Regency Pizza in Hambleton

Ordered on app at 4pm for delivery at 7pm and was then told at 6.15pm it wud b 2 hours away and no refund for 2-3days annoyed doesn’t even come close. I am not a argumentative person but I was so so mad and starving lol

Used to be a great takeaway but over the past few months it has declined to a level of appalling. Deep pan pizzas are now only millimetres thick, chewy and tough and chips are either reheated from the day before or undercooked. Given that the price for a takeaway is expensive it's really no longer worth it.

Last chance. Previously had deliveries where something has been missing. Same again tonight. To top it off the chicken was totally overcooked and dry. What a waste of money.

We were pleased with the pizza we ordered which did taste good. Staff were very busy and not particularly friendly but we got what we went for and it wasn’t too bad a price.

Others in the area will trade to their opening times, were told no delivery after 10.30 closed at 11.oo awfull customer service the manager they should be ashamed of themselves. LIAR!

Delivery late, pizza really burnt, didn't get the garlic sauce I paid for. Would of been better off with an oven pizza. Waste of money.

very poor. kebab was cold dry and rubbery as if it had been from last nights leftovers I don't think I have a good word to say about any of it as salad was soggy mayo was vinegary p.s we have at least 1 meal a week from you guys so deserve better.

This place is fantastic. We order a delivery about once a month (trying to watch our waists). I’ve always been a Dominoes lover but won’t go near them now that I’ve found Regency. The service is always amazing and the pizzas have got so much more flavour to them than a Dominoes Pizza. The garlic dip is also insanely good.

Always have a good, friendly service here, would definitely recommend. The meatinator pizza is a must and so are their parmesans. Their garlic sauce is amazing too!!

Visited on a number of occasions, whilst it is more expensive that comparative establishments, the food has always been warm and nice. Would recommend.

Having my daughter visit and take us out for dinner, we chose La Piazza. Staff were very pleasant, the decor hasn't changed but the food has! Pleasantly surprised at the improvement. 2 pasta meals and 1 pizza, plus pudds! Well done!!

So the food is OK, but recently i have been overcharged twice, emailed twice with no reply, ordered something online and was then told is unavailable or they can't do it. If you're a dip lover, order 2 smalls instead of 1 large. 4oz garlic dip 70p, 7oz garlic dip £1.40. To me, the service is as important as the food you are serving.

It's a decent takeaway - nothing amazing but nothing depressing either. Burgers are satisfactory, pizzas ok etc.

Very poor service and terrible food from their Thirsk shop....Delivered late cold and over cooked. Was told 45-60 minutes delivery, called shop after one hour to be told it would only be a couple of minutes, 15 minutes later food arrived, greasy, cold and over cooked. Also delivery charged even though I had spent over the amount to claim free delivery!Food was thrown out and wasted. I would avoid at all costs

Really nice food, would recommend any of the pizzas/kebabs. Has been going for many years now with same management are very friendly!
