Visited for drinks only. For it's location (next to HMS Belfast) you won't get a better view of Tower Bridge. Drinks are reasonably priced by London standards. Well worth a visit.

Solíamos visitar aquí regularmente y recomendar el lugar a amigos y colegas. Si no fuera por la ubicación y las vistas, no hay nada que lo haga querer volver. Cuando llegamos, había 5 empleados detrás del bar, con solo 3 clientes por delante, nos tomó 10 minutos ser atendido, muy lento, sin organización. Pedimos la tabla de charcutería a los 14, me gustaría haber tomado una foto, no valía 14. También tuvimos que pedir cubiertos y servilletas. Le pregunté si había algo de pan, el servidor me preguntó si habíamos pedido algo, así que no. Continuamos comiendo las carnes y encurtidos solos. No vuelva a revisar durante la comida y no 'todo está bien' cuando limpie el plato. Puede volver a tomar una copa, pero ahora hay muchas otras opciones para el Támesis con un servicio mucho mejor y mayor valor. ¡Este lugar podría ser mucho mejor!

Am I missing something? Hugh Fearnely-Whittingstall runs a TV campaign to stop us all using non-recyclable coffee cups, and quite right too, but then serves coffee in his own cafe chain using...guess what...non-recyclable disposable coffee cups. Shame on you Hugh. Can I politely suggest you invest in some porcelain cups and a dish-washer, and then we'll enjoy our coffee more, and you'll start practicing what you preach and leading by example

We arrived at the cafe at 10 am just as the adjoining HMS Belfast opened up for visitors. We asked the lady who was serving for a coffee and she said can you hang on a minute. We stood there for about 10 minutes why she carried on putting cash into the till and putting chairs down.She was either late setting-up or couldn't care less. Another lady turned up went straight behind the counter and chatted to her and then started making coffee with her coat on? We asked if they served toast and she said no and didn't offer us any other choice. Extremely bad service. The coffee was good though.

I came in here to wait for my husband and son who were visiting the HMS Belfast and was totally unimpressed. I asked for a black decaf coffee and piece of cake and was given a latte. The gentleman behind me asked for a flapjack and was given a piece of chocolate cake. The two male staff give the impression that they really don't care. There is seating inside but with the open doors it's far from cosy!

This place charges are more in comparison to what you get except the very fine location near HMS Belfast on the banks of river Thames. After our visit to HMS Belfast, we wanted to have lunch here but we dropped the idea and walked to nearby burrow market where more verity and choice of food was available.

Over priced for what it is, even for London. Staff more interested in playing ‘tunes’ on glasses than offering great service. Really good location but don’t left that influence you.

Poor quality and way too expensive, had to hunt around in sandwich to find the pork, subway may in theory be inferior but at least you know you will get a reasonable amount of filling in the sandwich.. £11.20 for a sandwich and a drink... rip off central!!

We had a beautiful day, so taking our lunch outdoors was lovely. The food was delicious--but not inexpensive. There is a more formal dining area connected with the deli, so choose what kind of experience you'd like before entering. (There are two separate doors even the dining areas are connected.)

Came here to get breakfast while attending the 2nd day of the AWS summit. Nothing really wrong with the coffee and croissant, but the price charged is extortionate.

While visiting Excel and Grand Designs went to the River Cottage Deli for lunch. We shared the shredded beef with rice, salad and many extras with two Luscombe drinks. The food was large, very tasty and plenty for the two of us to share. Very good and a reasonable price.

Difficult to make pork shoulder dry and tasteless but they managed it. I expected better from such a well known name.
