Terrible service and even worse attitude. Had to go to the counter to ask for a table as we were totally ignored. Placed the order and waited over 25 minutes before querying. We were told that it was coming and that that we were not the only covers in the restaurant. Unacceptable attitude and even worse given that it was an order for a sandwich and salad only. Left after paying for the drinks - the wait was ridiculous

Coffee here is lovely and I think the layout has a very communal feel which I like. Did not enjoy the smoothie bowl - it was a very liquidy smoothie with some fruit floating on top, and I was expecting something more like a yoghurt and less like a soup.

This is,totally the most dreadful place to visit. The Staff express how miserable they are. Stan the so called "Barresta " is a fraud. He's. Taken umbridge due to his Landlords policy. I used to work for them. Grave mistake. However personal and buisness should naturally be separate. But not for Stan! Supported this small business through covid. They've shown zero loyalty. Horrid atmosphere.

Really lovely Spanish deli, coffee shop, brunch spot, cocktail and wine bar and tapas joint all rolled into one. The team who run Reineta are just lovely, also running the critically-acclaimed more formal restaurant Rayuela two doors down. And they know how to turn out a brilliant brunch - the sobrasada on toast with poached eggs was just exceptional, and the coffee is fantastic. Reineta comes into its own on a sunny afternoon when you have nowhere else to be. Order a glass of something cold, a few plates and let the hours fly by as you people watch. Dog-friendly as well, inside and out!

If you are Asian and don't order a drink, you might not receive enthusiastic service. I will not attempt to prove whether they have any implicit discriminatory behavior, because I believe only those who are treated unfairly can truly feel it.

Been sat outside for 15min , and the waiters didn’t even knowledge us . Had to leave. Total waste of time .

They do fabulous coffee and pastries.

Food is ok, overly priced for what it is but people that work there and the owner have a real attitude. Also, hygiene is not great. The girl who prepares the food was picking her nails the other day and throwing them on the floor a few times and shocking how those who work there did not notice. She also doesn’t wear gloves.

it's like you have a cafe with in organic veg market . Nice ambience, Locals comes there for coffee and drinks . Mini breakfast like egg on toast , avocado egg breakfast . Nice coffee . Service is good as well . You order at the counter they will serve it on your table

Popped in for a very light brunch last Sunday about 1p.m. Was attracted by the warm and cosy look from outside. It was almost full but I shared a table with other diners. I ordered the courgette & leek soup with two poached eggs on the side, which came with two slices of toasted sourdough. To drink I had a black Americano. The soup was superb and the eggs cooked to perfection. My server was excellent; communicated well and had just the right approach. For the quality of food that I had, I thought the price was very good. I even added more to the service charge because of the excellent service provided. A very pleasant experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I have brunch at Reineta very often, while the ambiance remains delightful, I must admit I have been very disappointed with my last Teo or three experience. Unfortunately, the prices have increased significantly, but the quality seems to have declined. I had smashed avocado on toast with scrambled eggs. The thin slice of sourdough served was far from satisfying, thinnest in the world, and the "three-egg" scramble was underwhelming small portion. The avocado mash, too, was disappointingly sparse. I can't help but wish they would return to the standards they had when they first opened. It's a real shame to see this decline in what was once a promising establishment.

I popped in for a quick coffee and breakfast. It is a calm space, perfect for a catch up with friends or some alone time to gather your thoughts. I ordered the Avocado Bruschetta, which was delicious and you could really taste the flavours, and a Cappuccino. The food is made using fresh ingredients, also available for purchase in store. Love this place. If you are looking for a good wine this is the place. I only come here for the Spanish wines. The female host is always attentive and knowledgable. It is a lovely place for a wind down.

Food was good but did take quite some time to get. Everything was piping hot so clearly freshly made. The salad was very tasty and full of flavor. There is also art for sale and promos for local events. They also have some club events like wine tasting nights or salsa nights with music.

Very slow service. And waiters not interested in service at all. Had the menu shoved onto the table. No customer service at all. Asked for water and got it 15 min later.

Such a lovely place - the food and service are perfect. The prawns are to die for... The wine list is short but excellent. And the service is friendly and attentive.

Sad that the personnel is too narrow-minded and rude. How can you force the client to leave after he already stopped using the laptop and just wanted to have lunch? Very sad.

One of the places you can have a nice breakfast/brunch in Ealing! The staff are super friendly especially the Spanish lady. They have a fun menu, nice coffee, and also selling fresh Spanish products. Highly recommend!

While the food and coffee were decent, the service was just terribly bad, especially the person that claimed to be the owner.

