Ringo's Peri Peri in Barnet

I ordered some food and it came quicker than usual. Upon eating within (5) minutes found it to be cold. Pre cooking food and just leaving it for the next person to buy isn't a way to conduct business. Please ensure that when making food that it comes hot as this is expected by all. If this was a delivery it would be inexcusable. Also the shop from the outside to in is looking run down. While this doesn't reflect the food your premises looks shabby.

hygienic level is worse than 0 the way they make food it’s disgusting i saw a guy who was standing outside shaking everybody’s hand then put his finger in his nose and went back in and start serving kids with the same hands without washing it err I hope those kids are safe i would never let my kids near this shop

I came here the other day as I was working locally. I baught the wings meal as I didn’t have much time to eat (busy day). The service was quick and efficient, the wings were big and tasted good, but the chips seemed a little too crispy for my liking. Overall it was a good visit.

Ordered on Uber eats. They forgot to give chips. When I called they said they were busy and they forgot. Unapologetic. Avoid

I’ve gone in to order my food the service was shocking and the man serving me was very rude. Anyways I’ve noticed the guy at the back to do what appears to be his “daily munting session” He calls it when i asked him what he was doing it was so outrageous when i asked for garlic sauce he just flicker gooned all over my chips and believe it or not. After i finished my food i saw the same man outside trying to “set fire to the clutch” of his own vehicle. The food tasted quite nice though however not worth it at all as i got food poisoning afterwards.

I chose mild yet was still very spicy also i got food poisoning from this place if your thinking about eating from here i suggest you change your mind instantly.

As a person of previously having cancer and beaten it this place has manage to create an illness worse than what i had. Im not sure if its because of the rats on the floor or what creating some new covid or something but hygiene is a very bad issue. Im sure places on the street of mumbai have more hygiene than this place i even witness the guy who was making my food scratch his bum and then proceed to touch my chips its a disgrace.

Me and my friend came to ringos hungry after college and decided to order our meals. It’s safe to say we were probably better off staying hungry as the meal left us with food poisoning. The place did not seem sanitary and i would like to see what there hygene rating would be as it didnt look good back there.

Honestly I wish I had good things to say as I believe the food here wasn’t that bad but unfortunately as soon as I got home after eating my meal I was met by a uneasy stomach and was sick almost straight away. Alarm bells were raised when I saw what the kitchen looked like and how the staff (who were extreamly rude) handled my food. They didn’t seem to have clean hands and the kitchen seemed dirty so it was a suprise when my food was actually ok but the days of food poisoning that followed made me realise I should have not eaten the food after seeing what I saw.

DO NOT EAT HERE AT ALL COSTS where do we start firstly all of the workers shirts looked dirty and baggy spreading germs everywhere has lead me to develop an illness. This illness had made me very angry so i have resorted to abusing my pet lizard.

I ordered eat in but the guy gave me take away and told me to leave, rude staff.

THE BEST CHICKEN shop i have ever tasted, juiciest burgers and chicken, special recipe hot wings in house spices and to die for garlic sauce.

Double prime meals are our weekly naughty treat, always fresh, always hot. The customer service is second to none. I would have added a picture but it was to tasty 😋

PLEASE BE MINDFUL THAT THEY ARE POISONING YOU WITH FILTH!!!

All good arrived cold and chicken strips were completely flavourless would not recommend

Food came cold got the grilled chicken choose the spice option not a single bit of spice also asked for peri chips just got plane chips

I use to buy a meal called “mountain burger” which is a fillet burger with hash brown but couple of days ago bought the meal and wow there is hardly any chicken on the fillet they serve you with a lot of batter, the fillet burger use to be big and juicy also after eating the meal I was still hungry, absolutely terrible and ashame, I would avoid this chicken burger shop and go to kfc instead.

Wonderful atmosphere and service here at Ringos. After a busy day at work, a hot box of wings and my favourite piri piri fries always keep me going. Consistently manages to hit the spot! Would 100% recommend 🍗🍟😋.

Sent me the same bony chicken pieces for the combo And not a mixture of pieces. Called upto complain they wouldn’t change it , replace it or give me a refund. Very unsatisfactory service. Has happened more than once now.

I am a very loyal customer that buys here regularly but yet they give me 1 packet of sauce and when I ask for 1 more they start complaining and give me dirty looks, Its safe to say I won't be coming here again as they are very rude and give me dirty looks when I ask for JUST 1 more packet of sauce and they say it has too much sugar, really stingy employees. Never coming here again

The food is alright but the customer service is horrendous. I’m somewhat of a returning customer going here like once every few weeks but they definitely know who I am. Every time I ask for extra sauce like ketchup and mayo and every time they give me dirty looks. Yesterday I asked for extra sauce and the worker said no to me. Safe to say I will never be coming here because it has horrible customer service and the atmosphere in there in depressing.

