Can honestly say it’s the best kebab we’ve had in a very long time. The salad was excellent and the meat tastey. It was delivered on time.

Very bad I found a black hair in my pizza!! Not happy about this at all me and my friend both have light hair

Large doner kebab … Great tasting kebab with lovely salad which is a good job as there wasn’t much Doner meat on the kebab. I would even say most other shops small kebab has far more meat on it. And at £8 save yourself some money and go elsewhere.

Called here for the first time and first impression was great. Very pleasant guys serving, we had doner kebabs and they were quickly made for us. Not greasy and delicious salad and coleslaw, just the right spice for me with the chilli sauce too. The takeaway seemed very clean too. Will definitely come again, thanks

Ordered and collected quickly. Food was prepared fresh and was very tasty! The pizza wasn't greasy at all and the Doner portion filles a dinner plate with some to spare! Overall a great option for takeaway.

Both pizzas Bland, two completely different pizzas tasted the same. Barely any mozzarella cheese on the pizza large and a medium cost £19.40 same price as a restaurant but definitely not restaurant quality. Can’t believe how bland it is.

I always come for a chicken wrap. I feel I need to comment as this was really bad. The wrap was like egg or a pancake gone wrong.

Was really looking forward to the food and all of the chips were burnt! My burger tasted like feet and they got the pizza order wrong. Won’t be going back

Ordered from here. Got a garlic bread with cheese and topping of ham. Garlic bread with tomato and some chips. Chips were extremely cold. Felt like eating plastic. Garlic bread with cheese had barely any ham. Literally 2 pieces which I paid an extra 1.30 for. It was also very cold. Garlic bread with tomato, barely any tomato and very cold. Phoned up and excuse was you were 10 minutes late for collection. Excuse for little toppings were they only give a sprinkle. Take away unwilling to replace food or refund. Stay away at all costs. Better to drive a further distance to Beverley for decent food.

Riviera was closed for the whole of January no wonder they didn't answer the phone. The shop has been completely refurbished and looks great. They are now reopen and back serving great food

Never answer the phone. Unless you can drive or walk down there, it seems they aren't interested. Shame. This used to be the place to go back in the day. People used to come through from Beverley for it.

Why is it when you order a cheesy chip wrap use always use left over chips in there ?? Nearly break ya teeth there that hard might Aswel just order cheese wrap

Normally absolutely love this takeaway, order from them all the time! Only ordered a burger and chips, the burger was swimming in grease which made the bun soggy (inedible) and the chips were so overcooked. Rang to tell them about the issues, said they would have one delivered to me but would take an hour and would in his words "probably have the same issue with the burger being soggy". Told him we wouldn't be ordering from them again and he wasn't bothered at all. Really disappointed to say the least.

Always had such beautiful food from Rivera, would definitely recommend to anybody. Great pizzas and chips.

3 medium pizzas cooked to perfection, piping hot & fully load with toppings. Generous portion of chips, lovely crisp onions rings. No issues at all, very happy customers & full. All for a very reasonable price. 10 out of 10.

Take order, rang up & ready to collect in 20mins. Food was well packed & still piping hot when we arrived home (8 min journey). Order was correct & delicious, reasonably priced. Definitely use them again.

This takeaway has been in Hornsea forever !! Still going strong and still delivering the best pizzas ,I will continue to use and enjoy the food !

we were put on to this place by bowlers at hornsea indoor bowls club and have popped in the last 4 thursday nights for food on the way home - just for spicy chicken or goujons etc - very cheap and very tasty

They answer and take your order professionally and politely. We ordered over the telephone and was asked if we wanted to have it delivered or for collection. We said we would collect and was given a time which was very quick. We set off and arrived at the designated time to find our order was all ready which was great. The pizza was hot and what we ordered and delicious. We have been using this takeaway for many years and are we are never disappointed, the quality and service is always great. The food is also competitively priced without compromising on quality or quantity which in these hard financial times is important.

Went one Sunday night for tea. The place was very busy but our order was taken quickly. All the food is cooked fresh to order so it took a bit of time for it to be served. The pizzas came piping hot and packed full of toppings. Very flavoursome and very filling. Will defiantly be a repeat customer

mixed kebab was nice with plenty of nicely cooked chicken, but only had about 3 strips of donner meat, was disappointed for the price, as was over £9 and still hungry after finishing itDaughter had portion of donner meat and chips and was huge the following dayChips were nice

Me and my partner occasionally drive up to Hornsea from hull and pick up a riviera takeaway to eat on the sea front. Which is pleasant scenery with some good food. Takeaway itself is clean, staff are all friendly and the wait once ordered is fairly reasonable. Having tried numerous options from the menu I haven’t had a single issue with any of it and I think the quality is great and I would highly recommend. If I had to pick a negative it’s that the food is 100% pricey.

