Drove 45 minutes to get a take away and was still warm when we got home. The food was amazing, was well worth the trip.

I can't even tell you how much we love the food here! When we have friends or family over we order from here as they have a slight obsession with it! We have tried most things on the menu now and it is absolutely delicious 😋

Munch!! Ordered Greedy Pig burger, Triple Cheeseburger and a Hunter's chicken burger (delivered by UberEats) All burgers were packed safely in their individual boxes, no need for plates. The best burger I have had for a long time (I had the greedy pig) nice mix of flavours and good balance. Just the right amount of messiness. The others enjoyed their burgers too. Would definitely order again. Superb burgers.

We had my partners 40th here and the food was amazing and staff couldn't have done more for us, they were all super friendly and welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be back and recommend to eat in aswell as takeaway :)

1st time ordered from here Look at that burger. What a place. Burgers are huge and very nice.we had half rack of ribs which the meat just fell off. Thats that bourbon bbq burger with bacon and hotdog loaded fries. Delivery was about hour.

We ordered rib meals, wings and some blue cheese dip. Sadly the dip and slaw didn't arrive. I called to query wothin 2 minutes but the driver apparently couldn't come back. Can I get a refund instead? No, because the owner "doesn't know how the system works". So I've paid, you don't deliver, and you refuse to give a refund. Extraordinary.

Food from this place is always genuinely and consistently delicious, arrives when it says it will (always hot!) and always feel like we’re getting our moneys worth - plus, the owners/chefs are proper sound. If you like meat and haven’t eaten here you’re missing out. Looking forward to requesting extra spicy in person one day… cheers!

Our first try of the smokehouse food. Staff very attentive. We ordered the brisket platter with Sriracha fries and slaw to share. The brisket was very tasty and very tender. Can’t wait to try the burgers after reading the review.

We had a gorgeous Sunday lunch on Fathers Day from Que & Brew. It was spot on, and will definitely be returning. Would definitely recommend to others.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! What more can I say!!! This place is a gem. Have ordered take away 3 times now and every time the food have been of a very high standard. Not only very tasty but warm too. Shame there is so much traffic in Rochester otherwise would be hot. The only thing left to do is to actually visit. Portions are a good size too. Keep up the good work. From Royal Mail Medway Crew.

What a fantastic dining experience provided by Que & Brew Smokehouse. 1st class service. Found them by chance as I needed to walk, due to my car not working. Decided to have a light bit and I was wonderfully impressed with the quality of food. Everything is fresh, so much so I had to even complement them on the chips and order dessert. I will be coming again, please keep up the quality Garry and Donna, you have a new customer now.

Visited on one of the very first nights in lockdown for takeaway. Ordered brisket and a burger, flavours were amazing although brisket was a bit dry but appreciated its first few nights. Ordered again but still a bit dry, lovely flavour and smoke ring though so still enjoyed. Burger was amazing, great blend of meat and full of flavour. Next to try is the ribs but delivery to Hoo isn’t available so waiting for next chance to drive to Rochester and maybe eat in

It is so rare to find somewhere that doesn't overcook burgers and this is one such gem. Not only that but the customer service was top notch. Our waitress was so friendly. Would definitely recommend booking a table in the back room though if you want a peaceful meal (which we did). Sitting in the main bar would be very noisy.

First time ordering delivery & the only thing I'm miffed about is I hadn't found these guys earlier. Oh my days! Absolutely delicious. It's been 24hrs & it's still on my mind. It was Saturday night & we still got our food delivered well within 30 mins. I couldn't believe the guy still said sorry for the delay. I would've taken pics but I got so excited after the first chip I forgot to.

We ordered brisket, ribs, pulled pork and chicken for four of us to share on Saturday night, and it was frankly brilliant. You could tell a lot of time and effort had gone in to the meats, as you simply cannot replicate that effect without cooking low and slow in smoke for a long old time! I've tried a lot of places in the south east looking for that genuine American low and slow style, and this is the best I've found. I 100% would recommend, and will definitely be ordering again!

Great buffalo wings and smoked brisket. Food to die for. The ribs are honestly the best I've had since I can remember. Good quality cuts of meat all in all.

Not sure what has happened had take out from here before and was amazing but tonight the bbq wings were dry no sauce, the buffalo wings also had hardly any sauce. A real let down!!

I ordered no pull pork platter and small macorni cheese. I must say it was awful the only thing I enjoyed was fries. The meat free BBQ pork was full with slimy sauce and you couldn't taste the meat free pork. The cheese in macorni was horrid as it taste like plastic. The coleslaw was off. Sorry to say but this has to be the worst take away.

