They have an express store and a full one, very convenient.

I've been a regular at Costa Coffee in Hendon, and it's always a great experience! The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during busy times. The coffee is consistently top-notch, with a smooth and rich flavor that's just what I need to start my day. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for working or catching up with friends. The selection of snacks and pastries is also great—fresh and tasty every time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable place to relax with a good cup of coffee.

Whether you’re a coffee aficionado or simply seeking a relaxing spot to unwind, this is the place to be. The staff is really good with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. Special mention goes to my friend Loredana, who is doing an amazing job there.

Excellent place to stop take a break and goes for snack, would be breakfast, lunch or diner.

Looking very shabby, and not clean outside. Not what I expect from Costa. Coffee and cake usually good. Didn't like the bacon roll.

Whilst the food was good, the service was poor. Staff was not very welcoming. Entered the cafe on a Sunday evening - the door stated store closing time to be 9 pm, however I was asked to leave by 7:55 pm on account of the store closing. Not sure if staff was in a hurry to leave early that day but they should update the correct store timings on the door.

I was checking the opening hours and noticed some bad reviews regarding customer service here that I don’t understand?? all the girls working here are always so nice and friendly when I come, even though they can get a lot of difficult customers

Absolutely disgusting service! No manner at all! As soon as I stepped in the 2 girl made me so uncomfortable and made me feel I interrupted their chat. One of the girl even came outside to grab a some food from the display and opened and started to eat it while take my payment, no thank you no hello no nothing just dirty look!

This place it’s getting so worse specially with the people who works No customer service skills at all . The girl who work this Friday lunch at the tills had so bad attitude when I asked her is she has 5 pounds for change . She look at me and with that sarcastic face said . Ohh I don’t have it for myself and you want me to give you . No hello no goodbye no thank you . I lived in Hendon over 13 years Costa it’s my spot place for some different flavour coffees I order sticky toffee pudding coffee it was horrible no flavour at all and not even coffee I couldn’t tasted it it was just milk. And not the first time this happens . Also staff should be given more costumer service training . Remember it’s not just the cup of coffee it’s so much more into service you can give to costumer . I found so unprofessional when staff standing at the tills and chat about personal things. I use to work in coffee shops long time ago . I have so much experience in costumer care service and skills . But never seen the last few years in Hendon Costa so bad staff working . Shame I won’t be going there anymore . Done

Went to Costa for lunch after having a long morning at the hospital. Ordered a soya cappucino and a rocky road. Wanted to have the vegan toastie but you didn't have it(as usual). My coffee was disgusting, undrinkable. I did not want to complain at first but I could not drink it, the milk was off. When I went to the counter and explained to the kind girl so served me, another member of the staff which I was not talking to(short blonde hair) raised her voice to me and said next time I should say it right away because I drank half of the coffee which was not true. What is te difference if I have a sip or 10, the coffee was disgusting and milk was off so you give me a new one because I payed for it, you didn't. ALso you have to throw it anyway? Lol The kind girl who originally served me did not have an issue in making a new coffee with a different milk. I don't appreciate the way this rude woman talked to me. She clearly has no customer service skills and has no clue how to talk to customers. I worked in hospitality for 10 years and in coffee shops, I received good training and never spoke like this to any customer. If You don't like your job or don't have the skills to do it then find a new one. The audacity to speak like that to customers, unbelivable...

It's usually good. There's just wrong opening time. I went for coffee at 5:30 am and have been told they are opening at 6 am.

Don't advertise things you don't have ? Pizzetta is all over the windows. Confusing as there is a small shop separate to the large one with seating, that have different stock.