Cash only this day and age, come on your having a laugh ! Why is it that fast food joints operate this way. I wonder why ?? I won’t be using any premises that operate like this in future.As for the quality of food, service, price etc the score says it all.

Currently staying at Skipsea for a camping holiday and was looking for takeaways relatively close by. I’m glad I stumbled across this takeaway,probably the best chicken kebab I’ve ever had! The chicken kebabs are really clean and fresh, salads really fresh too! Everything was spot on and the service was really friendly too! if we come back we will definitely be coming back here!

Really good service, yummy food, no hassle! Pizza base is thin and crispy, very authentically Italian. Would recommend!

Myself and partner only use Riv for kebabs as there pizzas are very poor quality however the kebabs there are amazing always spot on very juicy and the side salad is very good as well

A group of 8 of us are here several times whilst working in the area, the food was always good with not a long wait, reasonably priced and the staff are good well worth a visit if in town super pizzas

Ordered chicken kebab and chips, pizza, chicken wrap and garlic bread. So hardly a large order. Yet it took 1 hour 50 mins to arrive which is poor really.

Great food as always and the new ingredients are delicious. The BBQ sauce is great now and the ham on the pizzas is even better than before 👌🏼

Not usually a fan of takeaways but this one really was lovely, only tried a chicken wrap but unlike my opinion it wasn't greasy or slimy at all, just nicely grilled chicken in a fresh wrap, can't wait to come back for a cheat meal!

Wonderful pizza for over twenty years and for the first time ever it was very salty. It looked lovely but it was just beyond seasoned and my family ate sparingly. For the very first time a Riviera Pizza went into the compost bin!

Amazing fresh pizza! I got a ham and mushroom pizza which was delicious and not greasy at all,it came with loads of proper ham and fresh mushrooms not the processed tasteless rubbish you some times get from some takeaways! I'll Definitely will be going again.

Yo ocasionalmente comer pizza sin queso y hemos tenido un número de bastante promedio hasta pizzas fantásticas desde varios lugares. Por desgracia, este era muy pobre. . Y más caro que la mayoría de los lugares de pizza.

Como pareja y familia nos han visitado para recoger y entregado muchas comidas de Riviera y nunca tuvimos una mala todavía. Todas las comidas preparadas y cocinadas en vista completa, que siempre es tranquilizador y siempre hemos encontrado el personal y la calidad de comida de clase 1.

Uso Riviera y haber hecho 20 años comida estupenda y un buen servicio que es todo! ! Mejor pizza para llevar en Hornsea de lejos

I've been to Riviera a bunch of times. I love their pizza, it is wonderful. They serve many other dishes but I can't get past the pizza. It's a lifesaver to me. I'm an American living in England (no I don't think the world should be just like America. I just really miss New York pizza) this place keeps me happy. I've been to a bunch of other pizza places to get my fix and they just don't measure up like Riviera. Thank you Riviera. ❤️❤️❤️

Brilliant takeaway - friendly, fast service and great food. Also offers a great delivery service to surrounding villages for a small fee.Would highly recommend!

The best food around I have been eating food from the Riviera since the 80s and is as good today as it always was never had a bad meal yet.

I got a Calzone which was full of chicken, real chicken!!Tasty only a bit more tomato would have made it excellent. But happy and will return again..

I only use this takeaway now as the food is divine Everysingle time we get it, the portions are excellent for the price you pay and the quality is amazing too not your usual cheap takeaway rubbish! The staff are lovely too both in the shop and delivery drivers! I'd definitely recommend this takeaway over any other in the area to anyone! Absolutely love this place and shall continue to use for my reasons above

Never been before but read the reviews and thought we would give it ago. For a Friday night the phone was answered quickly and after ordering a Large Margarita & Large Pollo with Chips I was told they would be ready in 15mins. Not bad for a Friday night at 7:30pm !!!I would really recommend Riviera, the takeaway was clean and service efficient and both pizzas were excellent. We paid £21 for two large pizzas and two bags of chips. Would definitely use again.

