Worst takeaway in history, charged me £4.50 for delivery and didn’t take discount off my order on feed me online would not recommended anyone eating this takeaway lost a loyal customer

Food was spot on. Highly recommend the zinger wings and zinger burger. Can’t wait till they start the chicken donner.

First time trying Rajas and I was disappointed. The tall guy at the till with curly hair had the worst customer service skills ever. No manners at all. No please or thank you. Just rude. As I was stood waiting to order he had his earbuds in talking to his friend swearing in conversation. The place was so filthy , tables unclean. The owner needs to sort the staff out.

Best takeaway i had. The chicken is devine and the cheesecake is too. Kind staff. Big portions, Fast service,and really exellent food. 100% recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of spicy wings is not good. Last time it was crispy and hot. Today it was like no breading at all. The Zinger burger was also not spicy. Disappointed today

Very disappointed how are you even trading I would be ashamed to serve food like this to a customer If I had a business. You need be shout down quality like this I think the pizza chief lost half the sauce in the owners greedy a🌟🌟🌟🌟 and lost the toping in his stomach 🤦‍♂️

Food just seemed really poor quality.. bit of a funny taste to the chicken pieces and all just seemed excessively greasy and limp.. don’t get me wrong, it’s cheap ish food so I guess you can only expect so much 😬

Slightly early. Delivery driver was lovely. Chicken burger was horrific - rock hard bun and chicken tasted like it has been on a washing line for a week. Donner meat and peri fries were OK. Wings were the best bit. Won't order again, don't bother!

Im quite a loyal customer and usually really happy with my food, but tonight, first time, my food got delivered 1 hour late than stated as delivery time. Rung takeaway to find out food will be delivered in next 10-15mins, thought that’s fine and waited. Time went past and I was still waiting. Decided to ring apps customer service who then rung takeaway and said food is on the way. After extra 1 hour of waiting we didn’t get no extra, not even a dip, kids went to sleep in a meantime and wasted food and after ringing takeaway about maybe knocking few £ of order, they completely didn’t understand their mess up. Very disappointing

Lazy and not customer focused. They don’t even attend or welcome you at the counter and when they do attend they just ask for order and put the card machine near you, no smile. On many occasions, I have called them 15 mins before arriving to have an order ready for collection and on both occasions they had not even started preparing the order, the second time really annoyed me as they had no customers so there wasn’t even a reason for it not to be ready. On the other hand the other establishment I ordered from at the same had it ready and bagged and I even ordered more from there. Just goes to show. There’s chicken burgers are uncooked and chewy, eating a rubber band would be easier to swallow, I will never attend again

Absolutely Poor Customer Service. Ordered The Food Since 9.40pm. Still Hasn’t Arrived. Rajas Member Saying He’ll Be There In 2-3mins When It’s Been 10mins And He’s Still Isn’t Here. Very Poor Service. Never Again Will I Be Ordering. Saying They Low On Staff Etc. Not My Problem From A Customers Perspective.

Unfortunately I have to say that the food used to be so good and normally delivered a bit early/on time (that perfect sweet spot almost) but today and a couple of other times of late it has been delivered very late. Also this time the food was burnt to a crisp and cold on arrival. I'm now thinking of using other takeaways in future sorry. Shame as they used to be so good, but it seems recently they have gone really downhill looking at other reviews too.

Not up to the usual quality sadly. We will not order again.

MY ORDER WAS DELAYED FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON.WHEN THE GUY TUNED UP HE SPENT MORE TIME SCRATCHING HIS PRIVATES, MY FOOD WAS STONE COLD ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS GET THE FOOD AND SHUT THE DOOR BUT HE WAS MAKING SMALL TALK ABOUT THE SHOP NEAR ME.

Food was ok peri peri chips too much shake on them, other food ok but a little cold not hot but was nice

Such a poor customer service . Our food didn’t deliver being waited till 2 hours . It’s not late it didn’t even arrive pathetic … feel sorry for the people who order from here .

Food arrived cold and 20 mins late

Was late by 5 minutes but was waiting 1 hour before that. Pizza come, was very dry and tasted like it had been sat in the pizza box for an hour. Delivery was poor. Ordered it and waited over 1 hour until it was delivered, very unsatisfied.

We were already sat in the restaurant when we read the reviews...We were served by a pleasant member of staff and the food came in a reasonable time. It was freshly cooked with both crunchy fries and chicken pieces that were hot and very tasty. £3.80 for each 2pc fries portion which were much larger than KFC. Absolutely enjoyed it and will definitely be calling here again.

The food here is always amazing, never had a problem and the delivery drivers are always nice and friendly!

I am absolutely amazed at how good this place is! Only found out about them a few weeks ago. They do a chicken fillet burger which is delicious... Better than KFC imo..!.. they're so big you struggle to fit it in your mouth. Always delivered on time and hot... Their pizza's are really nice too... I would highly recommend anyone to go there.. . I don't order from anyone else since I discovered Raja's...

I will not be ordering from here again I ordered the boneless box and they gave me chicken burger, donner meat, 2 chicken wings and a chicken drumstick with chips. which only the chips and chicken burger is correct for the boneless box.

pretty good! Was correct, tasty, hot and on time. Like most places the chips are only OK. But everything else was good. Lovely driver too, will order from again!

No food delivered sadly and no one answering when trying to ring them to find out what's wrong. First time this has ever happened, so no idea what's happened. Normally they are always great too.

small portions, the salad is only onion and lettuce, no tomato or cucumber, the meat is luncheon meat, when I ordered a kebab the second one was supposed to be free, ok it came free but without lettuce and no sauces, completely different than the first one and the second one was supposed to be the same, only delivery efficient, I do not recommend

Never have a problem here but very disappointed today, the donner meat is very greasy, they didnt send my drink and the garlic mayo pot had about 1cm of sauce in it. Also waited an hour and 20 for the food. Such a shame as i order from here regurlarly

I ordered pizza meal deal. Service was good. However, quality of food is not good. I got bad stomach ache after eating pizza. So I don't recommend for take away. I always order pizza from dominos but never had a tummy ache.

Pre ordered so could be available for an after school kids event. Came late. Ordered large chips, the box was stuffed with four sauce pots and limited chips. Pizza was good (or maybe the kids were too hungry to care)

ordered at 7:55pm, received message to say order was running late, arrived 9:30pm with chicken stripe missing, rang and they said they would send out with next driver, chicken strips arrived 10:20pm!

I came to talk about their attitude, and it seems others are having the same issues. The owner doesn't seem to care, or he is the type of owner who thinks his business will never be ruined by these reviews.

Pizza had a staple in the box, was burnt and just tasted awful, pizza was really really spicy even though didnt order anything spicy and have had this pizza before and wasnt spicy. Waste of time and money. Shame because we really enjoyed our food from here before.

All the time pizza is coming cold

I ordered two donner meat on naan with sauces and salad. One is ok with salad and sauce but other is without any salad or sauce which is not easy to eat.
