Red Chilli in Isle of Anglesey

Ordered via' just eat' It was late delivered. Driver couldn't find me even though i left clear instructions. Meal arrived£8.50 for 4 pieces of chicken in a Tikka sauce! ROBBERY!

Had a lovely take away a bit hot but my fault for that as asked for hot one will no better next time

I would honestly rather eat my own shoes than be made to eat there horrible food again, it was absolutely dreadful. P.s. Check how much you are being charged for your food because they have a tendency to add 4-5 pound on your bill thinking you won’t notice!

The estimated delivery time on the food was over an hour and a half after we ordered it. After more than two hours we had still not heard anything. I called the restaurant three times without an answer. On the fourth call someone answered - when I told them our food hadn't arrived they passed me to the driver who was supposed to deliver the food. They told me that they had come out but couldn't find the house. They then claimed that they tried to phone but didn't get an answer so they just went back to the restaurant. I had not received any call and when I told the staff this they claimed my telephone number was wrong (I have checked, it wasn't). When I asked if the food would be redelivered the driver told me that he wouldn't because "the houses around there are a nightmare". They then asked me "why can't you come and get the food" - when I advised that I had paid the delivery fee & the mandatory service charge, the restaurant staff member asked me "well what do you want me to do about it?" before they told me that I would have to go and get the food myself. When I asked if I would receive a discount or money back I was told by the restaurant that they would 'give me something' for my trouble. When we collected our food they claimed they had given us a bottle of coca cola for free (they hadn't, I had ordered this and paid for it). The staff in the restaurant were rude and apathetic. On top of this the food was cold and of a poor standard.

Regularly get food from here , chicken chilli massalla is up there with the best, chicken pakoras are the best, great food reasonably priced

This is the second time we have had it really good food. My brother and my dad loves the favours and the texture.
