Amazing food specially BBQ Platters … Highly recommend.

We called for a reservation and they said to come because it was not busy. We arrive and it is full. We told them that they said there was space. Then they said that they tell everyone to come and they lie to everyone saying it’s quiet. We travelled for half an hour and they just said it’s full. This is so unprofessional and insulting to customers the are fasting but lies to customers

Tried chicken liver with rice it was very delicious. Quantity of rice could be better tho!

Tried the roasty Mix Grill which was one great portion and the shawarma with Rice, the rice was also fantastic. Would 100% recommend, full of flavour and tasted great!

Best Shawarma in Town! Absolutely delicious! I ordered a large Chicken Shawarma wrap for takeout, and it was hands down the best I've had in this area. The chicken was perfectly roasted, juicy, and incredibly flavorful. The fresh salads and delicious sauce complemented it perfectly. I also loved the final touch of pressing it with a BBQ grill, which gave it a beautiful finish. The portion size was very generous, too. This is definitely my new go-to spot for a fantastic shawarma wrap. Highly recommend!

I saw a review by someone he was complaining after emptying his plate and left only one piece of meat then takes a picture complaining. Surely, if the food was not good then he wouldn’t have emptied his plate. People from Arab countries are very hard working. May Allah put barakaat here for you.

My family and I are visiting for the U.S. and this is our 2nd time in europe but first time in Luton and this restaurant has been the highlight of our trip! From the DELICIOUS food to the AMAZING service, you MUST go here!! The food was so GREAT and fresh, plus they serve you a lot to go with it. I am only sad we couldn’t stay longer. The staff here is the absolute best and truly makes the experience and food that much better. You HAVE to go here! You wont regret it!!

I’ve enjoyed food from this place many times, and it’s always been delicious. However, in the past few weeks, I noticed they no longer offer delivery through Uber Eats which is why it’s 4 stars.

I have been coming this place last 4 years and food, service and price were fantastic . However today I was completely disappointment and feeling money stolen by someone . The shawarma here was cold , taste less and quantity very less, large one not sufficient for single person . The lll the portion size didn’t match the price. Service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.il

We went yesterday 1st time after reading good reviews. Hoping to get good food but they serve old rice(that got cold on serving as well), didn't ask them to reheat but that rice were not freshly cooked. Mixed grill was ok. But I am sure rice made trouble after 2-3 hours as I got stomach pain and my child started vomiting early morning, only rice coming out. She ate very little rice. This is 3rd time luton food gave trouble. As also bad experience by eating from their bury Park small restaurants who served old food after microwave. Such type of small low rates restaurants charge so much but food quality and service very bad. Waste of money. May Allah save me and my family from such ill-minded people who play with other people lives.

Update 6th May 2024 Visited again and as usual the food was superb. Had to bring left overs home again! Everything was full of flavour and fresh ingredients. Lovely service from new and old faces! The food was fresh, well seasoned, bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. I've never seen such a pretty plate! We had shawarma and freshly prepared hot chips which was served with a delicious salad and pickles. Service was quick but not too quick so as to have under prepared food. Very well mannered staff who check in on you to ensure you have what you need. It's slightly self service - you get your own cutlery, serviette and condiments as you order at the till. Card and cash accepted. I love that you can pick your own container to take left overs home and trust me you WILL have leftovers with the generous servings.

Had a lovely experience at Roasty's today, we ordered food for iftar to takeaway for our family of 10. Our server was excellent, she explained exactly what we would get in our platters. Food was piping hot, delicious, fresh, good size quantities and best of all authentic! Will be returning, thank you :)

Came here for Iftaar and as always found the food to be absolutely perfect. Very reasonably priced.good quality and very good portion sizes. We were able to book and Pre order our food ahead of time. The food arrived bang on iftaar time along with complimentary dates to open our fasts. We were also able to make use of the small prayer space. It's a small family run restaurant and it was a very busy time so we experienced a couple of minor service related issues but nothing that would deter from coming back soon.

Lamb chops, do not order. They cut meat off the chops so you only get a small portion of meat on the bone. This is NOT honest as YOU are paying for the stolen meat used in other dishes. Chops £15, should be £7:50

Very tasty food, a wide selection on the menu to choose from. For me, I always choose the chicken shawarma wrap.

Home cooked like food. The prices are great as well and food hygiene is on point. But what brings me back everytime are the staff. They're kind and polite. Jazakum Allahu khairan!

The owner of this restaurant is super friendly and welcoming. The food was top-notch, there were no issues. The server's misunderstanding of my order was the only problem I had, even after repeating myself multiple times to correct it. Although the owner apologised and left, I still had to pay an extra £2 when I arrived at the counter. The server's kindness prevented me from feeling annoyed and I thought it was just a genuine mistake.