Had the ring sting burger with skin on fries and it was amazing. It does annoy me when you order something spicy and it never lives up to it, well this burger did!

Well it was my sons birthday and he had heard about this place..... oh my word what beautifully cooked food! Such lovely people and welcoming pub. Well i cannot recommend them more! The food is beautiful and the service is perfect.

Last night (Weds 14 July) we enjoyed a "preview" sit-down meal at The Nag's Head, Rochester High Street (where our Que & Brew friends are based) and really recommend you book a table for Wednesday evenings/Sunday afternoons, starting 21 July 2021. Really delicious, I had the veggie burger, other half the bourbon-basted bacon double patty burger, along with fantastic fries and home made slaw. Highly recommended - lovely, friendly pub, delicious food: what's not to like?! Bravo to Donna & Gary and of course the Nag's Head team; we can't wait to sample further menu delights! x

Without question the best takeaway Rochester has to offer. Never disappointed, always delivered quickly and piping hot. The Ribs, Mac n Cheese, Maple Wings are next level good. I could go on... You guys are absolutely smashing it, glad to hear you're taking up more space at the Nags Head.

Absolutely fantastic food. The ribs are perfect, plenty of meat coated in tasty sauce. My son loved his triple classic burger. Onion rings & skin on fries were very tasty. All delivered on time & well packed. Highly recommend ordering from this gem. I’ll be ordering again soon. Thank you.

This is the first time we've eaten from here and will not be the last! Let me start by saying that Gary is fantastic and his customer service is out of this world. Our lady delivery driver was also great!! Our food was delivered still piping hot which is a rare thing when ordering take away. It came well packaged and written on so we knew what was what without fumbling through containers. We ordered two brisket platters, mango wings, chilli cheese bites, mac n cheese and sauces.... All we can say is wow! The food is phenomenal brisket is lovely and soft, the wings are some of the best we've had and the portion sizes are huge! We ordered for two and have more than enough left for lunch tomorrow too, so for the price it is well worth it. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! 🌟

It's great to have proper American BBQ back in Rochester once again! These guys are the real deal without actually being American 😂 totally loving what you are doing & you should be very proud as the food is first class! We literally put in a pretty big order as we were finally able to catch up with our best friends in their garden so we had loads of food to choose from ranging from a couple of full slabs of ribs(possibly the best I've ever tasted) through to pulled chicken,brisket & smoked sausage all topped of with a mountain of skin of fries! I would 100% recommend Que & Brew & we will definitely be ordering again & even better we can't wait to eat in the Nags Head when it all opens back up!

First time ordering last night and I tell you what, all I can say really is please do not stop doing what you guys are doing because that grub more than hit the spot in mine and the Mrs opinions. I had the full slab of ribs and she had pulled pork double patty. Restaurant quality at takeaway prices. This is no doubt going to be our new go to place very good job 👌🏻👌🏻

Further to our review yesterday(Jimmy JimJim) We couldn't even wait to next weekend before ordering again. So 2 nights on the bounce of eating your delicious food. You can honestly taste in any of your smoked meats that not only has it all been given the TLC it deserves but you can genuinely see more less straight away, you guys actually really do care about food. So just had my meal from the smokehouse. I had the brisket platter. The meat just fell apart. No fatty bits at all. The portion size was huge. My missus had the what the cluck burger and my daughter had the triple cheese burger. Both said they food was amazing. We ordered a side of chips with both burgers. But we threw a portion away cause they was so many. Would totally recommend the food from here. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing qaulity American BBQ food experience in Medway! Will definitely be coming back for more. The brisket was so soft and delicious. The wings full of flavour. Portions were very good too. Was so full. Cant recommend highly enough!

1st time of ordering. Wanted to try something different, so gave them a go. Wasn’t disappointed. So much to choose from. We tried the rack ribs, full of flavour & the meat fell off the bone. Best I’ve ever had. Tasty. Classic Burger & Triple Cheese burger were full of filling & tasted amazing, cooked to perfection. Kids love them. Pulled pork burger, all I can say is wow! The pulled pork melted in your mouth. With the combination of fresh onion rings & homemade bbq sauce, this burger is defo worth a try. Homemade bbq beans with bacon were a very welcome addition as a side. Lots of flavour. Saracha fries were nice & spicy. (Plenty to go around). A very full & happy family after eating. Already choosing for my next order. Keep up the good work. P.s They also have a good variety of vegetarian options.

Wow, that was amazing. Ordered the pulled porkwich and sriracha seasoned fries. Got delivered from Rochester to rainham. It is possibly the best take away delivery I've had. Looking forward to the next order. Just wish they did desserts too.