Ordered by phone at 7:15, went to collect food at 7:30 and still had to wait until 8pm for 3 normal pieces of chicken and chips. The shop was filled with smoke, and the chicken was nothing special.

Absolutely horrid , my son and his friend visited the shop today to order 2 chicken fillet burger meals . They immiadiately got the food , meaning it was horrid , stale and soggy . When my son got home he was dizzy , pale and was about to throw up . He had a high temperture . My son has now got food poisoning and his friend too . NEVER GOING TO VISIT AGAIN!!!!

If your food arrives early assume it’s left over from the day before. Chicken fillet burger ordered turned up greasy, re-heated, as tough as a tramps boot as and that hard you could put windows in with in. Filth

im from france and my airbnb was at barnet for my holidays. when i see ringo's, WHEN I saw this slum in this poor city, I directly wanted to eat in it to give them a little strength. A F A T A L M I S T A K E . I ordered one of their burgers, the "gourmet burger" but, after 20 minutes of waiting we finally received these burgers but... what was my surprise when I saw the content of the burger. A steak bad range (like plastic), a yellow and white cheese (?) And the absence of raw vegetables such as salads, tomatoes, onions. huge disappointment for this institute.

The best chicken shop in Barnet, excellent service and very friendly. I would recommend anyone to come here. What I love most is everything is halal.

Independent chicken shop similar to Nandos which does all things chicken.I have only had the Peri peri chicken so cannot comment on other dishes. Mine was succulent and tasty though the seasoning on the fries is far too salty.

I make deliveries, every time we go to pick up an order to deliver, they only start doing it after we arrive, every time we arrive at the customer's house, we get scolded for the delay, the only delay is from the restaurant. and in peri peri they always take a long time…

Food was absolutely shocking, wings were missing and the chicken was horrendous undercooked with a foul smell. Was looking forward to it but unfortunately it was terrible.

Crazy prices for a shop with 1 star food rating….

It's a joke I called up and was told the combo is 15 pounds I turn up 35 mins later when they said too and still waited another 35 mins then they told me 18 pounds???? They change the price to different people that is unceptable and to make it worst I said wheres my coleslaw and they said I don't get it in the combo even there web sites say different so I said whatever can I buy it then and was told we have none, don't trust them there web side is cheap to you get there and they will only give you half your order as its change on the day lol, I will never go there again as they charge you more then it is, kfc is cheaper and better

Tasty and juicy grilled chicken and spicy rice; good garlic sauce and helpful staff.. It would be nice to have a plate of some sort as the paper on the tray was a little difficult to cut on! Nontheless a very good place for grilled chicken :-)

Hands down the best peri peri chicken and rice I have ever had in my life, and I'm old, and like peri peri chicken. I'm not from this area but will gladly drive the 30 minutes to Barnet for this delight! Such lovely service, juicy chicken-even the breast was juicy! They even threw in a cheeky little chicken wing for free! There was so much food I had to take most of it home for later. Perfect spices as well. These guys are serious about good chicken!

Disappointed after going before for wings and chips and leaving satisfied. Wings were nice, peri peri sauce is fine. A few days ago came in and got 3 chicken pieces and some peri peri strips. Awful, dry and disgusting. Basically inedible. My friend had a falafel wrap and is pretty sure he got food poisoning from this place but can't confirm. Will not be coming again, hope the location of it is its downfall.

The best chicken shop I have ever been to. Perfect gentlemen behind the counter. Piri piri chicken to die for. No need to schlep to Nandos if you live in High Barnet. The whole chicken here is better. I'm not kidding. The piri piri chips are excellent too. Not to be missed if you like chicken .

Moved to Barnet and have transferred my custom here. Excellent wings, crispy, spicy and as they should be. I have four fussy kids and have learnt to not tell them of changes. They loved the wings and the mountain burgers and then I told them we’d changed shops. No complaints here. The one bad review clearly hasn’t got a clue. I’m 51 and have had spicy wings from all over the world during my travels and these guys make good wings and good chicken burgers. I’ll update my review as I go through the menu. I’m imagining it’s going to be All Good because so far that’s exactly what it is. All Good

I have passed this place a few times and never got a chance to try it out because they are busy during lunch hours. This evening I finally got my time ou to try this new place out. Amazing juicy grill peri peri chicken and the rice was so flavoursome. The service was good and priced very well. This complete meal cost me under £10. Will recommend this place to anyone wanting tasty food in High Barnet.

This was legit the best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time

Great fries and Peri Peri chicken (especially wings) at a fair price. Fried chicken about average (a bit dry inside) and fillet burger wasn't cooked through evenly. But I'd definitely recommend you to try their grilled Peri Peri.