What a poor and disappointing experience...tried to order a latte and a bacon bap, didn't want to pay with card so paid cash instead and went for latte only since I hadn't enough cash...came in no one said good morning or welcomed as you should do in a bar, not a smile or nothing...asked 3 times "just the latte please" and the blonde lady with glasses wasn't understanding but luckily the tall barman saved the situation and said "he just want the latte" ...thanks for saving me... cherry on the cake, while I was drinking my latte , the blonde lady was laughing saying "oh just the latte"...what's so funny...poor customer service really

Really nice and relaxed atmosphere just by Hendon Central Station

It’s now 10am 10th of May. This is for one of the staff not the store. The other employees here are doing great. One female employee (couldn’t see her name tag) was berating her coworkers to a friend sitting at a table. (Not sure if she was on break or not?) She was saying that if she was the manager here she would “brainwash the staff or fire them”. There is a dirty spoon laying on a table she used as an example of her superiority and she said if she was the manager not one employee would ignore the dirty spoon on the table and pick it up. (She didn’t pick the spoon up and kept saying how she’s better than everyone else that works here) She bashed the current management, the customers and kept saying how she knows her job and their better than everyone else. I’ve seen some horrible employees over the years but she’s one of those toxic employees that should never work in customer service or be part of a management team.

Went to the one further up the road, for the cozy lounge downstairs. The 2 staff behind the counter felt very slow, looked confused at times, felt like new inexperienced staff, rather than the great fast service I remember when lady visited in late 2019. Mocha wasn't as tasty as I remember, was always my favourite at Costa. The lady clearing tables looked proficient at her job though. Was moderately busy, nice to sit at a clean table.

The KitKat mocha served by Anita was really good. Anita took her time to explain all the current options and recommended a great drink. Amazing service and friendly staff, Anita even took the time to chat with us about our day. Really appreciated the whole experience! 😄

Quick stop before travelling on te train: yummy hot chocolate.

How many times I have been in this Costa the baristas are always on point , positive ,upbeat attitude, but today Patrycja was very helpful as I came across a problem with my costa app ,she managed to fix the problem ,I received all my beans back and got a coffee on the house ! Thank you again girls !

It's a Costa coffee, you can't expect the best coffee, food variety or great prices, because it's not definitely the places. At side of this, the service was very nice and surprised me they served coffee late in a proper late glass. It's important to know they are 2 Costa coffee, one small next/inside Hendon Central tube station, percent to take fast coffee to go, with a couple of tables and another bigger 5 metres beyond, which have more options and more space to seat, including few outside tables. I given 5 stars because the service was great and they tried to keep all as clean as possible, it is the only thing which their employers can do in these kind of companies.

While the in store experience and service is good and pleasant... The same cannot be said of the APPALLING delivery service. It's not the first time that I order something with UberEats and baristas at this Costa either forget an item, or put in the wrong one or just don't send an item at all. Many other Costas do apologise when an item is not sent and they had to substitute it. While in this one, missing items happen too often and wrong items are sent too often! And since there's never any note of apology saying that they had to substitute an item because the one ordered had run out (as many other Costas do) I just have to assume Baristas don't do their job properly and they are being unprofessional

Very poor. They're online and rejected by order for the 3rd time during normal opening hours. Will never attempt to spend money with then again. Why are you open on deliveroo when you keep rejecting orders?

Came to the store at 20:49 and been told the store has closed. On the front door , the store says it closes at 21:00. Very unprofessional of the two girls working there that evening. Extremely disappointed that I couldn’t get my coffee. Will find it hard to return to the store if I continue to get service like that.

Today I was served by Nicole and Carolina and they were extremely welcoming and made sure our drinks were perfect. They also ensured that everything was cleaned whilst serving other customers. I will be coming back.

Too loud. During lunch time it gets very busy and because the store is small you can hear everything. Not good if you are working and you have meetings

Staff are great and friendly. There are a variety of dairy free alternatives for your got drinks. Although, in my opinion the drinks are slightly over priced, especially as they are usually lukewarm even when asked to make it extra hot. Fridge has only 1 choice for vegans and a couple of vegetarian choices. No vegan sweet treats to go with your hot drinks or egg free options available.