This has been the top pizza takeaway in Hornsea for years !! Everybody in the area and surrounding villages knows Riviera !! Great pizza reliable delivery reasonable prices .cant wait to use again

Have recently been spending some time in this area have tried Riviera twice and both times the Pizza's have been very good

the chips were songs and to greased and they take to long to get the orders to you the only good thing is the pizzas

We have been ordering chicken kebabs from the Riviera for years now. Always succulent chicken and fresh salad with homemade coleslaw. To top it all lovely dips chilli and yoghurt to add even more flavour. Chips are delicious too. Can't wait for next time.

Food is always great. Good staff. Quick pick up times... Sometimes during busy periods delivery can be over an hour but they always state this as you order. Best takeaway in Hornsea!

This place is rubbish, 24 quid for two pizza and one potion of chips delivered 5 miles away! The pizza base was a heavy under cooked dough. Chicken was drier than ghandi s flip flop and the chopped veg tasteless like it was fresh from the tin. Possibly a busy night who knows but don't take the risk at this price.

Food is gorgeous and well presented every time we get take out. Some times have to a while for delivery but its expected on a weekend. Can bit a bit on the pricey side hence the 4 star rating and not 5 star.

The pizza at riviera is pretty much exactly right. Not too much sauce. Not too much cheese. But plenty of topping. And the salami is the best. Love it.

Was just going to order pizzas due to the number of good reviews, checked and found out they serve halal meat, how many people are eating halal and not aware. My issue is they are serving ham pizzas along side halal meat.Will not be using riviera due to this.

The pizzas are really very good, no honestly - they are superb. Especially for a takeaway - amazing! The chips with chip spice are very nice too. We live far away but gave family in Hornsea so sometimes order a delivery from "Riv" whilst visiting. I would def give it 5* but for one small thing - they put their cheesy chips into a paper bag?! So when you pour the chips out *just* the chips come out - no cheese, since it has all melted onto the paper. Annoying when you've paid extra for cheesy chips. Just put cheesy chips into one of those polystyrene cartons yeah? Pleeeeease? Thanks!

You won't find a better pizza or kebab in this area. Me and my family have been going here for years, of course we've tried the other places now and then but with nothing but regret. Pizzas are cooked fresh right in front of you, the choice of pizzas are amazing, kebabs are of consistently high quality and the pitta bread is never soaked in fat like the other firms in Hornsea ALWAYS seem to do. Another point I'd like to raise is the fact I've never been short changed or had to argue about being over charged, like I've had to do at 'the other ones'. I've NEVER had a problem at Riviera and will continue to shop there for a long time.

Love this place, great food- always cooked properly and always great tasting. Staff are quick and polite. Would reccomend this takeaway to anyone!

A quick phone call and hey presto, you can have it delivered, but I normally walk round, best tasting chips in Hornsea, Frie's to be precise with a special coating of spice, not sure what but to die for if you will excuse the phrase!

Have had pizza, burgers, kebabs and chips from Riviera and have found all their food to be really good quality. Great choices of toppings for the pizzas, which are made to order, but then again, so is all the other food! Everything is really fresh and their coleslaw is the best, made with very little mayo. Place is really clean - you can see the guys preparing the food while you wait so there's no hidden nasties. Prices are reasonable and the delivery staff are always really nice (and really grateful if you round the bill up, even if it's just by 20p!)

I have been going to Riviera for around 7 years and the standard of pizza are amazing so much so we travel from Hull to Hornsea for these. Lots of choice of toppings. Chicken is amazing. Highly recommend this pizza shop.

My husband loves his take always so we have had a fair few from Driffield, Bridlington and the surrounding area's. The staff are friendly unlike the rude guys from down the road which we tried before riviera. The pizza is a traditional stone baked pizza with generous toppings no skimping on extras using quality ingredients. A friend told us about it and we drove up and down the street a couple of times and happened to miss it for some reason. If you want great quality and service go here it's even worth driving from Bridlington!

Riviera is my number one take away in all the world. No other take away comes close. The chips are the most beautiful chips imaginable, they are crispy and coating all over in chip spice and the portions are HUGE. The pizzas use shredded chicken breast which is very tasty and the coleslaw is tasty. Everything is tasty. Don't waste your time anywhere else always go here.

This will be the best pizza you have ever eaten . My favorite is chicken and mushroom with extra cheese . They are a great pizza base and they have plenty of topping on . Staff are great and friendly .

The Riviera is the epitome of what you should expect to get in a proper pizza/pasta takeaway - the pizza's are freshley made in full view in front of you and they don't skimp on the toppings. Good selection to choose from and they taste great, by far the best local pizza takeaway in the area.