Lovely little place, food was delicious. I got a grilled mixed platter, and everyone enjoyed it. Staff were very friendly and provided a good service. The environment was really nice with lovely decor. The only thing was that the indoor seating area was a bit tight - the seats were arranged very closely, and I found the chicken a bit underdone. Other than that, it was really good.

The chicken which I bought today was not cleaned perfectly.. It was disgusting while eating the chicken i just felt very unclean and can’t even eat that ..

Yesterday I had very bad experience with the food ordered from roastry. I ordered half grilled chicken with rice. The chicken was over grilled and very hard. I am a regular customer from this restaurant and this is first time I have this type experience. The salad given with the chicken and rice also had the poor quality. I ordered online through just eat.

Food is reasonably price can dine in too lovely people. Tasty food, flavours and marinations are DELICIOUS. A must try!

Me and my friends was regular customers. By when we go daily we noticed a thing. The food is older or not fresh. This was a very bad situation for my friends and me because we never ever felt that. We were looking for somewhere local and found this place online, the reviews were good so we decided give it a try despite a man who was spralled out on one of the chairs with his bare feet up scratching himself, I can only assume that he was the owner? The staff weren't very welcoming, to be honest I don't think the lady at the desk was bothered if we came in or not. Our actual table server spoke no English so when we asked for some cutlery he was totally oblivious. We ordered the sharing platter for 2, which was pretty average and rather pricy for the portion size. We also opted for the freshly squeezed juice which was so terrible we had to send it back. Overall we didnt have the best experience. We wouldn't visit again.

Found Roasty Arabic Grill by chance and we weren’t disappointed with it. The platter grill was full of flavour and the lemon rice was spot on. Really impressed with the hand cut fries which were crispy and moreish. Would happily visit again.

Recommend half chicken, they give big portions

Used to be great a few years ago. Could get a half chicken with chips and rice for £5. Food used to be fresh. The quality has seriously gone downhill, and the price has gone up. Ordered from uber yesterday for my parents. Food seemed reheated. My mum had stomach cramps and sudden vomiting and my dad started to feel sick as well. They've both been sick all night since eating it. Pretty sure they have food poisoning.

Food is delicious and served by friendly staff,beats the major chains like McDonald's, kfc,ect. The restaurant looks like its,family run so has more friendlier approach than the fast food outlets on the high streets. The restaurant could have a lower lighting to make it feel more cosier feel .

Do not ever order boneless fish, drenched and soaked in lemon juice. I have ordered multiple times from Uber eats chicken has always been good but once got spoiled rice. Assumed must have been just the one time. But went to have in and the place itself smells of spoiled food esp near the counter chicken shawarma was also sadly bad today. Responding to the owner response. - I come out to have a good time and not to complain and make a scene at the counter. You have other customers and i respect their time as well. Google reviews are present to mention good and bad reviews. Hope this is a learning experience to improve your business.

We ordered a chicken steak and a lamb shank both with chips and rice and a mixed grill with rice. The portions were quite decent sizes and we were quite full when we finished. The taste of the food was also quite decent and nice, but we did find it just a little salty. The kebab and the chicken did smell so there was a lot of lemon. We didn't wait long for our food though and the salad was nice and flavourful. The service was good and fast. No complaints there.

I booked this place to open fast, the booking was quite easy over the phone, I had called the the day before and then on the day to confirm it. We had also ordered our food in advance so that the food came out on time, Roasty kindly gave us some dates to open up our fast as well, which is very sweet of them. We had ordered a mixed grill which serves 7 to 8 people with extra chicken and lamp pieces. The food arrived on time and the portions were very generous. The food tasted great a bit on the salty side but I liked it that way. The mixed meat was cooked well, rice, chips were good too. All in all a good dine in experience, I do recommend Roasty Arabic Grill. The staff are great.

This place is not what it used to be. Having visited this place in the past and the food was decent before. Todays visit was underwhelming, the beef pattys were overcooked and not much choice for dips. It could be due to how busy they were for iftar but regardless will not be visiting again.

It’s nice small place but the Food was amazing. I had a platter for 2 which we couldn’t finish and had a lamb ozi which was delicious. Good size portions. They know how to cook I will definitely recommend them and visit them again. Keep it up guys

1st time going to the restaurant. Food was lovely and price was also ok. BUT this restaurant is freezing 🥶 inside. You will need a coat, hat and scarf. The food will get cold super quick if u don’t eat super fast.
