With this place you never know when your food is going to taste nice or horrible. I ordered a sweet and sour chicken with vegetable chow mein. The sweet and sour sauce was overly watery and made the chow mein lose its taste. They also gave a tiny portion of noodle and more chicken which I dislike. It’s uneven portions. The crispy seaweed is either expired or fake cause I love seaweed and it didn’t even taste like seaweed just heaps of sugar and took me forever to chew so I didn’t swallow it.

Lovely fresh hot food, it's not oily at oil like some Chinese food is so it suited me because it wasn't oily which was great. Loved the prawn fried rice and chow mein.

I feel like iv eaten a dog!! I don't even know what I tried eating but it certainly was not pork ribs. The bbq sauce was not even chinese bbq sauce it was like a mcdonalds sauce. I am not a fussy eater but this food was awful. I can't even call it chinese 🤮🤮🤮. How are they still trading

Food from here used to be really nice. Now it’s still nice but lost its falavour a bit. I would like to see the Schzien dish have more heat to it like it used to. Also the duck is really good and tasty from here. Never been to the shop. Always have it delivered and timings have been ok as expected. Will eat from here again.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service, I spent £50 on my meal. Before ordering I called the restaurant and asked how much we need to spend to receive free prawn crackers, I was told £27. We didn’t receive the prawn crackers so I called them up again and they said it is not their problem, my friend could hear the owner who’s name is ABDUL shouting at me from across the room. I will never order from here again, the Chinese isn’t even authentic and the Singapore noodles were in fact egg noodles. Absolute joke

Never order from here you will find hair in your food and insects all over containers when you order. Not healthy at all and manager has a really bad attitude and will tell you to shut up when you call to complain and that's if they even answer because they was ignoring my calls I had to call from a different phone. Worst customer service I've had in London.

Absolutely awful food!!!! They had 30% off and I can see why. The order was late, which is fine, as I received a text message with an apology and I wasn't in a hurry anyway The noodles were very oily. It was like sipping oil from spoon - it was just over greased. The beef inside of it tasted like not beef. It was just some sort of fatty tissue. It was very gross. I was even thinking if it even is beef? The toast was full of fat. I had prawn toast many times, it was never soaked this much in oil. The curry was just watery soup like consistency. I had few mouthfuls of the toast and noodles, thinking I'll try,but it was making me sick. It went in the bin!!! I regret I didn't read the reviews first!!!

I always order from here on uber eats. Soooo good!! Their ribs are the best. Only thing is I find their curry to be quite watery which is a shame as I love a Chinese curry.

Tasteless food. They claim they can make Thai food. What rubbish..my sri lankan wife can cook better Thai food. The pad Thai was soggy and the red Thai curry was full of sugar. I dumped it in the bin and ordered a pizza. Just bland food.

I orded three diffrent flavours of Lamb Ribs, Honey, BBQ and Madarin, Let me tell you i bit down to the bone every bite, I honestly could not be any more happier met my expectations, not over cooked not dry or bland, it had the right amount of CHEW, souce, flavour and love packed into all those dishses i got! I’ve been ordering from here for months since I found about it and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always freshly prepared😭 it’s always pipping hot everything I receive it 😭❤️ Thank you so much.

After call to the restaurant, Hewad, who is very nice and kind person, explained the situation and my next order arrived on time, fresh, hot and delicious. Disgusting !! AVOID The food is absolutely disgusting. Staff are extremely rude when I called to complain about the horrible food we received. They simply don’t care. It’s surprising how are they even allowed to be operating with such poor quality of food and even worst customer care.

I found hair in my food,they brought me a new one and I gave them back the one with hair in it, later that night I received this text message back from them. Hi, You claimed there was a hair in your dish, I wonder why eat almost all of the king prawn, I searched but I couldn’t find any hair, our chef is bald, I’m definitely sure it was your own hair, I have told you to not touch the food, but you almost finished it, be loyal at least with yourself How rude! I then replied and told him how dare he send such message and I will be reporting him to FSA council and Just Eat. Please AVOID there by any means necessary.

Ordered from uber eats with code but restaurant cancelled without reason and now voucher is gone. Called up to enquire about cancellation they said they just make the food and blamed uber eats. Not helpful.

I'd give this place a zero but unfortunately there is no option to do that. Customer service is absolutely disgraceful to say the least, the guy on the phone was so rude and dismissive towards me simply for asking a basic question regarding their menu and ingredients due to allergies etc. That experience alone made me not want to use their services.

Terrible! I paid £6.90 each for 2 x Large salt & pepper king Prawns. They placed 4 or 5 prawns in the each pack (RIP OFF). The special fried rice had only peas and chicken. I have ordered the hot & sour soup and vegetable chowmein. The soup taste like water and chowmein was burnt. They didn't give any napkins, spoons or forks even the payment receipt also. Ordered at 1:25 on JustEat, delivery time was supposed to be within 35 to 55 minutes. Food arrived more than a hour late, the delivery guy just rang the bell once and was ready to leave. Once. Asked to ring the bell again because otherwise I can't open the door, and instead I had to run for him downstairs because he was just leaving. Food arrived soggy. Do not recommend.

Avoid this restaurant! Sweet and sour chicken tasted like the chicken has gone off and smelt really really bad. How are restaurants allowed to sell food that has gone off? This restaurant definitely needs further reporting as it is a serious matter.

If i could give this place a Zero rating I would have done so! Ordered via ubereats. Got my order completely wrong. Rang the takeaway and they did try to get the delivery drover to come back but he refused. The takeaway made no effort to replace the order or reimburse. Avoid at all costs!!

