Got takeaway last night, quarter chicken and chips. Chips were alright but the chicken was deep fat fried with no seasoning and just tasted of grease. Had about 2 bites saw it was undercooked and threw it. Not really really worth it

I watched you write down my order. How could you get it wrong?

Arrived over an hour late, was cold and unpleasant to eat. Will not be buying from here again

Worst takeaway we have ever had, arrived an hour late freezing cold and miserable portions, for a £30 takeaway expected so much more. Offered a refund and still waiting two weeks later for it… doubt it will appear! Stick with the other two kebab shops in Pock from now on, never again.

ordered from Motto finally after wanting to try them for a while. despite it being a busy Saturday, food arrived ahead of the estimated time and was all Piping hot. the fact they do a London Pizza which is done properly with chips cooked on top with garlic mayo spread over, rather than a margarita that's had some chips thrown in the box afterwards, is a big win for me. Will be our go to takeaway from now on.

Staff are friendly and really give you your money's worth! Great value and they absolutely stuff as much food in as possible! Great feed highly recommend

Clean and well organised. Ordered on the Web and food was ready to collect at the exact time. Ordered Margherita pizza, thin base which was good but the thin pizza base wasn't thin enough! It seems a common problem from most pizza places other than domino's! Combo wraps that were donner and chicken. Very tasty and plenty of content. However, the only complaint is that it was 90-95% donner and 5-10% chicken. I would have liked more Chicken and all 4 wraps on the order were the same content. It was still a good experience, just a slight improvement in the above points and it would be a 5 star review. I would still recommend and i will try again in the future.

Staying at the Allerthorpe Golf Park and were looking for something to eat to take back with us to the lodge. Came across this place as we were in the co-op. Looked very clean so we decided to get some pizzas. There was a 15 minute wait but that didn't really matter. Three 10 inch pizzas with various topings came to £25. We really enjoyed the food, the service was good. Would visit again if in the area.

That was a sexy burger, and the fries very well cook, not the usual soggy ones. Will come back.

Just ordered online from here after trying them six months ago and being underwhelmed. What a difference! Everything came fresh on delivery - even the Shish was still sizzling. Burger was really thick too. Delivery was in time. And, the staff have a great sense of humour as well (sorry guys we didn’t genuinely realise you only had to tick one box 😂) thanks for that! Will be ordering again.

Delivery order was wrong. Tried calling but the line was busy. Decided to go into the shop and tell them what was wrong with the order. They said they would make a fresh order as items were missing and wrong breads sent. Got back home and they had added the missing food but just warmed my kebab up in the microwave. Chicken was dry and rock hard, chips were like cardboard. Ordered on the website £1 service charge plus £2 delivery. Absolute Joke definitely won't be going here again

The dryness of the chicken was downright unbearable. It felt as though I was chewing on a piece of cardboard, and no amount of chewing could salvage the unappetizing texture. Every bite was a struggle, and I found myself desperately searching for a drink to help wash down the arid, flavorless chicken Never ever again !!!!

I’ve heard good things so was excited to try it out! I don’t eat meat so usually order Veggie Pizza and Jalapeño Bites from another Pock take out so ordered equivalent from Motto and unfortunately I was underwhelmed. I got 5 tiny balls for £4.7, it’s £4.2 for 6 at the competitor and they are more substantial. Pizza sadly wasn’t any better either, was drier and had less toppings. Menu might be better for meat eaters but personally I wont be rushing to reorder. Disappointed as I was really rutting for this new place. Also delivery was 30mins late.

Ordered from here a few times. Always arrived hot and in good time. The burgers are definitely one of the best around for a takeaway. Little bit pricier than other takeaways but definitely worth it

Always our go to takeaway. Delivery is quick and the driver (I’m sorry I don’t know your name!) is always so lovely and puts a smile on my face! Food is the best by far out of all the options in Pocklington. Always fresh and hot, and never greasy. If I could rate it 10 stars I would 😊

We ordered a takeaway online, the order arrived on time but was missing the pita for the kebab and all the food was cold. Called up for the missing pita to get a rude response. The kebab meat was all hard.and dry Worst we have ever had. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

Staff rude on ordering when requested four seasons which they didn't do . Unprofessional staff arguing with other staff whilst preseht. Staff stressed out, yes may be busy but no need take it out on customers. Ordered garlic bread which was overcooked. Pizza half onion half ham ,but put together barely any onion or ham put on . Fries overcooked some fresh some remnants of previously cooked batch . Had upset stomach 1 hr after eating . For a relatively new takeaway in Pocklington very disappointed

If you want a kebab, try this place. The food is excellent and plenty of it. All freshly cooked. So good we had 2 take aways in 7 days while staying elsewhere.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever had. Had pepperoni which is usually super oily and greasy but not here. Will 100% be back. The chips were amazing too!

Brilliant food for the price, I highly recommend the chicken fillet burger! When ordering in store the staff are very sociable, when getting food delivered the delivery staff are just as friendly. I also really like the packaging.

Had a few from here since opening and always been bang on but the burger I’ve just had is probably the best I’ve had in a long while. Mrs has a smile on her face too so her pizza must be good 🤣

First off we are really understanding people, and we get that days such as Good Friday mean delays as it’s going to be super busy. Our food was an hour late so I called, the guy on the phone was quite dismissive, wouldn’t really let me speak and just said we’re really busy and running about an hour late; no worries. Another hour passed and we called again, this time I spoke to someone and after her listening to me on more detail it was apparent the order was forgotten or missed. Annoying but ok; she advised it would be there asap. 30 minutes later (2.5 hours late) our food arrived; half of it cold and requiring microwaving. Food was ok but by this point we’d both lost interest as it was nearly 11pm. Likely won’t use them again

Kofte kebeb it's absolutely amazing, had few pizzas and few kebabs. I'm still trying new things and for me is delicious.

First time order. Missing large chips and salad for kebab. Had t go back and collect. Rest of order like warm. Chicken donner wrap rubbish. Threw over half away. Won't be rushing back. Back to pizza delight.

Hands down the best take away I've had. I ordered a medium chicken kebab and a garlic bread with cheese and both were outstanding! Will certainly be back!
