I don't know if there is new staff here but service today was excellent. Cheese sandwich and coffee deal for under a fiver well worth it.

First time in this lovely coffee shop and it won't be the last. The friendliness of the the girls and probably the owner, working there was second to none. Lovely visit, bacon butty and large whole milk latte, wonderful.

We visited today and greeted by extremely happy staff. Great customer service; and offered several items off the menu. Friendly, clean and charming decor and the coffee was fab!

Decided to try this coffee shop for the first time. It was lovely and clean with plenty of various types of seating. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Decided to try the offer of a cheese toasties and a skinny cappuccino for £4.49. Absolute bargain and very tasty, the coffee was to my liking too. Was tempted by the biscoff cheesecake afterwards which was a bit on the small side but delicious. Noted when I checked the flyer I picked up I could have even used my blue light card for a discount. Will definitely be going back when I next go to burnley

Visited today while me and mum had a rare day odd together. Wow what can I say the staff firstly are absolutely amazing. All very friendly the lady with the dark hair which I presume is the owner is absolutely lovely talks to you like she has known you for years it's not many place where people try and build a community but she is certainly trying and succeeding. We had 2 coffee and two toasties come to less than £11.00 and both the coffee and toastie was great value for money nice quality food. I love the decor here. Honestly guys your doing and amazing job. Thank you for the kindness. Next time we are in Burnley we will certainly be visiting again

The new manager and team are absolutely amazing all really nice girls, happy to chat whilst we had our drinks and food. I had a hot chocolate and cheese toastie that was delicious. Thank you

Belter coffee belter food friendly staff best in town 💯

Lovely little café coffee was really good as it's difficult to find a good decaf cappuccino. Unfortunately it was extremely busy due to Christmas lights switch on so only a limited range of food left by 13:00. The coffee and toastie deal is good value and a nice range of cake's for those who like a sweet treat.

Excellent coffee shop, nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Visited for the first time on Saturday (with a friend that recommended) and will definitely visit again.

Great coffee and lovely armosphere

First visit, and despite being a busy Saturday, my wife and I received our order in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. My wife had an Americano and I a latte, and we tried the three cheese toastie. Well worth the visit.

A real Gem, nice and cosy .Fantastic coffee and cheese and Tomoto toastie..(Much cheaper then other coffee shops.) Friendly staff .Will definitely come again .

Visited Real Coffee Bean on 3 occasions and excellent every time. Good coffee, cool decor, comfy seating and great value for money. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1st visit meeting a group of friends. I was really surprised how cosy the atmosphere was also the vast amount of seating available. Interior decor was lovely & comfy leather sofas..I tried to download their app which was taking forever, Internet was really slow, even though they provide free WiFi download app prior to your visit!! There are various daily offers. I went to order, only x2 flavoured white baguette sandwiches on offer £4, I had Earl Grey tea & decided on cheese/onion toastie on brown, very disappointed on the minimum filling used for the price, which was very expensive. Hardly any cakes on offer, £4 & very small slices, again not worth the price unless you use the £5 daily offers, which I still think is expensive, my tea was luke warm, I didn't enjoy my tea. If I visit again probably just have a hot drink, I think your food prices are a rip off for what you get, they should be a £1 cheaper, & more quantity/variety of sandwich/cakes on offer, even if you only increase each by x1.

Nice comfortable environment, staff friendly but not to the point where they informed about offers eg Coffee and a cake for £5. I ordered a coffee and a scone with butter and the cost was £6.14. The coffee was only just warm when served and the scone (the last one on display at 3pm) was stale. Sorry but I won't be going again.

It was a pleasant enough place, not the fastest service though, and luke warm coffee.

My go to place for coffee in Burnley. Great staff and atmosphere. Special mention to Charlotte who always goes above and beyond. A brilliant team you've got there all of you keep up the great work! 👍

First time at this new coffee shop. It was lovely inside and the staff were friendly. Didn't really think the drinks were worth what we paid. Nothing fancy and food options were basic. Hot chocolate came without any extras, just a basic hot chocolate you could make at home.

Although we didn't eat, the food & cakes looked really good. Loved the surroundings & atmosphere, its very popular and the staff very attentive. Our first visit, but definitely not the last.

Beautiful atmosphere. The owner is lovely and cheerful. The inside is decorated perfectly and there’s plenty of seating. Food is tasty and the cakes are 10/10

First visit to this little gem in Burnley Centre, but will be a regular from now on. Fabulous service, good prices and quality homemade soup! So tempted to try the wide range of sweet treats 😋 but just about resisted. Love the relaxing decor and the welcoming staff. Keep up the good work.

What a lovely little coffee shop! Drinks and cakes were amazing. Some good deals on too. Regular drink and a cake £5! We went for a large latté and it did not disappoint. Place is nice and cozy inside with plenty of seating and good places for instagramable pics! Right inso a great place for a stop off. Will defo be back. Thanks ladies.

Excellent coffee, staff very friendly

First time in. Very pleasant service and nice surroundings but waited ages for my coffee..though she did say, 'sorry about that.' It didn't seem overly busy.
