Great night out, drinks are cheap as chips as they are 241 on cocktails. The short girl with red hair is very helpful in helping me pick the best cocktail. Great staff aswell and great music from Gaz the DJ. Would come again! 👍

Myself and friends reserved a booth but didn’t purchase drinks packages. One of the staff members sold us cocktails on the night that were on offer before 11pm and did a miniature Masterclass for us as it wasn’t busy. That’s what I call going the extra mile. After looking into the drinks packages we wish we had bought some but next time we know to preorder. Nothing was too much bother and we had an amazing night. Thank you team reflex. You rock!

Had a fantastic night in reflex last night listening to the best 80s music. This is a fantastic venue with top class staff. I left my phone behind as well and the staff were excellent in making sure I got it back. Great Customer service :)

It was my wife’s birthday on the 7th June and made a visit to reflex Hanley on the Saturday night I really can’t think of a bad word to say about the venue I contacted Kelly and explained it was my wife’s birthday we were kindly given free admission and a bottle of bubbly from the moment we were there we were all made welcome Kelly was great and friendly and the bar staff who are just as friendly,reflex Hanley is the best venue so thank you to Kelly and the team who made an very enjoyable night we will see you very soon

What a vile but stunning place. I cannot stop coming here even though they literally play the same Spotify playlist every time we come. Love it but we hate it at the same time. Must visit!!

we Had our Area Works Night out here a week ago and it was an absolutely brilliant night! Music was varied, drinks flowing, and staff very friendly especially Kelly who had the lads howling Woo Woo when they ordered woo woo cocktails, such a fun night :D

Wow that was a cracking night. We had a right laugh the music was out of this world, left when they closed and going again as soon as I can.

I went out Friday night with some mates up hanley we went to reflex 80s bar, what a night we had great music great atmosphere and the bar staff we brill and really quick when serving us would 100% recommend to everyone, planning on going again this Friday aswell.

Works night out On Saturday night there were twenty of us there was great music and great service would 100 percent recommend. Great place to party

This is by far the best bar in Hanley, great music, great drinks and fairly priced. Always come here on a night out and don't leave until close (4am) always happy with the bar staff, they treat you great no matter how busy it gets...I love this place so much I actually broke my ankle on the dance floor. The best member of the bar staff is Kathy by far as she always is fast and friendly and know both mine and my mates' order. Like the terminator as soon as she recognises our faces she knows what we are about to order. The DJ also knows what music to play and when!

Visited this weekend with a couple of friends. The bar was really busy and full of good energy. The staff were friendly and very polite despite the fact they were clearly rushed off their feet. Had a really great night and enjoyed the gigantic cocktails that were on offer. Also for a Saturday night drinks and entry prices were very reasonable. The music was great as I expected nothing but 80s but there was a good mixture of old and new. Will definitely visit again. Very enjoyable first reflex experience.

I love coming to reflex on a night out. The staff are friendly and the drinks taste great aswell as affordable. It’s a great place to go to if you’re looking for a good time .

My friends and I often come to reflex on a night out because the music is fin and endearing. The staff are friendly and always seem to remember what we want when we go to the bar and the drinks are good value for money. Would recommend to anyone that loves a good wiggle on the dance floor.

Went here for the first time Saturday night. I knew the website stated free entry before 11 p.m so I just rocked up. Was then surprised to be charged £2.00 entry as apparently I hadn't booked a 'free entry' ticket on-line. What a stupid set-up! I went to the bigger Reflex club in London back in February and you just turn up and walk in for free. It's obviously a Stonegate Pub Company thing not just this branch. Music was good but quite cheesy and the DJ wasn't up for any non-cheesy 80's requests either. When the place started to fill up around midnight the music mostly changed to 90's classics as stated, but this was still good. Good drinks deals too. Off to the Wakefield one next month then Sheffield in October.

Don't have a bad word say about the place... The 80/90's bar has great music from the time period. Staff are lovely can't do enough for you especially the management and door staff. A very definite yes to visiting on a night out.

Whenever we go out in Hanley we always end up in Reflex. The venue is by far the safest and most inclusive club in the town and we always have a banging time. Went to here on a Monday night , came on such a high after an England victory. Asked for a cider and black. Got served a very warm pint with little black. When I challenged the manger she told me it’s an extra 20p to get more black. I was like ok I work in a bar I understand that but it’s very warm with little black. She then patted a glass on mine to little avail and said there you go. The result was very under welding. Myself and my party left the venue. Her name was Kelly [-------]. The manger was very poor in handling the situation. Attached is a photo of the colour difference.

I tend to avoid Hanley for nights out but if we do end up there then Reflex is always a stop off point. Its a nice club, free from any trouble but the range of beer is not great. Most of the times I go in the beer is run out and have to resort to bottle of luminous cocktails and similar. Music is 80's/90's which is always a winner.

If you are looking to go here, be prepared to be ejected for no reason at all. Bouncers do not communicate can’t wait to get stuck in. Avoid

Your average 90's bar. Charged to enter, toilets arent the easiest to get to ( ladies). Good music, fair drink prices.

No soy uno para clubes nocturnos, pero me sentí muy cómodo aquí. Algunas Canciones eran viejas, pero mis amigos que son 40 ellos sabía. Pero luego había canciones que conocía de los años 90 en adelante. Yo diría que hay algo para todo el mundo. Los aseos eran como 2 tramos de escaleras, lo que me pareció ridículo cuando su causa borrachos podría ser un peligro. Me enamoré arriba no hacia abajo. Los precios parecían baratos, vodka doble y venga era aproximadamente 3 libras. 50. En general, una divertida noche iría de nuevo

I hate clubby-clubs personally so Reflex is for me all the way! The music is fun, just what you want on a night on the piss, the cocktails are interesting and the staff are boss!

If you want a night full of 90's anthems head here. smaller sized club, averagely priced drinks, from what i remember the stairs to the toilets were not the best but these could have well changed now.

Usually end up in here after a night out in hanley, tacky 80s music, lit up dance floor a good laugh with a group of friends!