Have been visiting a few times for my coffee, but it is now apparent they are not very welcoming. And after reading the reviews I can see why. I am not the only one. On previous occasions, I have been told how long I can stay, and where to sit. I have never been treated like this so will not be returning, There many other good cafes in Ealing, which I will now be using.

I recently visited Reineta, a nice place with decent coffee. But (a big one!), while I found the coffee to be enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects that left me with mixed feelings about the experience. Firstly, Reineta has a rather strict "laptop policy" that limits the usage of laptops to just one hour. This policy may (maybe!) make sense during peak hours when the café is bustling with customers and space is limited. However, when I arrived, the place was completely empty, and it remained so for the next 45 minutes until I left. I couldn't help but feel that the laptop policy was unnecessarily restrictive in such circumstances. The manner in which the policy was communicated to me also gave the impression that laptop users were not entirely welcome, which made me question whether I was truly eligible for their services. Another disappointment was their lack of regular Coke, offering only the Zero version. While I understand the desire to provide "healthier" options, it felt somewhat limiting. In terms of policies, I generally prefer approaches that inform customers of how they can utilize the space rather than imposing strict limitations. For example, Reineta could consider implementing a policy where customers intending to sit and use their laptops are required to meet a minimum spending requirement or pay a fee for using the premises in a way that deviates from the café's intended purpose. This way, customers would have the freedom to choose their preferred means of work or leisure while still supporting the establishment financially. On a final note, I believe it's essential for Reineta to deliver their laptop policy in a more sensitive manner. Clear communication about the rationale behind the policy, such as limited seating during peak hours or the desire to accommodate a diverse range of customers, would help laptop users feel more welcome and understand the café's perspective. After all, there is little difference between using a laptop or a phone for personal or professional reasons, and both should be treated equally.

Had a smoked salmon and soft cheese pita. Well, it was the saddest looking sandwich I’ve seen in a long while. Soft cheese was not soft cheese but a melted hard cheese. It was mean to have herbs, it had half a basil leaf. No salad, nothing. A pale, toasted pita and it was super salty. The service from the waitress was minimal. Doesn’t talk and puts food down and walks off. The smoothie on the other hand was lovely and the lady behind the till was lovely. I didn’t even eat it and left.

Didn't actually eat there, but bumped into the owner on the terrace at the Brentham club who shared his delicious tortilla with us.

Overpriced. The lunch menu in my opinion is very poor. Very small portions. OK taste - out of everything, the best was fresh warm bread with good olive oil. The beef dish, pathetic (beef, peppers, zucchini - no spoon or bread for the left over juice, small portion). The decor is lovely (that is why we stopped to eat there). The service OK, not engaging.

Such a tasty tuna tomato and peppers in pitta and a lovely chilled white wine... perfect sitting outside on a sunny day! Service a little slow but well worth the wait. Recommend.

They charged me without giving me the meal after 25 minutes, in a quiet Saturday afternoon at 3pm. The waitress was rude and unfriendly. I paid for it and left without food. Will never ever come to this cafe again.

Brunch and very tasty. A little expensive for one slice of Sourdough, with some mashed tomatos and 2 poached eggs, but then it is in Ealing. Unique and will visit again. Great coffee. Park in the car park its cheaper than the streets.

We live in Dickens Yard and this is one of our favourite places to eat anytime of the day! Our favourite is breakfast but dinner and with a glass of wine is just as exceptional! Enjoy the food, atmosphere and amazing hospitality!

The food is good, and the staff is kind.. I just don't think is worth the money... a bit expensive for the amount of food you get.

Had breakfast here with a friend. Good coffee and hot chocolate, delicious food, substantial amount. I've eaten here many times and have always found the food to be delicious. Service is always good. This is not the place for you if you expect to go and sit at your laptop for hours having ordered one cup of coffee! They won't allow it. There is I think a one hour laptop rule understandably so. They do get busy and the ambience is always lively.

I just finished my dinner here. It is an incredible place. A new experience for me. Unique ambience. Wonderful food. Great wine and cheese. Must thank Celia for her excellent service and recommendation of a combination of meat, cheese and wine that went well together. She knows the food very well. I will return to savour even more of what this incredible restaurant has to offer.

I would describe Reineta as much more than a coffee shop! We had a delicious supper there with everything freshly-prepared and cooked. Excellent service and fairly priced too. Definitely worth a visit in the evenings.

Awful service! Saturday morning, no staff to serve, seated customers walked out as no one was taking orders. The owner is very rude. Disappointing.

