Excellent service, it’s recently been revamped with a slightly changed layout and a bigger Costa Coffee. Loos were immaculate and the place was spotlessly cleaned.

Just a good stop on the motorway for food.

Usual range of shops and food outlets. Always expensive as service stations always are. Toilets were a bit grim.

Toilets, the main reason people stop at sevices, are disgusting. I know it's caused by the general public, but cleaning doesn't seem to be a priority. I (male) needed to take my young daughter to the toilet and every single cubicle was filthy. Sort it out!

Everything you'd expect from a motorway services. Clean, accessible, loos, food and drink; overpriced. The Maccy Dees breakfast was actually excellent.

Met Kam today at Cornish Bakery, a well happy chap. Exquisite traditional pasty and coffee. Would recommend going!!

Good stop off point, food outlets and a shop available. Toilets were clean and toilets roll stocked.

The Staff were very friendly and it was very clean although the toilets and seating area wasn’t as well as WiFi not working that well.

Being a truck driver I have used these fine services for years for overnight parking. They put it upon themselves to do a major revamp of the truck park, it is now not suitable for parking lorry's overnight. A child must have designed the layout it is baffling...!

On this beautiful shiny day, we stopped off at Cornish bakery on the northbound services. We enjoyed our time and the lovely pastries that we received from the bakery. The young chap called Kam and his colleague Alice were amazing!

Has been my go-to stopping place for well over a decade now, all you need there for a mid-journey pit stop

Got scammed by a man and his family on a service. If somebody tells you he is from Ireland or some place and is stranded because his card didn't work. Don't give money or card details. That guy was with his wife and kid. Such a shame. He was fit and healthy but used his wife and kid get sympathy and scam people.

This is our go-to stop when travelling down to plymouth and back for work. There is plenty of selection of food for all tastebuds, and we have tried all the different food places, all have been superb. There are a couple of shops and a Costa also. Very clean and tidy, lovely staff throuout.

Used the facilities and the hand driers need servicing. They don't all work

It’s alright, lots of room, the obvious shops are here, everything is motorway prices so you tend to go to McDonald’s which is a shame, spar could try to do better but I suppose the motorway/ rent excuses will always pop up… If you need to stop this is fine, there’s grass for dogs, so you won’t have to look far for dog sh£t, Toilets are ok, the checking rota is purely there for show because who ever signed the book defiantly hasn’t walked into the toilet block, showers I wouldn’t bother, just grab a £10 bottle of spar water and have a shower in the car park, There’s not much to say it’s a service station, it’s what you expect

Warning, there is a charge for using the car park, it dont matter if its after 3 hours, or 1 hour, there should be no charge, after all your using the sites things, like charging your car for 4 hours, having a meal, playing slots and more. You suppose to give your car registration number in the hotel if your going to charge your car, but there is no waring clearly visable on doing this.

Great service station really welcoming and clean facilities. The Cornish Bakery has the best food and very friendly staff. I was served by Alice who was very helpful and made time to ensure I had everything I needed.

Great customer service from Kuba in the Spar!

My car broke down yesterday and was towed to the services. We went to the McDonalds to wait for the AA and the food was fresh and o asked the server if he knew what I could do if my car was there over the 2 hr period. He was unsure but brought his manager over to help me, the lady took my registration and name and arranged to make a note of my registration so I would not incur a fine. Much appreciated and very friendly staff. Super clean service station with a good range of restaurants.

The Northbound services are ideal. A nice range of eateries, great for a breakfast brunch stop. Whilst there is plenty of indoor seating, there re also benches at the front and on the grass at the rear for those who would rather get some fresh air. Most of the eateries are fast food chains so they're not overly expensive but there is a genuine corniche pasty shop for thos who can afford it! 😀

The ladies serving at Costa were very friendly and efficient.

For HGV Drivers Easy to find and access good. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It's not the biggest service area but has most things you need and normally not too busy in the shopping areas

I’d been driving for a long time and I was weary. All I knew was I wanted a coffee but couldn’t decide as the choice was amazing. Naitik and Alice were lovely and patient while I decided. I finally chose a cappuccino which was delicious. I’ll definitely come here again.
