Don't bother with them. Ordered for delivery, never arrived. Owner said it was delivered to front desk at hotel, it was not.

not great, ordered chips and a eclair and the chips were rock hard, couldn’t eat any of them, very undercooked. the eclair was clearly from a shop and just been reselling. when they delivered it they were supposed to give change but they didn’t give the change and walked off!!!!

Thieves!!!! Made an order for £37 on foodhub. Rami's called me to cancel the order as they had sent the driver home (why accept it then) and have taken the payment anyway. Refuses to investigate and called us liars outright and hid behind his children when we turned up to confront the issue. Will never order from here again.

Terrible service and rude owner. Waited 2 hours for delivery (which I paid an extra £5 for - I live 5 mins away) I called to see where my order was after an hour and a half to be told they would call the driver and call me back which they never did. Called again after 2 hours and they hung up on me. No delivery and no refund. Shocking service. Avoid at all costs.

Awful over priced food with missing items £19.30 for a kebab and cheesy chips ( they didn’t put cheese on) and 3 pieces of Un edible chicken 🤮🤮

The options for delivery in Penzance are somewhat limited to say the least.We ordered from here and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food and service.Food was tasty and of a good standard. Delivery was prompt and the delivery driver very friendly.Would recommend ordering from here if you fancy a night in without the stress of cooking

We just ordered takeaway from this restaurant and had it delivered, all the food arrived piping hot, very fast and the portions are massive, I mean huge. The quality of the chicken is really great, both my husband and I are very fussy and his mixed grill was just as good. Lovely boxes of salad with each meal and a comp bottle of drink. Will definitely order from them again next time we’re down

So I initially made a order at 8pm on the dot for a simple burger meal and a kebab..... At 9pm it still hadn't arrived so I called back and was told " it's already out for delivery " so then I waited.. and waited.. and waited until finally at 10pm I rang AGAIN and the guy answers the phone and says he's not even seen the order but will get it too me in 20 minutes, 45 minutes later the order FINALLY turns up.... And he's missed half of it ! Absolutely terrible! If you actually plan on eating then please for the love of God avoid ordering from ramis ! I emplore you too go somewhere else

Malá provozovna v úplném centru Penzance poskytuje širokou škálu pokrmů, včetně vegetariánských. Dali jsme si kebab s hranolky a zeleninou. Varování - velkou porci si dejte pouze v případě, že máte opravdu velký hlad! Nemohli jsme dojíst, kolik toho bylo.

Bought food for my starving family on a rainwashed day. Couldn't have stopped at a better place. Very Turkish flavours. We tried their chicken kebab, lamb kebab, kofte kebab, chicken donner and fried chicken. Would recommend them highly. Do not forget to ask for the garlic mayo and their homemade chilli sauce!Great Halal gem in Cornwall

Stopped in here one teatime for a kebab while in Penzance.It was ok and certainly far better than Alverton kebabs!!!.As with a lot of kebab shops though i didnt really feel that enthusiastic about it.Would i go again?? Possibly but i wouldnt worry if i didnt

Delivered early so not everyone was here to eat it, but still managed to be cold.Disgusting grey looking fried chicken went straight in the bin.Cardboard cold pizza tasted of nothing and looked like it had chunks of catfood on it.Scampi was undercooked and tiny. Chicken nuggets were popcorn chicken sized, undercooked and cold. Chips were rubbery, clammy and cold.Burger was OK, but small.The single worst takeaway I've ever ordered. Will never order from here again. Utterly atrocious.

I had a large Donner with Garlic Sauce. It was tasty as reflected in the fact that I ate here a year ago and I returned. I was offered a fork, which was good. I dropped a mark as the salad was not quite as crispy as I am used to.

If you're looking for quality food at reasonable prices - look no further. The meat is extremely good quality. I had the large mixed kebab which included lamb and chicken shish, lamb donner and two lamb koftes. All of which were cooked to perfection without a single piece of grizzle in sight. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and let us sit and eat in the shop for almost one hour. A must! P.S. what a great hangover cure!

Taken by sudden laziness we called for a kebab here ( on recommendation of a friend) the service was very friendly and the kebab was ace. Satisfied full tummies
