Reyna Brasserie in Broxbourne

I visited Reyna today for the first time with my husband and 18 month old son. When we arrived, I was a bit worried that it wasn’t suitable for a toddler as it looks so nice and fancy inside, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had a really warm welcome from all the staff, including the waitress when I asked if they had high chairs. The service was friendly and quick and we enjoyed a main and a dessert from the lunch menu (very reasonable). The sea bass was lovely, could have done with a bit more seasoning but I can’t fault the presentation and everything was fresh, the chocolate fudge cake was delicious - they even bagged it up for us to take away as we’d run out of time on parking. That is one thing to note - directly outside has a limit of 1 hour which really wasn’t long enough. Reyna play good music and the general atmosphere is great, I’m looking forward to coming back again and spending longer there. Thank you for a great experience, it’s lovely as a parent to feel like kids are welcome and to find a nice local place to eat.

We visited this restaurant for lunch. I've been before, and it never disappoints. We had a starter and main meal and the food was lovely. Made even more special by the attentive staff and the whole ambience of the place.

Overpriced, uninspired, bland food in a really well stylised restaurant that in my opinion relies more on it's fashionable & unique environment than its cuisine. I dont drink so can't comment on that. First time I came here was great, food was flavourful, spicy, interesting. The next couple of times I found there was no spice, and even using their chilli made no difference. If I buy a spicy dish it should be spicy, and if it's not, you falsely advertised the food to me, and I wont be returning. The food seemed fresh, so I'm not complaining of a safety issue, it was just way too bland and forgettable to be paying such prices.

October 2024 Called up on a Friday evening to see if we needed to book a table,they said no so we went there. Welcoming, gave us options for seating, not busy. Smelt cigarettes inside at one point for some reason. The waitress looked surprised that we didn't want starters, don't know why. When ordering the 2 chicken burgers, the waitress thought we wanted it from the kids menu, which wasn't even there and then apologized. Said No ice for 2 orange juice and only one of them came with ice but then we told them and they corrected it. No meze which we thought they brought after but it was just dry ice which we couldn't eat ! I think the chicken shish and blue sky cocktail was amazing although I didn't taste any alcohol in the cocktail. A bit expensive,4 meals and 4 drinks for £104. Service and atmosphere was good overall.

What's not to like about Reyna? Always a warm welcome in nice, clean surroundings and a great selection of food and drink at reasonable prices. Plus, sometimes you might run into the odd local celebrity!

Great food but overall the Staff make this place. Nothing is too much trouble

We had the most delicious breakfast at Reyna! I had the avocado on toast, my wife had the Royale and my girls had the French toast. We also ordered the home made smoothies. All the dishes and drinks were amazing- the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, the beetroot puree a lovely addition add g colour and taste and the brioche French toast was just right! The Turkish Pismaniye was a super addition to the French toast and delighted our girls! presentation of all our dishes was fantastic. Reyna is a must try for breakfast and brunch in the cheshunt area!

We had my mother in laws surprise party here there were 24 of us...... the food was amazing and the staff were brilliant very attentive and made her feel special 😀

Went for an evening work do. Service was excellent and the manager was lovely to chat to. They were doing a 2 for 1 on cocktails! Thoroughly enjoyed the blue lagoon. Forgot the name of my meal, lots of aubergines and potatoes. Huge portion and delish!

Staff were friendly but seemed a wee overwhelmed with large groups

Yesterday we visited the restaurant for my birthday and it was probably our last time. A friendly interior and nicely presented food and drinks are the main advantage of this restaurant. When it comes to food, it is worse. The steak we were served, instead of being cooked medium rare was mostly raw and not seasoned. .When we informed the waiter, the piece was taken for frying, but it was still undercooked, apart from the fact that in other restaurants in such a situation they bring a new piece. The rest of the food was not bad, only small portions. When ordering fish with shrimps, I received 3 shrimps and a small piece of fish, most of it was around the sauce, so Not very attractive food for these prices🤷‍♀️also service charge depends how much you spend (never understands)🙈

Amazing food honestly so value for money

I didn't really enjoy my meal. I got the mixed grill. I enjoyed the Chicken pieces, salad, freshly made bread and the chips more than the grilled meat...

Food is pretty good, standard brunch type stuff. Service is rather slow, and it’s probably best to close the doors when people are sat outside smoking, all you can smell are cigarettes…. Just an idea.

I needed a business lunch venue and based on Tripadvisor reviews came here for lunch and was very impressed. Prompt service good delicious food at a very reasonable price is what I wanted and what I got. Wide range on the menu and well cooked and presented. Faultless. Hence five stars.

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of Chestnut! The food was amazing and the staff were really friendly, professional and accommodating! I really enjoyed my time here and the Pink Gin cocktail on their specials was the best cocktail I’ve had in my life! Bloody delicious!!! I will definitely be back !!!! Especially for the lamb chops and cocktail! They also made my daughter 12th Birthday really memorable! The decor is amazing and toilets are super clean! Every inch of the venue was clean! 10, 10, 10’s across the board!

Dined at Reyna for a family birthday. Staff were fantastic with us all, especially my Dad who was in a wheelchair and hard of hearing. All of our party loved the delicious food, which was fresh, full of flavour, generous in portion size and on time. So much choice on the menu. Service was second to none: polite, friendly and warm. Comfortable seating and relaxing decor/ atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely visit another time. Thanks to the staff again for a lovely evening. Five stars!