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Chicken balls tasted like the chicken inside was cooked a week ago. Took one bite and it made my stomach turn. Rice has a rotten smell to it. Had to throw away. Wasted money and time.

Ordered a couple of times from this place. And tbh the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Giving 2 stars coz they’re open till late. And it has helped me to order some food late night when most of the others are closed. The food is 0 - ⭐️ There chowmein is dry Singapore fried rice lol only had 0.005% chicken and 0.003% shrimps and the rest was rice 😂

Ordered the set meal for two and hot and sour soup. The sweet and sour chicken seemed it has been cooked in sugar syrup and there was no sourness in it. The beef did not have any taste at all. Just had soya sauce all over. Mostly, the soup disappointed me the most. The soup seemed, the soya sauce had been the base for it with some ingrediants that has been put into it. It was so dark in colour and I could only taste the soya sauce! The rice was fine. Never ordering again.

Really wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. Firstly, I’ve noticed the standard of uber eats is becoming appalling given that the restaurants they are assisting are somewhat filth to be polite. This Chinese is like no other I’ve ever tasted. I would be quite concerned about what types of meat are actually used. The taste and smell of ge ribs quite literally turned my stomach. I spat the supposedly crispy chilli beef out, the curry sauce was gritty, the chips are friggin chicken shop chips (seriously!?) and the egg fried rice tasted of pure grease and grit. I actually still feel sick! I’m sorry but Chinese takeaway is a very common takeaway choice in my household so we’ve had several different types and this is honestly NOT Chinese food to even the average standard. I feel like I need to make myself vomit to rid the dirty grout within me! Restaurant definitely needs to be evaluated by the FSA! AVOID!!!!!!

Ordered chicken with mango. It literally is chicken bits in this weird see through sauce and mango chopped into it. I expected the mango to be cooked. The egg fried rice was actually rice with chicken. The special chow mein had hardly any prawn and no vege in any of the dishes. Will never eat here again.

Sometimes the food from here has been nice and sometimes not so. I had a terrible experience last time though and want to post here in the hope that something can be improved. I ordered a meal and was told 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour I called and asked where it was, I was told a further 5 minutes but after 20 minutes it was still not here. I called again and again told 5 minutes. Eventually it arrived cold after 1 hour and 45 minutes however one of the dishes was missing. I had paid for this dish so I requested they bring it to me. The delivery guy said he would come straight back. After one hour there was still no sign of the dish so I called and was again told 5 minutes. I called again after 15 minutes and then again after that. In total it took a whole 3.5 hours for me to get my whole order. I told them they should add a free drink or something for the inconvenience of keeping me waiting. I was told I would get this but didn't. It was a terrible experience and I hope they can learn from this.

The chowmein doesnt even taste like chowmein. The noodles were dry and the chicken was dry and tasteless. I got diarrhoea because of it.

This has to be the worst Chinese take out I have ever had the portion are a bit on the small side, pots aren't full only about 70% full. The Chilli beef was in a sweet and sour sauce yuk. Prawn crackers were plastic and stale, BBQ ribs had a sweet BBQ sauce on.. Not Chinese flavour.

This is a complaint. Egg fried rice smelled of dust bin, king po chicken tasted like it was marinated with toilet bleach, lamb pieces were not chewable, ice cream was missing. It was a waste of money, time and wait. Please don't order from them to boost such business. Frustrated.

I ordered food from there and after 1 hour I contacted the restaurant via hungry house live chat and I got told it will come in 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I called up the restaurant and the man said it'll be here in 25 minutes so I was expected to wait in total 2 hours and 10 minutes. He then said he can cancel my order which I agreed on. As soon as I got off the phone I realised I payed via PayPal and I could not cancel the transaction so I needed them to issue the refund. I called back numerous times and no one answered. Even tried to contact them through hungry house live chat but apparently the resataurant is now closed so I could not message them!! Absolutely disgusted!!!! Do not order from here as customer service is horrific!!

Couldn't have chosen a worse place to eat. Asked for no bell pepper since I'm allergic, when the food came there was nothing but chicken in the sauce, they decided not to put any vegetables at all. Not to mention that the taste was awful. Ordered strawberry cheesecake as a desert, it came frozen with ice still not melted on top of it...

Best Chinese takeaway around here in Newham. Great food. The only pet peeve is that I always leave a message to them and ask the delivery driver to call me when they get to my door but they never listen. I had an order last night and requested a phone call. However, the delivery man knocked and got angry at one of my housemates who was asleep. I had to reiterate to him that I asked him to call. Please advise your delivery drivers of this. Thank you.

No spring in the spring rolls, no prawns in the prawn toast, beef and cashew nuts had chilli in it that wasn't advertised and it had a weird powdery taste to it, ribs had sweet and sour saurce poured all over them, chip shop chicken curry, sauté chicken really salty, no prawn crackers, everything cold because it took them an hour and ten minutes to arrive. So hungry and very disappointed. Not for us when there are some amazing take always in East London. I did ring to complain but was told I had to take a second chance on them to be compensated. Hmmmm not looking forward to the morning.

Food was very poor quality. Notably the ribs which had about 5 bites of meat in total for £4.90 - rest was fat and bone. There was a piece of plastic from a broken box in one of the dishes which cut my lip. Avoid! Part of our delivery was missed off. Avoid.

Thank you for poisoning me! I asked if there was corn in the soup and was told no. I am allergic to corn of any type and found corn in it after i had eaten it. Then when I call to complain the staff was rude and unsympathetic. It was the worst Chinese I have ever eaten everything was dry and overly spiced. You should be shut down. I got told that its not their problem they won't give a refund and I couldn't speak to the manager. Well I will be telling everyone I know about how disgusting the food and the staff are at the worst Chinese restaurant in London.
