I tried there paneer mild wrap it was awesome really really very tasty specially the staff and guy named anil shah was very supportive and suggested good items the food was perfect very nice would loved to go there again

Ordered peri peri with lemon herbs, chicken swimming in sauce. But they added chilli's into chicken. Did not want chilli. Zero allergen control. Complained. Guy said they marinate chicken in chilli. Why do they have mild lemon herb. No mention of chicken swimming in chilli?

Rio’s Peri Peri Lozells offers a quick and efficient takeaway service, even during busy hours, which is a plus. However, one downside is that they don’t accept card payments, though they conveniently have a free cash point inside. As for the food, the whole chicken platter is reasonably priced, and while the chicken itself is tasty, the wings were a bit overcooked and slightly burnt, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the reasonable prices and flavorful chicken make it worth trying if you’re craving peri peri. A few improvements in cooking consistency could elevate the experience further.

Ma sha allah food at Rios in lozells is always spot on! It's tasty fresh and full of flavour! Customer service from the guys is always good...very pleasant and helpful. The 24 min drive is worth it..the inside is very clean and has plenty of seating for families as well. They also sell Palestine merch and all proceeds go to help those in Gaza. Definitely a regular place

Been here a few times now, food is spot on, good customer service from the workers, last time I had a take out and i left 1 burger meal in the shop, they phoned me to come and collect it and they also put in a extra portion of fries.

One of the best burgers in Birmingham, don’t get that bellyache after you have one of their burgers. Customer service is top notch and if you come across a guy named Anil, you’ll be in for a good time

do not walk to this place, RUN! I was never a fan of piri piri style food until i tried the El Burrito from here. Genuinely top 5 meals I have had and have been buying it weekly for almost 2 months

😡Bad customer service I ordered five chicken steak burger all of them were soggy and mouldy salad.. It smells bad wasn’t eatable. staff keeps telling me I’ll call you back, I speak to my manager and Manager was saying to her random things at the end they didn’t even answer my phone or didn’t sort out anything horrible service will not order anything from them again. 😡😡😡

Ordered a takeout from this branch and haven’t been for a while but I got to say food was excellent and of high quality friendly. Alternative drink brands available. The service was efficient service and the staff were friendly. I met the owner too, who was extremely accommodating. It also has a free cash machine and ample parking facilities. I would highly recommend this branch as the others have gone down hill and this particular Rio’s never fails to impress me.

The menu offers a delightful variety of dishes, but I must highlight the Frango Burger, Grande Burger, and Mighty Kofta. Each dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Frango Burger stood out with its perfectly grilled chicken, that had just the right amount of spice and flavour. If you're in the Birmingham area and looking for a place that offers delicious, flavorful food with excellent service, I highly recommend Rios Piri Piri. Stopped over at Rio’s it was my first time trying and it didn’t disappoint. Prices are reasonable and the food was really good, the mango and spicy sauce on top of the grilled fillet was on point. Also the chips just go perfect with the mayo and spicy sauce.

I was stuck on what to order but a man named haroon recommended the grande burger, it was 10/10. Amazing service and atmosphere will definitely be back
