Reasonably priced hotel in a nice location. I had a massive room for the price a paid. Real good value for money.

It's a great location, rooms are good, prices are good, HarryWest's best kept secret.. right opposite the Freemasons center where you can do yoga or join the Skyhorsemysterycult or the local speculative stonebuilders society. I'm sure there's an underground pass between the two buildings. ☘️

The hotel is in the perfect place to explore haverfordwest. Great welcome by Abby. Room 206, advertised as cosy plus for single person or short stay. This is correct as the bed is a small double or three quarter, so rather small. Heating was great. Bathroom and shower really good with heated light mirror and powerful shower. Tea/coffee in room with biscuits. On site parking for £5 per day was fine and is well published. Didn't eat or drink in the hotel so cannot comment about this. But a great low cost stay.

Old Hotel, the owner is making a good job of improving it,but really needs completely starting again renovation. The room was OK but not enough bedding woke in the night perished no spare blankets in wardrobe. The breakfast was all precooked and tepid but cheap very little tasty food.would not stay again.

Me, my dog and my parents booked this hotel for a 2 nights stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. They are also dog friendly which was what made us book. My dog was allowed in the room and in the bar which he did enjoy.

Today Myself and my son walked in to the County Hotel to have breakfast, we have no idea time finished for breakfast and they stopped serving it. But the kind manager, Katie, allowed us to get some breakfast anyway and was very accommodating. Not only that, but when we came to pay they gave it to us free of charge, from the kindness of their hearts. Highly recommend it here, breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovelier. Thank you once again Katie. We really appreciate and enjoyed it 💕

Very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant service . The hotel is not 5 stars, but it's certainly not budget. I would have no hesitation staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location, with parking provided @ £5.00 a night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. My 2 downsides to this hotel are 1. I found the bed to be hard and uncomfortable. However I was very tired and I slept for most of the night. 2. I was unable to use the toilet because of its location. I'm a regular size person(male), and i found it uncomfortable to sit on the toilet to relieve myself.

Nice clean rooms. Unfortunately we had booked a twin room thinking it's a double room, so had to pay extra for the room change. Location next to the road/traffic junction, so may be a bit noisy in the morning when you wake up. Parking available (5 pounds a day). Has a bar and restaurant in case you'd like food inhouse. Overall nice experience.

Went for mothering Sunday lunch, really good food and they didn't up their prices. 3 course meal but free glass wine for mum and only £17 per person. Can't fault the Sunday lunch

The American Diner has a totally different business philosophy with next to no signage, we had Google maps on and still struggled to find it. It is conveniently hidden inside the Fish and Chip shop, it is red roped off for VIPs only and when you try to enter after triumphantly finding it, you are met by a rude woman that sharply indicates there is no sit down service, or internal queuing it would seem, and that you need to order through the window. Following form, not a single do not enter sign, obviously why waste money on signs when you must be approaching recievership anyway! This is the best review I can give after the way we were spoken too. We did not buy, so cannot attest to the quality, but if they treat the food the way they treat their custom, we dodged a bullet.

Drove passed this pub and decided to eat there later. We arrived and we were greeted with a warm welcome. We ordered food and when it arrived... it was amazing! I had a steak and ale pie with chips and peas. The food arrived piping hot and the portion size was very generous. My partner had sausages and mash. I would definitely recommend this pub and it was fantastic value for money. £41 for 2 alcoholic drinks and 2 main dishes...

Ordered a meal for a 50th birthday get together costing nearly a £100. Whats can I say! It arrived 30 minutes late but understandably it’s a Saturday and things run behind. Our order turned up and was cold! Had to microwave individual plates before we could eat. Contacted the establishment to advised and was greeted with a negative response and called a liar, manager said he did not believe the food was cold and he’s had food after an 8 hour shift which is still hot, absolutely laughable. He continued to call us liars and refused to do anything saying over and over we were lying! Despicable behaviour from a so called manager. Asked to speak to his senior when the owner came on the line and again did nothing. Agreed a £10 refund which is really not acceptable. I did advise I would contact Food Hygiene as if the food had been probed it would not meet the standards required. Really not even worth one star! Avoid!!!!!

Overpriced and greasy and pretty unfriendly guy serving. Came in for a few fresh sandwiches for the journey home. No small options for kids, no sliced bread (odd for a sandwich shop!) stingy fillings in the baps, and £17 for 3 cold sandwiches! Outrageous! We visit Tenby regularly but won’t be visiting there again! I would always choose to support local businesses if possible but this one really isn’t worth it. Go to Loafley every time.
