I see everything differently. The hotel is not for eating and is very cheap. The bar is almost fantastic. Five meter high walls in a house that is over 200 years old. Cool!

Disappointing. Staff are nice; the food is just sad. The onion rings were greasy, stale, room temperature, and mostly bread. Chips, the same. The coleslaw had so much mayonnaise it was hard to taste and carrots or cabbage. There was also a definite vinegar taste, not in a good way. Mushrooms and onions for the burger were burnt and inedible. And the burger was not good at all but was the best part. Overall, I left with an upset stomach from what little I did eat and left still hungry. Addendum: spent a good amount of time in the toilets regretting what I did eat.

First time visiting and will be the last. The wait was very long. One elderly lady serving the tables, the food looked like it had be dropped on the floor and stood on then flung in a frier to boil the germs off. Disgusting and inedible. Cajun chicken was welded to the skillet and along with the black peppers. The chicken tikka on bed of pepper, tomatoes and broccoli was just peppers and also burnt onto skillet. The dresing looked like a drop of a overflying bird and a small one at that. Place overall is grubby. Toilets are a disgrace. God knows where you employ the chefs from but they need to be let go.. Vile and avoid

Fantastic gyro with a big portion size for only £9.99. Chicken was juicy and tender, tzatziki was fresh, as was the bread, and a perfect amount of fries as well. Order arrived bang on time as well which is always great. 5/5 highly recommend.

Used to use this chipper regularly and never had any complaints. Decent food at a decent price. Went in yesterday and ordered a white pudding supper, at nearly £6 the price has increased dramatically since my last visit. The white pudding was decent (hence the 2 stars) but the chips, clearly been sitting for a while, we're inedible, and discarded. Won't be back.

Good takeaway, but been waiting 1hr 40 minutes for food after being told 1hr ! Tell the truth when people order, then they can go elsewhere if it’s going to be to long
