Refresh in South Lakeland

I can't get over how nice everyone is in here 😄 it's the only cafe I'll go in as everyone is lovely and you can feel the amazing atmosphere as soon as you walk in 😊 popped in today for a coffee and a panini it was amazing as always 😄 If I could I would eat here everyday 😊 Thank you so much, see you soon 😄

Just attended a friend's wedding reception, where the catering was supplied by Refresh. The selection of cheeses, salads, sandwiches, and meats was first class. Beautifully presented. But this was nothing compared to the variety of excellent desserts and cakes. The staff were amazingly attentive and continually circulated to make sure everyone was well fed and watered. There was also plenty to go around. All in all a first class spread, which certainly helped round off a wonderful day.

The best place for lunch and takeaways in the middle of area with a great range of sandwiches , quiches , pies ,treats and cakes on offer . They offer a good range of hot and cold drinks and everything is a reasonable price and absolutely freshly cooked or made and I suspect most of it is made on the day of service. Lovely friendly staff who also make cakes for special occasions and events in the local area Not many places now to eat in the middle and 4 barrier but this is one of the best for lunch and breakfast. Good value for money 💰

WOW! The food here is amazing and fresh along with being good quality, excellent value for money would of happily paid double for my baguette, wish I lived closer as I would be here all the time. Staff lovely too.

A great stop off for us if you need a nice sandwich on the go. Especially partial to the tuna salad sandwich and the panini. I found the coffee a bit weak though.

This sandwich shop has to be the best around, cakes are great as well it one of my favourite places when am passing through. Girls are really friendly also.

Just to say thank you to Margaret and her team at Refresh. We try to get there every week, and every time we go we are met with a super warm welcome and served with the most excellent food there is. Very few food outlets come close to the quality or standards achieved by Refresh. It is a credit to all concerned. Well done. And thanks again.

Pleasant , scrupulously clean, well located and lots of fresh choice. The best around for cafe choices. Seating area in and out. Located in the square at milnethorpe.
