Rios Piri Piri in Redditch

Was not impressed by the food whole order was wrong and not large very upsetting.

Nice food! Wings are really small even though they add in a fee extra in a portion of 5. Burgers are nice and service is good!

I have been ordering from here since it opened and have been a loyal customer Ordered chicken rice box and everyone knows you have to have quite a few sauces Anyway came without the sauce so rang them and they would send them out in 20 mins. Never turned up at all Spoke to restaurant today as I never ate the meal and after all the money I've spent at there restaurant I was told they wouldn't send out a replacement meal with correct sauces today I'd get a silly 15 percent discount Bearing in mind while waiting for them to come out with correct order they closed and didn't bother coming Why can't people do the right thing when it's there mistake in the outset

Food was fresh nice and hot very fast service and friendly staff. Marination was perfect too they weren't shy with their portions.

My local go too food place Chicken rice box mango lime hot , well.done extra saucey.... a must have ...not for the fairys or snowflakes tho ;)

Waste of time and waste of money. They have better fried chicken at Tesco. Called to inquire about my 30+ minutes delay order and was lied to at the phone. I quit Uber Eats cause of Rio Peri Peri what a bad joke of a business. When I ask my refund on Uber eats they deducted the transport fee and sent me 75% of the order value. Bunch of unprofessionals that takes waste of time and money to a whole new different level. Want something done good do it yourself. Thank you Rio Peri Peri team I quit ordering food and Uber Eats cause of your business model. Read the rest of reviews dear reader and make your mind but beware don't waste money on Rio Peri Peri. Don't believe me do your own research away from Rio Peri Peri.They will take your money lie to you and waste your precious time.

I'm only leaving a one star review as its impossible to leave a zero. If you want your order delivered to the wrong side of Redditch and have RIOs manager ringing you up, shouting down the phone at you then insist its your fault then go ahead and order food from this outlet. They then attempt to extort more money from you to deliver the food to where you actually live. Appalling customer service incompetent and rude staff. Avoid like the plague

Quick delivery ruined by undercooked chips. Plastic burgers. No salad .missed the important sauces that MAY have made a slight improvement but all in all completely rubbish experience.

Food was lovely, service was slow as they had to cook our order and took about 20-30mins..thought the food would of been ready in a few mins..

Food was good but customer care doesn't exist in Redditch Branch. I was given a drink from shelf not from refrigerator that I had to return. I was not given any dip with meal so I had to ask for it. Very poor service and bad attitude.

Food arrived cold and refused to do anything to rectify the situation claiming not there fault.have used numerous times in the past this will be the last time if the food arrives cold of course it’s your responsibility

So being a loyal customer doesn't matter to these people they have a loyalty where on your seventh order you get 50% off may I add you only have about 5 days to use this but then when you try to add the code given it doesn't work so I phoned up and they state we cannot help you and they're not bothered I will never order here ever again out of principle I hope you go out of business.

Rios Redditch is good coz we got no option here but last time when I ordered always they don’t listen properly to regular customers and two times gave me the different flavour,,, wings are too small 3 wings are like one,,, always try to make the customer fool specifically the collection and take away

Food here was really tasty, tried it at our local one in Bearwood but it wasn't as nice. If I have a Rios again it would have to be from Redditch.

Last couple of orders have found chicken bones in the chicken burger. Seems their food standards are dropping. Disappointing....

I've seen alot of reviews and it's all about ordering it's not the people who make the foods fault it's the delivery people who mess up the orders. The Rio's staff are very kind and the food is very nice and the service is awesome!

Felt a little hungry so decided to call into Rio’s Piri Piri on unicorn Hill on Sunday 22nd January 2023, in Redditch. For an Eat in Takeout establishment it was clean, bright and the staff were ALL busy preparing delivery orders. The manager greeted me with a smile, within seconds of entering the premises. He asked me what I would like? Having heard of the rice boxes, I decided to have mango chicken & rice with a portion of fries. He said would you like it as a meal and would you prefer to eat in or takeout? I chose a meal, and opted for a chilled cup of mango juice to eat in. Given the option of paying by cash or card, I chose the former, parted with £7.99 and duly sat down. Less than 6 mins later my food was ready, the tables were clean and my meal was presented on a tray with serviette and cutlery. The packed to the hilt box was filled with succulent pieces of tender, melt in the mouth chicken, which had been marinated into a spicy mango sauce and accompanied by a generous portion of pilau rice. The fries were spicy, well cooked and crispy which popped into the free chilli sauce before being devoured. 😋 The chilled cup of mango with its accompanied straw washed everything down nicely. I would give this establishment 5 stars for its quality of customer service, preparation and presentation of food and beverage. The food simply MUST be tried in order to fully appreciate my experience. Well done the Rio’s crew Redditch 👍🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

I place order through phone ... first ask for Blue light card discount he said we not doing ..I said okay then I place order ..when I gone to collect the order ..I ask him why you guys don't do discount ..he said why should we give ..that was he said ..I said u get more customers and he said that was they told me ..I know guys ur famous with food .. little respect to customer will good if I am asking for discount it's not mean I am cheap okay ..

