Pyramids Pizzas in Liverpool

I order food from here almost once a week in the past year, never disappoint me!! Food is hot and tasty, and staffs are so nice! :)

Order was 30 mins late & cold by the time it got to us! Called them twice & was told he was 1 minute away each time & he wasn’t! They refused to give us money back because they said the ‘bad weather’ delayed it, it stopped being windy at about 5pm this was at 9pm last night & the driver mentioned nothing about any bad weather to us

Ordered there so many times. The pizza is delicious, one of the best i ate. Very kind staff.

Everything arrived hot even though I ordered quite a few items, and the quality was much better than I expected. Will definitely order again in the future

normally when you order a meal deal and pay £8 it come with chips sadly the donner wrap meal did not come with the chips, little dissapointed as the other meal deals do come with chips “make it a meal” slightly dissapointed with being luke warm aswell.But one of the very few places that advertise fudge cake and you actually get fudge cake not a completely different chocolate cake for a dessert.

monster kebab was cold the chicken and lamb was burnt and dry also the donner very dry was nice first time I ordered but this time has put me off ordering again

Yaser was excellent - he went above and beyond, and despite a milkshake being missed by the shop initially it was made fresh and delivered 45 mins both ways. Thank you Yaser

Garlic bread was nice but everything else was horrible the chips was like cardboard they deffo just reheated them. first time ordering and last!! Avoid.

Asked for salad on kebabs and didn’t get any not the right sauce when complained the person on the phone told us you have sauce in your house this was after waiting nearly an hour and a half for a wrong order

Considering I’ve been your customer for a long time and always spend a fair bit of money. You’ve disappointed me the with the last 2 deliveries.. the pizza was burnt the first time around and you forgot my drink and now it’s like cardboard falling apart and takes horrible! Won’t be ordering from you again sorry! Ta da

Always warm welcoming, never wronged an order, garlic sauce is special, and they dont save on toppings. Lovely place!

The Chicken burgers where dryer than the Sahara desert the chips if that what you want to call them were freezing cold and I’m wondering where the potato was inside them wouldn’t even bother with this place

The pizza at this restaurant is perfect! An excellent combination of price and quality. The guys make delicious dough and don’t skimp on the toppings, so their pizza is always delicious, even if the recipe doesn’t have many ingredients. It feels like it was made with love. Once I try the pizza at Piramidas Pizza and compare it with other restaurants, I will definitely choose this restaurant.

I don’t know what o done because I done for collection , they called to say it was ready. I was meant to order delivery and they still delivered for me even though I made a mistake. Food was Lovely kids made up with pizza thank you so much for correcting my mistake Am grateful

Walk in customer. Ordered large kebab and chips. Chips were cooked and boxed up before kebab was finished cooking so they were stone cold. Chicken was nice but only a small portion when I paid for large. Bread was left in the oven too long so was rock hard. Waste of money

This place is not good, spent £60 and got what feels like frozen food that I could of cooked from home myself… the sauce on the pizza was gritty and the donor meat is anything but premium. They delivered the wrong pizza and had to phone up to get a new one just not good service at all and to top it of the burger I had was burnt Will not be placing an order here again.

Do not order from this shop after waiting for over an hour an half phoned the shop to be told the food had been in the drivers car for an hour when the food was brought to the door it was stone cold after phoning the shop to ask why the man put the phone down on me waste of time an money do not order so rude isint the first time this has happened

Terrible food, ordered chicken kebab I had delivered a few pieces of chicken in a container, a portion of chips and 2 pita, burger soggy end burnt

Not good. Order wrong and they didn’t care. Food used to be good, but only if you go in and watch them to correct their mistakes.

The pyramid burger was supposed to be chicken based but it came as a beef based burger. It was still heavy though :)

The food was ok but they didn't use any gloves and I didn't think they washed their hands before they touched anything and I think that they HAVE to have gloves on, and they started to ask some wired questions and if someone is going to work there they should at least know how to speak. And the last thing I want to say is that plz if the owner is reading this plz use some gloves while working.

Some pizzas were burnt . Ordered 9 chicken strips only given 6 .

They didn't do anything well, they gave us uncooked pizza, they couldn't put anything on it their service is very bad

Getting beyond a joke now Ive ordered so many times from here But on five accasions they have put the wrong toppings on and leaving out the meat ive asked for Even though ive left a note with my order asking them to make sure they put the correct toppings on I expect to get what i pay for Im not someone who would usualy leave bad reviews but its happend to many times now so left me know choice

The kebab meat was burnt and hard and the pepperoni was burnt on pizza didn’t even eat the kebabs

I literally reviewed this place 2 days ago at how amazing it was! This time WOW 😮 arrived on time Donner meat was chargrilled like it had been pre prepared and heated up on the grill but then cold 🥶 & burnt 🔥 the chips missing! Then to top it I called to say they were to an angry rude man who said they hadn’t even had an order from me or delivered to my address! Hit and miss, sorry I’ll never order from here again!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Came 1 hour and 20 minutes late, fries were soggy and same goes for the chicken. The chicken burger had no sause on the bottom bun and little bit of it on the top most of it was dry, the salad inside wasn't fresh, not sure about cucumbers - eating warm cucumbers in burger is just no for me. The pizza was just bad, for 3 toppings I had barely any toppings on it and some other toppings that I haven't ordered. The crust was dry af. The food was tasteless. Definitely won't order again. 3/10

Don't really know what i just bought and ate. I found the food tasteless to the extent that I thought I was given some fake meat for a vegan. Price was good though.

Waited 2 hours from ordering. Deliveries are usually slow from here but it over an hour past the the ETA. Shame as the food is lovely but not worth the wait. Rang up twice and got the usual "not long response"