My lovely daughter took me for Sunday brunch highly popular the food is US themed my American breakfast hit the spot with all favourites including a fruit french toast thick soft tasty - the spring had a short stack. There were two birthday kids they had great times fireworks confetti bombs and funky birthday music. Ambient music a tad loud but told it's quieter in the week.

I am a tourist. I travelled a lot of countries and did taste of almost every restaurant but the exact way of serving and way of dealing with customers is here because of Nasir (Antonio) he is very friendly.

Nice spot, can be busy atmosphere depending on when you go. Servers are lovely, and happy enough to catch them dancing sometimes! Decor is beautiful and food comes out presented nice and tasting good!

Amazing service and food! As a person that enjoys vegan dishes, I am aware not many places can accommodate to this, however, the staff did their best to help me and the manager assisted me into creating such a marvellous vegan pasta dish which I would order again. I also wanna give my compliments to Flori as she was such a wonderful person with amazing customer service. She is so friendly and sweet, and made sure I have everything I need. Overall, I recommend coming here!

Just had a lovely lunch with my partner…king prawns and calamari to start, with mixed kebab grills for mains….dessert was chocolate fudge cake with vanilla ice cream, and Ferrero Rocher ice cream for the other half! Washing it all down with two fresh mint teas. As always, great food in a warm but relaxing ambience…would highly recommend!

A little expensive compared to similar restaurants

Another one of my regular visits to Reyna and the food once again met my expectations. Highly recommend the banoffee pie if you have room after your meal.

At first, I was very satisfied with the service at Reyna, but when the employees start laughing at you, seeing you often in the coffee, because after all, I go with my own money, and the service is very poor, starting with the coffee, I believe it was done with the purpose of I was leaving! Do not prejudice and make differences with people, in the end you lose not the customers!

They wer very busy so the service lacked a little but it was understandable, they wer a bit long with my orders and I have to prompt them. But other than that the food was good and so was the decor

I can't fault this place. I can only tell them to keep up the amazing work. Next time my girlfriend and I revisit, we will bring the extended family and other friends 🤣. I hope there will be room to accommodate us all.

Came here with my family for my celebration becoming a Solicitor. The food was amazing and very good quality meat. The staff also popped a confetti which was a nice touch.

We went for Valentines with my wife. The management style is great! This is an assumption, but there seems to be a manager for every area of tables, and waiters/waitresses dedicated for certain areas. Either way, the service was great! I got the mixed kebab while my wife got the kleftico, which were both utterly delicious! The tiramisu was also great. We really enjoyed it and would like to visit again some time.

Absolutely great place. Highly reccomended. 2* for merlot wine and empty parmezan cheese box...

We took our daughter here for her birthday brunch, and I cannot fault the food or the service, we wanted something different and the menu didn't disappoint. Thank you for making the occasion so special, we will be coming back.

The place is absolutely beautiful, the kind of atmosphere you’d expect to see in a posh tv show, it has the most beautiful atmosphere. The staff are so kind and attentive, they made us feel very special. They have awesome Smokey bubbles that can be put on drinks to add to the experience. As well as this, two of us drank alcohol and two of us didn’t, but we were all given the full experience. Mel and Sonny made us feel especially cared for. Plus, despite having many people in the restaurant, it felt like it was just us. The best part is the food was flavourful, beautifully presented and tasted amazing, even for a fussy eater like me. They had something for everybody and yet it was such excellent quality.

Excellent...took my daughter & mother today for a birthday brunch for my daughter. Excellent service & bought a sparkler in her meal,really lovely people thar went above & beyond....Will put the word about to friends! Thank you

Just had a lovely late breakfast, was recommended by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Very friendly fast service, serving breakfast till 3pm, many other interesting things on their extensive menu. Very fair prices, highly recommend if in the area.

Food was delicious they catered for vegans aswell which is a bonus as it’s hard to come by a place that sells vegan food would be nice if they have more options but the food and atmosphere is lovely in there I would recommend going

This place has a great atmosphere and the food is really good with a variety of Turkish and british food. The service was very good. They have different menus for lunch and dinner times.

Came here last night and wasn’t disappointed. The quality of the food was outstanding. As for the friendly staff members, they couldn’t do enough to make it worth while. We were celebrating birthdays with family first visit here, excellent food and service even tho restaurant very busy, strongly recommend 👍

I came here yesterday to eat alone as I was waiting for an appointment. The restaurant is catchy from the outside. I have ordered Mediterranean breakfast, most of it its lettuce and barely any food, egg was slimy on top of that. I also ordered king prawns which came with loads LOADS of black worms inside of them, when I showed it to the stuff they offered me a coffee for it or a drink on the house. Just to make all these meals better I ordered Tiramisu which did not even taste like tiramisu but a cake made of soo much sugar that u can’t even taste it properly because it was overly sweet. I have been to loads of Turkish restaurants and this one felt the most when I was paying for the looks of it not their actual food or service.

My first time here, amazing delicious food I’ll definitely be coming back. The food quality was amazing and the staff and service was brilliant! Will definitely be coming back

Lovely decor, everything well presented, nice staff but really mediocre food... had mixed fish grill; left hungry and craving something else.

Everything about this restaurant was wonderful and the manager, Sonny really made our experience a pleasant one. From engaging and entertaining our 4 year old daughter to offering world class service. Dinner was wonderful and oozing with taste, and the cocktails were delicious. I’ll certainly be back, think I’ll try breakfast next time!