I can understand the wait because the shop is busy but I cannot accept burnt food. Very disappointed.

Ordered trough their app and received confirmation that I will receive my food after like 1h and 20 minutes. After 2h and 30 minutes I don't have my order and they don't answer the phone to confirm what is happening... Try to avoid ordering from them.

Let me first say, if you've seen my review on Pepe's Piri Piri then you'll know that I now choose Rio's all the time! I've eaten in at Rio's on 3 occasions now and EVERY SINGLE TIME, MY MEAL HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING 💯💯💯. Full of flavour, cooked to perfection and served nicely! Every time I've ordered I've had the same food which is the large grillets meal with peri fries and x2 garlic Mayo's, and I've never once been disappointed! The staff are nice and will help you if you need help with choosing what to have, I spoke to the management who was genuinely interested in what I had to say about the place and my review of food and I would HAPPILY COME HERE AGAIN! MORE THEN I WILL VISIT PEPE'S! In fact I DONT THINK ILL HAVE PEPE'S AGAIN! 💯🤢, as it gave me a very bad stomach! But with Rio's, not a single bad stomach. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE! Side note: I only told the manager I would be leaving my review once I had received my food, and this review is my honest thoughts on this shop! 💯. Not a good value for money at all paid over £20. Ordered through Uber eats to try Rio's for first time. ...taste was ok but quantity was a proper rip off!! Never again. Lesson learnt.

Delivery Service is terrible. Waited 1:20hr for my food and then called to question where my food was. Told it was just leaving. Food arrived luke warm and not labelled hot or extra hot. Looks like back to Pepes for our chicken

Drove from Birmingham to Redditch and it was closed at 12:15

What a great find..I.m on a course for a week staying a hotel with pub microwaved food.a chain.walked into redditch and thought I.try it.younv lad served me.really friendly.food was cooked perfect.you can tell its fresh and so tasty. It beats a major pub chain. And KFC who mostly serve luke warm food .the napkins are sealed wet towels. Could not fault them.and before i became a gas engineer I was a chef at a pub .I know when i get good good and it was..top score for everything lads.

Had a lamb burger with fries and drink, this afternoon, and have to say it was very low quality. The burger was garnished with lettice and mayo, I didn't ask for mayo, it was just put in there without my knowledge, then there were no tomatoes put in a the burger(as shown in the photo in your menu), and the bun that the burger was made from did not look anything like the one in the photo in your menu. Also there was no salt put on the fries which made the whole meal undesirable, I'd had to bin the meal, I had considered giving it to my dog, when I got home, but I'm sure he would have not touched it. Very disappointed, and don't think I'll be buying from your establishment again Regards Imran.

Good food. Often visit once a week. I recommend the Frango Burger (Extreme Hot flavour mixed with the Lemon and Herb flavour marinade), extra cheese x 2 in the Frango Burger, Peri Peri fries....... and their chilli mayo type sauce is brilliant. Good bunch of guys, always been friendly to me. Fast turnaround on food. Can't comment on delivery as I always drive to the Rio's shop to order my food over the counter and collect in store.

10/10 beats all them chicken shops

Ordered a meal in store today, staff were very professional, kitchen was immaculate, food was cooked quickly and was really tasty. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size too. Would definitely order again.

We have now given up ordering from this place. Every week an item is missing. Every week they smash on our door like we are in a castle. Delivery driver doesn't listen and can't even get a delivery right. Too much hassle for a weekend.

Insanely good! Favourite takeaway in the area by far. Rios rodeo, piri chips and the chicken wings are the one. With rios special sauce!

Brilliant Food, Brilliant Service. Generous Portions. Cant beat their sauces. However on my order today i noticed the sauces were watery, don't let yourselves down by skimping on the sauces

I went with my partner yesterday. On the till it was a kid who I don't think reach the 18 years old who was not the most welcome cashier. They took our order straight away and we waited for at least 40 minutes which I think is not acceptable. I do understand they might be busy with phone order however they should warn customer when comming in to give them choice to choose. The funniest thing is a customer who come after us got his food first and the next one who came in was told it just will be 5 minutes. When leaving...no apologise for waiting nothing at all. There is like 5 chicken shops in that street. Definitively not comming back. My partner said the burger was nice but my chicken box with rice was....not what I expected...rice was sticky warm up at microwave and the chicken had not flavour at all.
