Red Wok in Lambeth

This is the worst Chinese to have ever existed. It is honestly the worst. Food is very bland. It tastes like it was frozen and just re-heated. I ordered from this place on Uber eats. When I tell you it came 3hrs later. I waited and waited for a very long time. I even called the restaurant 80 times before anyone picked up the call; just for them to tell me that the order would be with me in 5 mins but still came 40 minutes after the call. Do not order from this place. You’ve been warned. This is the first review I’ve ever done, so well done to Red Wok for being the shittest place to ever exist.

The worst food I’ve ever eaten. Ordered starters for 2 and special friend rice. Rice was tasteless, starters looked nothing like the photo and were stone cold and vile.

Ordered through deliveroo as was closet to us. Ordered: Mixed Vegetable Chow Mein (V) Special Chow Mein Singapore Style (H) Stir Fried Seafood with Ginger & Spring Onions So bad my wife + I couldn't finish our food and our daughters, who had the chow meins, thought it bland. The seafood with ginger was watery bland and prawns hard. The Singapore style chow mein appeared to be overcooked noodles completetly covered with excessive amounts of spice. The food lacked any subtlety We spent £44 and easily left half of the food. I eat cantonese regularly and its difficult to find good takeaways, the food we had from Red Wok (Brixton Rd) ranks the lowest for a long time. I personaly would definately not recommended it.

Comida de muy mala calidad. Fue mi primer pedido y me decepcionó mucho. Pedí albóndigas de cebollino, arroz frito especial y chow mein de champiñones y todo estaba tan grasoso y de calidad "barata". En general, no recomendaría este restaurante.

El chino de peor sabor que he probado. Tuve el pollo en salsa de frijoles negros y pollo con sal y pimienta. El pollo en frijoles negros estaba seco y en su mayor parte aceite con apenas salsa y el pollo con sal y pimienta estaba seco y sin sabor. Sin embargo, la entrega fue rápida, así que si quieres comida rápida y horrible, este es tu boleto.

Dim sums were half raw and cold in the middle. The entire meal was clearly microwaved. Complete trash.

I placed my first and last order with Red Wok last night, after making my selections and paying for my food via Just eat, the delivery time that was showing suddenly jumped up by 25 minutes making a 9.20 delivery,at 9.07 I recieved a text saying that it's on it's way,at 10.05 still no sign of the food so I rang up and cancelled it,at 10.25pm the food turns up stone cold,so I sent it back and asked for a refund,after phone calls to the restaurant and online chat to Just Eat it transpires that I'm expected to pay a third of the cost of the meal,just under £10, for a meal that took two hours and twenty minutes from the time I ordered it,and arrived stone cold and " unfit for purpose.Be warned people.😡

I ordered through uber eats and I accidentally picked prawns. Before the order came I called the restaurant requesting them to change it to chicken as I have a food allergy to fish. They said contact uber eats. I contacted uber eats and they said I cannot get a refund as the food has been prepared which is understandable but when you have a food allergy it should be taken in to consideration. The egg friend rice was bland no rich flavours. I will not order again.

The worst experience ever! We took take away through the Uber eats. It was fast, but the food was just trash! Never ever again
