET DELIVERY. 1 hour 10 minutes for delivery. Pizza was good. Chips very soggy. Onion rings very soggy. Beef and donner meat burger very soggy. Delivery driver parked 100m up the road and left half the food in the car. Very bad attitude.

Ordered the food for collection, said it will be 10 mins ended up waiting 35 and the order was wrong!

Pizza and garlic bread was surprising nice. Definitely one of the better experiences we've had at a small fast food takeaway.

11/7/20 ordered food from here last night delivery driver was polite, but the food was disgusting and undercooked not only that ordered a combo box and only received 3 items out the 5. Chips was still white and raw, onion rings were wet, overall shocking meal. Rebertos may of been one of the best last year but 100% the worst this year. Won't be ordering from here again.

Best pizza 🍕 I have ever tasted hats of too you lads

My father told me that one day I would be a man. That day we last week. It was myself, 8 pints of fosters, 3 shots of tequila and a pint of something I can't pronounce without feeling like I'm having a stroke. I alone stood against the tyranny of a night filled with laughs, regret and stife. I awoke the next morning a man changed, older, wiser.... no longer did sense, time, money or conversation have relevance in my life. I had been reborn in the shadow of a hangover. Amongst a day that measured longer than most ice ages Roberto's saved my life when I needed it the most. I will never forget the bravertly of the just-eat driver that evening. The glint in his eye as we bonded on the doorstep. He didn't know me, i didn't know him. Together, we were the salvation, a salvation that accumulated in the articulation of fulfilling one man's destiny. Roberto's is the light in the darkness. Its not there when you want it. It's there when you need it. The foods good as well.

Worst kebab I've ever eaten 😷😷 I've ordered here before and foods always been good up until now..felt sick after a few mouthfuls and the chicken donner meat didn't taste right.. such a disappointment as I could only eat the chips. I will not order from here again!!

Honestly worst kebab I’ve ever had. Had about 4 mouthfuls and felt sick. Chicken doner wasn’t cooked or something it didn’t taste right at all. First and last time I’ll be ordering kebab from there.

Food made me sick and still fell sick I ate my meat from my kebab but it was Bernt and tasted old and the chips were sickly

Ordered pizzas from here this evening they were absolutely delicious so much nicer than Pizza Hut or dominos and were really reasonably priced too. Think they were here within 30 minutes of ordering and were piping hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again !

Best pizza in town, easily. Lovely spongey base, just the right amount of sauce and SO MANY TOPPINGS. Loads of cheese and loads of veg too, I'm used to my veggie pizzas being wildly disappointing as it's more of a meat pizza without meat but Roberto's make the veggies the star in their veggie pizzas. Their stuffed crust is an extra £2 and wholly worth it, it arrived with plenty of cheese in it and still melty gooey goodness too, the cheese on top was just the right amount of crisp too. Courtesy sauce is a good size but I order extra because I love sauce, it's twice the size, and delicious.

READ FOR UPDATE Ordered through 'Just eat' app. delivery was on time and the food was hot and tasty.... The best for kebabs and pizza locally by far UPDATED.... Last two times I have ordered from here the order took well over an hour and was cold on arrival. A text was sent from just eat to notify us of the delay but the text said 20 mins late, the app said it would be 30 mins late. A shame when they used to be so good.

I’m having a good time so far, but no cucumber 😡. BRILLIANT TOMATO. The pizza and chips were banging ngl but were cooked in meat oil... so veggies beware. The owner was absolutely amazing, really nice man. Overall banging.

Couldn't be arsed to fulfill a decent order to Llangwm area. Disappointed they didn't even bother to call us and that they are on just eat and accept orders they can't fulfill. If they can't deliver then they should update their Just eat profile.

Just what you need after a night out

Recently relocated from Midlands and have been looking for excellent kebab house. This is it - lamb shish and donner meat are top class.

Great food every time. Always fresh and piping hot and quick on delivery.

Managed to have food delivered at 2am on a Friday night, can't think of any other place doing this especially as it was to Johnston. Food Was great too. This will now be my regular ✌

Hi I order quite often for 2 14 inch pizzas and 2 cans of coke and I have to say this is the best pizzas I've tasted in Pembrokeshire. I've also tried other things and his food is just lovely and always done with such care I hope people order from this company. Great food. Robertos your the BEST!