Average food for average prices. I ordered poached eggs on toast with tomato sauce and tea. Opened my laptop and instantly restaurant worker appeared and notified me about 1 hour policy for laptops. When I finished my food and was browsing in my laptop - my waiter appeared with receipt after 1 hour practically forcing me out of the cafe. I still wanted to have a cup of coffee - I tried to order, but he didn’t let me, referring to the 1 hour policy… well, I was nearly finished with my application online which took longer than I expected because the place doesn’t provide free wifi and my mobile Internet was working slowly in this concrete building. Still, I really wanted to try coffee, as it seems good in that place, but the waiter still didn’t let me have a coffee inside. I would never step in this disgusting place again and moreover I will ask none of my friends in Ealing to go there! Nice policy of losing not just one, but at least 4 customers, bravo! While writing this review I noticed that 10 people (out of 49) rated this place with 1-star, also referring to bad service and shooing you away from their place faster… How graceful…

I've just had the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I've ordered some tapas and one of them was not as I expected so I've asked the waiter if it was possible to return it. He was incredibly rude saying "what did you expect, it's the same ingredients written on the menu, I don't understand why you don't like it. You have to pay for it now, just so you know." He then tried to force my friend to eat my order but he also didn't want it. He made us feel very uncomfortable and kept asking him why he would have prawns but not my plate (which was optopus). To calm down the situation my friend asked to package the optopus to bring it home but it was only because there was a lot of tension, he probably gave it to someone in need later. The waiter didn't ask even once if I could swap with something else or being nice in any possible way. It ruined our evening and we will never go again. I had to pay for something I didn't eat and it's an expensive place.

Really let themselves down this time - the Berry smoothie was thin and tasteless. I usually order a coffee takeaway and their lattes are the best in Ealing but the smoothie on this occasion was very poor!

I work locally and have been going for smoothies which are delicious! I was recommended Matcha tea with Oatmilk and drizzle of honey, I wouldn't have tried this before but glad I did, it was a unique pleasant taste. Thank you Stan the man, for the kind service. I have always had a friendly service with all the staff.

Severely overpiced on numerous items, particularly fruit and veg. Sure, one can claim that they are better than at the supermarket, but most are not. For example bananas cost 10 times more than at Tesco, 10 times Little to no variety If you cash to splash and like spanish food, it's ok, but the food isn't great either. For example the tortilla is usually dry, made in large batches, reheated etc

Delicious fresh food done so well, simple and delicious. Love the breakfasts and amazing coffee. The farm shop and deli have a beautiful selection of fresh food and Spanish small goods. A lovely cafe and store. And did I mention the coffee? Brilliant

The food was very good but the service was atrocious. A very surly, unfriendly waiter who pushed lots of dishes in us and was very happy for us to spend money but who then was pushing us out of the door. No mention of a time limit when we went in or when we were ordering but then not service friendly pushing out of the door before we’d finished. Would definitely NOT recommend and will NOT be returning.

Excellent place for brunch with some unusual and authentic Spanish dishes and also a carefully selected range of Spanish deli produce and fresh fruit / veg. No longer have to make the trek to Portobello Road for morcilla to go with the new season broad beans!

Fantastic little place, very friendly staff, lots going on in here including live music on Fridays, salsa days, wine and Spanish speaking days. Kids and animals are welcome. Fantastic coffee and food, very clean place throughout. We found our favourite spot for sure and will be visiting it regularly. Highly recommend to absolutely everyone. Note: very inexpensive too. 👍

Lovely cocktails and the staff were very friendly.

The coffee and daytime food are top notch. Our evening of Cava and homemade tapas were as authentic as it gets. The outstanding individual freshest flavours and wonderful presentation of every dish displays the highest level of personal care at this privately owned restaurant.

I used to buy vegetables and other stuff from them and ate there from time to time - until one day when my internet at home didn't work at all and had to find a quick and temporary solution. I went there with my laptop as it was the closest place to mine, ordered brunch and a coffee and I was told that I could use internet for very little time). I needed a bit more and wanted to order something more to finish my work, but was told that wasn't possible. I mention that the place was almost empty ( excepting a couple next to me - the man complaining of how lazy the remote workers were :| it's unbelievable how some people live an entire life without learning a basic thing - to not jump to conclusions without understanding the context, but that's another story). Overall, the atmosphere there in that day ( when I was also stressed with work) was very hostile, I felt very disappointed by the way I was treated, especially as a regular customer (while the prices are quite high there). So, I didn't walk in that place again.

First tapas restaurant I have been to that has ample choices for vegetarians/pescatarians, I was spoilt for choice. Amazing food, really good live Friday entertainment. So glad it’s local to me can’t wait to try all the others dishes.
