New Garden Chinese Takeaway in Pembrokeshire

First time using this place was abit disappointed had 2 little slices of duck in my food and didn't have much flavour

Absolutely disgusting chinese this evening, wouldn't even give it to a dog, freezing cold and the rice was like mush, chicken balls soggy and oily, waste of £20, will never be ordering from here again

Had a takeaway which was lovely and value for money, waiting room was a bit stark

Poor quality, lack of flavour and scant on meat. Sauces watery. Don't trust the prices on website. Staff inside were polite. Won't be returning.

I have had two takeaways from The New Garden Chinese restaurant and both have been inedible. In fact with the most recent one it took us five minutes to work out which container was which. As each just looked like brown slop with a sheen of grease on top, disgusting. Not just the worst Chinese restaurant I have encountered, but the worst restaurant full stop. Do not go near this place, awful. 🤮

House Special fried rice, highly recommended

My order took an hour and 25 minutes to come, I sent it back because the driver gave me attitude. I refused to pay the 55p of my £30.55 order. I could've refused to pay for the whole order as I was told it would be with me in 45 minutes. 1 hour and 25 minutes later! Shocking! Lost a regular big order there guys 👍

My chilli crispy beef ,sweet and sour chicken were borderline tasteless sorry to say, ( beats me how anyone can make sweet and sour so bland) but curried king prawn was good, finally egg fried rice was awful, cheapest rice in the world obviously used here.

Terrible service all round. Apart from the very polite and friendly telephone manner of the underage female that reluctantly takes the orders over the phone. Shame on the father.

The delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address then the lady on the phone had the cheek to ask me to get the food/ or money from the house they delivered it too... Wow!! After a heated conversation on the phone the delivery driver went to house got my food bought to me.. when he passed it to me you can clearly see its been opened!! I went to the delivery drive window to say and he just sped off!! The cheek of them not from bringing me fresh is absolutely disgusting specially for a £42 order!! Worst customer service I ever experienced!! Won't be ordering from you again.

Not brilliant food did not enjoy it .

We enjoyed some accidentally vegan options here. We enjoyed the vegetables in black bean, salt and pepper chips, seaweed, vegetable spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce.

Awful... chili salt chips tasted of nothing but sugar, beef curry sweet, contained carrot??? It was literally inedible, phoned to let them know it was inedible, totally unsatisfactory response! Do not waste your money ordering from here

Sam and I had a meal tonight and he found a finger nail in it, money refunded and they collected the food, going to council tomorrow so they can do a check on them, disgusting

I normally love the food from here but ordered salt and chilli chips tonight for myself and partner and they were very sweet so I phoned up to ask why to be told oh we add sugar to them. Excuse me my partner is diabetic and no where on menu or website does it warn of sugar being added in. That's dangerous as hell to any diabetic. I did get a refund for the chips after I complained but I'm just warning others as like I said its not on website or on menu

A great Chinese should be 4,5 but new prices are shocking to say the least I know prices have gone up but wow, as prices get harder for everyone I fear the worst coming out of tourist season.

Good Food. Always hot and tastes fresh. The all in one trays are great value. Fortune Cookies would-be a great addition.

Ordered food about 2 hours ago, after hour and a half phoned and asked where order was, girl said it was ready and they were waiting for driver to pick it up, half an hour later I phoned, apparently it was on its way, I said to her but it's been kept warm for at least half an hour, so won't be worth eating, she said it would be OK I told her to cancel it and she said she would contact the driver and tell him, she didn't apologise until I prompted her.Driver has just turned up and wouldn't accept that we had cancelled saying it was hot and OK to eat, but we told him we didn't want it.

Amazing Chinese food in a small town. Fried noodles, stir-fried noodles, and salt and pepper pork ribs are so good.

I stayed overnight in Milford Haven to watch puffin. The town was a bit deserted. The restaurants I wanted to eat at were either fully booked or closed. I passed by this Chinese takeout restaurant and ordered three dishes without giving up hope. Surprisingly, they were all delicious.

Extremely poor customer service and long delivery wait. DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT HOURS FOR DELIVERY TO GET FOOD POISONING. They said 1 hour for delivery, after an hour and a half I rang to check what was going on, I told her I was worried about the food sitting out, she said the food was ready, they were waiting for the driver so that did not ease my worries. Another half hour later, our food arrived. Cold. They clearly did not have the decency to re cook the food despite the fact we had seafood in our order. I rang back and was not allowed to speak to a manager (so I got to hear them shouting at the young girl instead). I was given the option of a refund (great!)...If I brought the food down. It was 21.15. Food took two hours, I'm clearly in my pyjamas. Why would I have to do that for their mistake? I told her it was not acceptable. She told me they could get a delivery driver to pick it up but it would be a while - so I've got to wait up to get a refund and be left without any dinner? How is that acceptable?! Completely ruined my night, £26 down and nothing to eat. I will never order from here again and will be contacting food standards over my concerns on how long food is left out.