Victoria the barista is very rude and not well spoken to be that rude in the first place. Asked for the quality street latte and there’s 2 which she didn’t specify, made me the wrong one and expected me to take it. Definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service at all and already seen the review about her with her photo from 4 months ago so maybe management should actually train her or get rid.

Nice attitude and coffee. But I did not like their cold coffee with mint because they did not put real mint, kind of mint candy (probably nestle polo mint) is blended with the coffee making unpleasant taste while when it touch inside the mouth.

I visited this branch twice today. First time around 10am the lady was obviously new and needed help with literally everything. However the manager and another colleague were chatting in the back room so the newbie (only one serving) had to go to them with each question she had. Very unprofessional from the manager to leave her like that when she obviously wasn’t ready. My second visit was in the afternoon when me and my partner came in to order one coffee, brownie and a tap water takeaway. The serving lady said that they only serve tap water to eat in. And I kindly ask her if it really isn’t possible to have a cup. To which my partner suggested to pay for the takeaway cup, she said no! She insisted that tap water is only for eat in customers. I find this highly offensive and illegal to not serve tap water! We had to buy bottled water. The standard for costa service seems to go down.

The worst costumer service I ever had. The staff was incredibly rude and the manager was just watching the rudeness with the costumers without doing anything. I feel really uncomfortable and I’m not going back even if like the coffee and that’s very frustrating.

I had a horrible experience with this store, they gave me the wrong sandwich and when I told the waitress Marta to change she refused and insisted very rudely saying that she was sure about the request and when I asked to get the money back she refused and I asked to speak with the manager but she not even wanted to listen to me and both of them talking over me and the situation get really stressing and upsetting, I could stay to make a report cuz I was late to work but I already contact the citizen advice and I will take further actions. But it’s really frustrating to have this kind of situation I’m the morning, I hope costa make a better costumer service training with the staff.

Great coffee, and really friendly staff. I visit this place almost every morning on my route to work and all of the staff members who have taken my order before remember me and what I am going to order and I appreciate that as it makes my morning that much faster. Coffee taste great if you’re a costa fan which I am, there is no ashy after taste as you may find in some big chain coffee venues. The location is great as well especially for takeaway as it is inside the station just before the barriers. They also offer seating inside and outside, and next door they have a larger Costa if you’re looking for somewhere to sit.

Terrible service and young lady with the arm tiger tattoo, do you stare up and down every customer before deciding whether they are worth your greetings or leaving it to your colleagues? Management should take accountability though because “if the manager is pulling the strings, they can’t blame the puppet for the bad performance”.

I was in there it was a girl called Larisa, and she bad with costumers service, the coffee was off, as well, everybody was really annoyed!!

Came in for some coffee and the customer service was terrible,sarcastic and rude! The level of customer service was unacceptable in such brand as Costa as yours a big business. I had a really bad experience at this costa today. I have really severe lactose intolerance and was asking for soya milk. The lady had a real attitude problems and wouldn’t serve me the correct type of milk. They had done the same before to me and will not be going there again as they can’t even accommodate for allergens which is a very serious topic. If I could rate her service 0/5 I would but it doesn’t let you. The lady that was posted before had also served me terribly before her name is Larissa I believe.

Very bad customer service. One of the ladies I asked her the name so I can name the review. I know costa coffee is looking for cheap labour but at least they should teach them how to treat the customer. I told her you have to talk nice with the customers and she told me if you don’t like it do not come back here again. I came with my daughter to the small branch and witnessed a customer being treated badly by one of the girls. I dont think costa should allow such bad customer service. The customer service is important and the customer pays money. I heared her saying " if you dont like it do not come back"

The small branch in hendon central has really bad customer service this morning. The coffee tasted off and the short Easter European lady had really bad attitude. He colleagues were really nice. That lady should be taught how to behave with customers.

Very bad customer service. Especially a Romanian lady who works at the Hendon Central Branch. She was rude to the customer and instead of apologising she called the police rude to the customer and she then called the police. I was at the shop but she was the one being rude to the customer
