Lovely food helpful staff and great service. Nice menu to pick from and a few nice tables and chairs outside in the sunshine

Delicious wonderful food every time. We have visited multiple times over the last few years and we have never been disappointed. The selection of food, the freshness of the ingredients and the charming staff are all first class.

A very disappointing lunch today . My Partner’s and my sandwich had been put in a Panini toaster , and squeezed to death . The filling was therefore falling out of the sandwich . Had “toasting the sandwich” been advertised on your menu , I would NOT have chosen it . The accompanying salad was wet , leaving a Pool on the plate . My partner order a sparkling mineral water which was served in a very large bottle WITHOUT the screw cap . So it began to loose its “sparkling” . Plus as no screw cap , she could not take the half a bottle, that was left out with us after finishing our meal We will give a long and hard think , before visiting again

First time visit with my bestie And it’s was a delight I had the French breakfast and my bestie had the Mediterranean breakfast and wow both was amazing We had the amber juice and that was exactly what was needed fresh and flavourful I could eat all of mine as the portion was generous and I have a small appetite But I was gutted I could not finish it all as it was so so nice I will be back again very soon 10/10

We visited for Tea and cake this afternoon , top quality Cakes were served , and my Herbal Tea was most excellent . The cake was cut into a very generous slice . The staff were friendly and very helpful etc

Had lunch here a few times, normally just a baguette, which has always been lovely and tasty. Today we had a meal. The wait was quite long even though it wasn't as busy as it's been before. The lasagne was nice, the chicken escalope was served looking very well done, and that was the best side, the other side was even more well done and slightly burnt in places. When the waitress asked if all was ok, we said as you can see it's extremely well done and very dry, she offered to cook another one, but we said as we had waited quite a while we didn't have time to wait any longer. Consequently half of the escalope was left, when another waitress collected the plate we stated again that it was left due to it being very overcooked, dry and not very nice. The bill was given with no reduction, when questioned we were told they couldn't give any reduction but would offer us a free cookie or cake to take away, which we declined. The reason they couldn't give a discount was because we continued to eat the meal rather than taking it back, even though we stated due to the delay in the food coming we couldn't wait any longer, I said the staff member plating up the food should have recognised how burnt it was and given us an alternative, they then said they would reduce the bill from £27.25 to £25 - WOW - £2.25 off ! as we were in a rush, we paid and left. Very disappointed with the experience and food today, if we went back again at some point it would only be for a baguette !

Having previously visited and had good experiences, I was hoping for more of the same. The young lady who served us on Sunday 8th August had a couldn't-care-less attitude. We sat down and were ignored until I asked her politely if we could please have the table cleared from the previous diners. She never spoke to us or smiled. She cleared away the crockery but did not attempt to wipe the table which had baked beans on it. (In Covid-19 times surely this is key). We also had to ask again for the menu. Eventually we asked another staff member to help. After this poor experience we just decide to have a drink and not order food. Won't be going back. Weekend staff need better training on customer service skills and to smile and show good manners.

Visited with family for a drink and bite to eat, everything was alright but nothing special. The place itself is a nice place to be. However the service was a bit slow and food seemed to come out randomly, I’d finished my food by the time my other half’s turned up. Cost wise it felt expensive for the quality of the food.

Just had a lockdown takeaway through gogetters. Rindios called to check and let us know about a small delay through gogetters. Don’t usually get that. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the lamb burger. So pleased they are delivering now 😀
