My one complaint is you DONT serve hot food on a cold plate !!! big no no in catering ,you would not put a salad on a hot plate. I sent my plate back before they served my Massaman Chicken which was very nice , i have been in catering and my Husband is a retired chef he just shook his head.{ your food gets colder quicker}.

If you’re in the area and hungry, this warm, welcoming spot is the place for you. We phoned ahead and were welcomed with friendly smiles and guided to our specially prepared table. Tom Yum with prawns (4 large), Chicken wings (huge!), Fried Sea Bass in a hot, sweet and sour sauce, Green Chicken Curry, Beef Salad (I asked for it rare and it was perfectly cooked) we’re all delicious and the portions were remarkably generous. A true and authentic taste of Thailand. Highly recommend

This is my 4th visit and every time the service and food has been exceptional. Hidden gem of Richmond. Must try if you’re visiting Richmond.

What a fabulous find. We booked a day ahead, but dint need to. Booking on line was simple and straightforward with a confirmation email received very quickly (it did go to Spam, so worth checking!). We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our table. It wasn’t very busy and so there was plenty of choice. We were promptly given menus and asked if we wanted a drink whilst we considered our choices. Menu is extensive with a lot of variety. It also has a simple system to indicate how spicy the spicy dishes are. We did find that dishes were probably not quite as spicy as expected from these ratings. Our food arrived quickly and was of generous portions as well as being absolutely delicious. Strangely the service was a little too efficient as we could have enjoyed a little more time with these very nice people. We will definitely go back here.

We didn’t have any booking but they gave us the table and the staff is very friendly and food was excellent….. All thanks to the waitress who served us ning . And the manger too….

A group of us have been here several times now whilst in the area on business and I’m not sure we’ll ever go anywhere else. The food is so delicious and authentically Thai. You can tell everything is freshly cooked. The service is friendly and the cocktails are yummy. Everything you could want from a restaurant. I have very high standards when it comes to food and restaurants and I love it - Don’t believe the negative reviews - give it a try - you won’t be disappointed!

Our 5th visit, each time has been as pleasant as the last. We have no understanding why previous have scored low writhing their reviews. Everything from the ambience, quality of food, value for money and customer service is incredible. We love this place and make every effort to travel here whenever we’re in this part of London. Thanks so much to the chef, who is blessed, staff and all involved. We will see you again soon.

Wonderful. Welcoming people, great ambiance and great food. Such a great addition to the neighbourhood. We have been here many times and it is great every time.

I've got to be honest, I'm glad that I went here before I read the reviews, as if I had I probably wouldn't have gone! Having said that, i'm extremely glad that I did - the food here is delicious and authentic. Usually when you visit restaurants and the menu says that the food is spicy, it very rarely actually is - this is not one of those restaurants! I had the braised beef southern chicken and it was one of the spiciest dishes I've eaten for a long time, whilst also being absolutely delicious! Portion sizes are great, staff are friendly, overall a really great, unexpected find, and we've been back to the Earl's Court location several times since as a result! Ignore the rubbish in the other reviews and check this place out for yourself.

Dreadful rude unhelpful service. The dim-sum dish I ordered tasted off, I waited 5 minutes for the waitress to come over so I could change or send it back. When she finally arrived, probably 10 minutes, despite the restaurant being completely empty, she declined to change it for a spring roll, which was one of the choices for the set-lunch, saying as I had bitten in to it she was allowed to change it. I pointed out that they probably had many spring rolls and as she hadnt been around to ask how my meal was, there wasnt an opportunity to complain. In addition, the food was nothing special. I eat Thai at least twice a week and have been to Thailand and even cook myself. It would have been so easy for her to change my dish and make my experience a pleasant one. Who knows I might have returned. Lastly I pointed out that as she had been so unaccomodating and rude, that I would post reviews on all the local restaurant forums. At which point she said OK she would change my dish, also at which point I was so incensed that I told er not to bother - and hence my review here!

I never hated food so much. why is there no option for zero stars. black bean sauce had 2 beans, the tofu tasted like I was chewing a paid of socks. the green curry was novel in that I’ve never had green curry that tasted like child sick.

Authentic Thai and best quality food we’ve tasted outside of Thailand We are all foodies and able to appreciate fantastic ingredients and cookery skills Loved the atmosphere and service was second to none

My friend and I both absolutely love Thai food so we were so excited to try this place. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and so cosy and nicely decorated. Staff are attentive too. We decided to go for the set menu for two where we had this amazing sharing platter which was definitely the highlight and got so choose a main each. I opted for the sea bass cooked with ginger and chilli and my friend had the yellow lamb curry. She said she found it slightly fatty but the curry sauce itself was lovely my sea bass dish was nice although I didn’t think it would be battered and fried (a sin for seabass in my opinion) however the dish was delicious. We had a lovely evening and will definitely find an excuse to try more dishes.
